Claims (9)
- 車両の被発熱体に接近及び離間する方向に移動可能に設けられ、単位熱電素材を含む熱電素材ユニットと、
前記熱電素材ユニットと前記被発熱体との間に設けられ、前記被発熱体の温度に対応して選択的に膨張及び収縮する熱膨張部材と、
前記被発熱体に対する前記熱電素材ユニットの移動を弾性的に支持する弾性部材と、を含み、
前記被発熱体の周りを取り囲むように提供されるハウジングを含み、
前記弾性部材は、前記ハウジングと前記熱電素材ユニットとの間に介在され、
前記弾性部材は、
前記熱電素材ユニットに弾性的に接触する接触部と、
前記接触部の一端に設けられ、前記ハウジングに固定される固定部と、
前記接触部の他端に設けられ、前記ハウジングに対して移動可能に配置される移動部と、を含むことを特徴とする車両用熱電発電装置。 - 前記熱膨張部材が収縮すると、前記熱電素材ユニットは前記被発熱体に接触し、
前記熱膨張部材が膨張すると、前記熱電素材ユニットは前記被発熱体から離間される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。 - 前記熱電素材ユニットと前記被発熱体との間に設けられる熱伝導性部材を含み、
前記熱電素材ユニットは、前記熱伝導性部材を介して前記被発熱体に接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。 - 前記接触部、前記固定部、及び前記移動部は、金属部材を連続的に折り曲げて形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。
- 前記熱電素材ユニットに対して前記熱膨張部材を拘束するストッパを含む、請求項1に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。
- 前記ストッパは、前記熱電素材ユニット及び前記被発熱体のうち少なくとも何れか一つに設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。
- 前記ストッパは、
第1方向に沿って配置される第1ストッパ突起と、
前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に沿って配置され、前記第1ストッパ突起に連結される第2ストッパ突起と、を含み、
前記第1ストッパ突起及び前記第2ストッパ突起は、相互協調して前記熱膨張部材の周りを取り囲むように提供される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。 - 前記ストッパは、前記熱電素材ユニット及び前記被発熱体のうち少なくとも何れか一つに設けられるストッパ溝を含み、
前記熱膨張部材が前記ストッパ溝に収容される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。 - 前記単位熱電素材は、
N型熱電素材とP型熱電素材のうち少なくとも何れか一つを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用熱電発電装置。
