Claims (6)
- 成形機において使用される温度センサであって、
光ファイバが挿通された筒状のファイバプローブと、
筒状に形成され前記ファイバプローブの少なくとも一部が挿入される窓支持部と、
少なくとも一部が前記窓支持部に挿入された状態で前記ファイバプローブの先端側に位置される保護窓部と、
環状に形成され内周面が前記保護窓部の外周面に接し、外周面が前記窓支持部の内周面に接するスリーブ材とを備え、
前記保護窓部が前記窓支持部から突出された
温度センサ。 - 前記保護窓部の熱膨張係数が前記窓支持部の熱膨張係数より小さくされ、
前記スリーブ材の熱膨張係数が前記保護窓部の熱膨張係数より小さくされた
請求項1に記載の温度センサ。 - 前記保護窓部がサファイアガラスによって形成され、
前記スリーブ材がコバールによって形成された
