Description
ステップS11で算出される熱量は、強電ユニット19の刻み時間当たり(1サイクル当たり)の発熱量と、強電ユニット19から第1冷却系統15以外(例えば車両のエンジンルーム内)へ伝達された刻み時間当たり(1サイクル当たり)の放熱量と、の差分である。
Claims (6)
- 車載の強電ユニットを第1冷媒で冷却する第1冷却系統を備え、
上記第1冷却系統は、上記第1冷媒が循環可能なメイン通路と、上記第1冷媒と熱交換を行うラジエータと、車載の内燃機関の過給された吸気を上記第1冷媒で冷却する冷却器と、上記ラジエータを迂回するように上記メイン通路に接続されたバイパス通路と、上記バイパス通路を流れる上記第1冷媒の流量を制御するバイパス弁と、を有し、
上記冷却器は、上記第1冷媒の流れ方向で上記強電ユニットの下流側、かつ上記ラジエータの上流側に位置し、
上記第1冷媒の温度が第1所定値未満の場合、上記第1冷媒が上記ラジエータに流れないように上記バイパス弁を制御するハイブリッド車両の冷却システムにおいて、
上記第1冷媒の流れ方向で上記冷却器の下流側、かつ上記ラジエータの上流側の位置で上記第1冷媒の温度を検出する第1温度センサを有し、
上記第1温度センサで検出された上記第1冷媒の温度が上記第1所定値未満の場合、上記ラジエータに上記第1冷媒が流入していないと診断し、上記第1温度センサで検出された上記第1冷媒の温度が上記第1所定値以上の場合、上記ラジエータに上記第1冷媒が流入していると診断する第1診断部を有するハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 上記第1冷媒の流れ方向で上記ラジエータの下流側、かつ上記バイパス通路の下流側端よりも上流側の位置における上記メイン通路で上記第1冷媒の温度を検出する第2温度センサと、
上記第1冷媒の流れ方向で上記バイパス通路の下流側端よりも下流側、かつ上記強電ユニットよりも上流側の位置における上記メイン通路で上記第1冷媒の温度を検出する第3温度センサと、
上記第2温度センサで検出された上記第1冷媒の温度と上記第3温度センサで検出された上記第1冷媒の温度との差が第2所定値よりも大きければ、上記ラジエータに上記第1冷媒が流入していないと診断し、上記第2温度センサで検出された上記第1冷媒の温度と上記第3温度センサで検出された上記第1冷媒の温度との差が上記第2所定値以下であれば、上記ラジエータに上記第1冷媒が流入していると診断する第2診断部と、を有する請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 上記第1診断部での診断と、上記第2診断部での診断が相反する場合に上記バイパス弁が故障していると診断する故障診断部を有する請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。
- 上記故障診断部は、システム起動後、上記強電ユニットから上記第1冷媒に予め設定された所定の熱量が与えられてから上記バイパス弁の故障診断を実施する請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。
- 上記熱量は、上記強電ユニットの発熱量と、上記強電ユニットから上記第1冷却系統以外へ伝達された放熱量との差分であり、
上記放熱量は、ハイブリッド車両の車速と、外気温と、上記第1冷媒の温度と、を用いて算出される請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。 - 上記内燃機関は、上記冷却器の上流側に排気の一部が導入されたものである請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の冷却システム。
