Description

を含む。
Claims (11)
- 互いに着脱することができる少なくとも2つの流体導通ラインセクションを受け入れるように構成された医療装置であって、第1のラインセクションと第2のラインセクションとを備えた前記2つの流体導通ラインセクションの第1のラインセクションが、少なくとも部分的に弾性特性を有し、
前記2つのラインセクションにおいて流体容積を封入する少なくとも第1及び第2の遮断要素と、
前記2つのラインセクションにおいて減圧を生成し、その結果、前記第1のラインセクション内及び/又は上で開始位置から緊張位置への弾性変形が起こるポンプと、
前記ポンプを作動させるコントローラであって、前記減圧を切断モードにおいて生成するよう前記ポンプを作動させるようにプログラムされた、コントローラと、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記減圧を生成する前に前記遮断要素のうちの1つを閉じ、前記流体容積を片側で閉じ、及び/又は前記減圧を生成した後に前記遮断要素のうちの1つを閉じて、前記流体容積を封入するようにプログラムされている、
請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第1のラインセクション又は前記第2のラインセクションは前記医療装置の装置側流体システムの一部である、
請求項1又は2に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第2のラインセクションに流体接続された生理液のための流体源と、
前記流体源と前記第2のラインセクションの間に流体的に配置されて接続された無菌フィルタと、
前記第1のラインセクションの一端への接続のための前記第2のラインセクションの一端上の医療装置側コネクタと、を備えている、
請求項3に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第1のラインセクションが流体接続されるか又はその一部が前記第1のラインセクションである、排出ラインと、
前記第2のラインセクションの一端への接続のため前記第1ラインセクションの一端上にある医療装置側コネクタと、を備えている、
請求項3に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ポンプは、蠕動ポンプであり、前記蠕動ポンプの少なくとも1つのアクチュエータは、前記第1又は第2の遮断要素の一部であるか、又は前記第1又は第2の遮断要素である、
請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。 - 前記ポンプは、透析機械の限外濾過ポンプ及び/又は血液ポンプ及び/又は置換ポンプである、
請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。 - ユーザが命令を入力するためのユーザインタフェースを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記切断モードを作動させるよう、又は前記命令が前記ユーザインタフェース上で入力されることに応答して前記ポンプを始動させるようにプログラムされ、及び/又は前記コントローラは、複数のモードを作動させるよう、及び前記モードのうちの1つから前記切断モードに自動的に切り替わるようにプログラムされる、
請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第1のラインセクションに含まれる流体容積は、前記緊張位置において、前記開始位置において含まれる流体容積を下回り、
前記2つのラインセクションのうちの一方のラインセクションは、使い捨て品の一部であり血液処理の一部として使用されるチューブセット又はカセットシステムであるか、又は、前記第1のセクションおよび第2のセクションの両方が、1又は2以上の使い捨て品の一部であり血液処理の一部として使用されるチューブセット又はカセットシステムである、
請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第1のラインセクションは、前記第2のラインセクションよりも弾性がある少なくとも1つの領域を含む、
請求項9に記載の医療装置。 - 前記第1のラインセクション及び前記第2のラインセクションは、前記第1のラインセクション及び前記第2のラインセクションの残りの部分よりも弾性である少なくとも1つの領域を含む、
請求項9または10に記載の医療装置。
