Claims (6)
- 海底と浮体式洋上風力発電所との間での電力伝送のための海底電力ケーブル(7)及び/又は前記浮体式洋上風力発電所の内部での電力伝送のための電力ケーブル(5)への損傷を防止するためのシステムであって、前記浮体式洋上風力発電所は、主耐荷重性係留要素(4、8、9、10、11、12、18)の故障後、非冗長係留を使用する複数の風力タービン(1)を備え、
前記システムは、少なくとも1つの電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)及び/又は少なくとも1つの海底電力ケーブル安全ライン(17)によって特徴付けられており、
前記少なくとも1つの電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)は、保護するように設計された前記電力ケーブル(5)と同一の2つの前記風力タービン(1)に接続されること、前記電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)の破断強度までの軸方向の力に露出されるときも保護するように設計された前記電力ケーブルよりも短い有効長を有すること、無傷の係留システムを備えた前記風力タービン(1)間の距離がその最大値であるとき、ほぼ応力を受けないように維持されるために必要とされるよりも長い有効長を有すること、所定割合の強度である破断強度を有し、前記非冗長係留の前記主耐荷重性係留要素(4、8、9、10、11、12、18)がこれに合わせて設計されること、を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの海底電力ケーブル安全ライン(17)は、前記風力タービン(1)に接続されるが、前記風力タービン(1)から前記海底電力ケーブル(7)が前記海底(3)との間で前記浮体式洋上風力発電所を出入りすること、海底の既存又は別個のアンカーポイント(18)にアンカリングされること、いずれの既存の係留ライン(4、8、9、10、11、12)のいずれの正常動作とも干渉しないこと、前記海底電力ケーブル(7)と同一方向に復元力成分を有すること、すべての主耐荷重性係留要素が無傷であるとき、前記風力タービン(1)の位置とは独立して、ほぼ応力を受けないように維持されるために必要とされるよりも長い有効長を有すること、前記主耐荷重性係留要素のうちの1つが故障したとき、前記主耐荷重性係留要素(4、8、9、10、11、12、18)のうちの残りとともに、前記風力タービン(1)の潜在的移動を制限するのに十分短い有効長を有して、前記少なくとも1つの海底電力ケーブル安全ライン(17)が前記海底電力ケーブル(7)の代わりに係留負荷を受けるようにすること、を有する、
システム。 - 同一の前記電力ケーブル(5)に接続された2つの前記風力タービン(1)間の中心間距離は、少なくとも500mである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)の長さは、少なくとも200mである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)及び/又は前記海底電力ケーブル安全ライン(17)は、構成要素のチェーンセグメント、スチールワイヤロープセグメント、合成ロープセグメント、ブイ、重量要素、及び接続要素の任意の組み合わせを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)及び/又は前記海底電力ケーブル安全ライン(17)の所定の破断強度は、前記風力タービン(1)の主係留システムの係留ライン(4、8、9、10)の必要最低破断強度の35~70%である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電力ケーブル安全ライン(13)は、1つ又はいくつかの中間接続ポイント(14)において、前記電力ケーブル(5)に接続される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
