なお、ボルト20とナット21およびボルト25とナット26を緩めた状態で連結しておくことで縦側係止片18および取付片22を捻じれる場合には、軒樋40や折版屋根に干渉しない方向に縦側係止片18および取付片22を捻じり、取付片22および縦側係止片18を横片17に連結したまま回動させて縦側係止片18を上向きに回動させて図6(d)に示すように縦側係止片18と取付片22を上向きとし、取付片22の先端の延出片22Fを上部片9の上に設置しても良い。
あるいは、ボルト25とナット26を外すことにより縦側係止片18に結合している取付片22を縦側係止片18から取り外し、縦側係止片18のみを上向きに回動させて図6(d)に示す状態にしてから、再度、ボルト25とナット26により縦側係止片18に取付片22を結合し直しても良い。

取付片22を上部片9の上に載置すると、取付片22と上部片9と軒先板先端部2Aと下部片6にそれぞれ形成されている透孔が位置合わせされるので、これらを挿通するように第2の取付ボルト32を通し、第2の取付ボルト32にナット34を螺合し、第2の取付ボルト32とナット34を緊結することで図6(e)に示すように軒樋支持具Aによる軒樋40の支持構造が完成する。

第1の取付ボルト31により軒樋支持具Aを仮止めした状態において、軒樋支持具Aは重量物であっても安定支持可能な状態となっているので、重量物である軒樋40を横片17上に載せたとして、軒樋40が不安定になることが無い。このため作業者は高所などの作業環境の悪い場所であっても、安全かつ安心した状態で軒樋40の仮設置作業ができる。

これらの課題を解消する場合、以下に説明する第2実施形態の軒樋支持具Dを用いることが好ましい。

The tip of horizontal piece 17 is bent upward at a substantially right angle relative to horizontal piece 17 to form an upward bent piece 17G, and an insertion hole 17H having a ladle-shaped outline in plan view is formed near the bent portion at the tip of horizontal piece 17. One end of this insertion hole 17H on the head side reaches the base end of bent piece 17G. In addition, an insertion piece 18G is formed protruding from the center of the lower end of vertical side locking piece 18, spanning approximately half the width of vertical side locking piece 18. Insertion piece 18G protrudes at a substantially right angle relative to vertical side locking piece 18.
A rectangular reinforcing plate 54 is fixed onto the horizontal piece 17 so as to be positioned over the end of the insertion hole 17H formed at the tip of the horizontal piece 17, and the tip side of the insertion piece 18G is inserted horizontally from the outside of the bent piece 17G into the insertion hole 17H of the bent piece 17G and below the reinforcing plate 54, thereby rotatably connecting the vertical side locking piece 18 to the horizontal piece 17. The insertion piece 18G of the vertical side locking piece 18 and the bent piece 17G having the insertion hole 17H form a pivotal connection part 52.

図11に示すように縦側係止片18の下端部と横片17の先端部はほほ直角に一体接続されている。また、横片17の長さ方向中央部(途中部分)に回動接続部60が設けられている。

11, the lower end of the vertical locking piece 18 and the tip of the horizontal piece 17 are integrally connected at a substantially right angle. A pivotal connection 60 is provided in the center (midway) of the horizontal piece 17 in the longitudinal direction.

このため、回動接続部60を介し横片半体17Jと縦側係止片18と取付片22を下方に回動させると、先に図5(c)を基に説明した第1実施形態の仮支持状態と同じように軒樋支持具Fを仮支持状態とすることができる。この仮支持状態において、横片半体17Kと上部片9との間に大きな間隔があくので、この間隔を利用し、軒樋を横片半体17K上に設置できる。軒樋の設置後、回動接続部60を介し横片半体17Jと縦側係止片18と取付片22を上方に回動させ、取付片22を上部片9に接続すると、軒樋支持具Gの内側に軒樋を収容できる。
軒樋支持具Gにおいても、第2、第3実施形態の軒樋支持具D、Eと同様に、横片17に対し縦側係止片18を上下回動させることができる。このため、縦側係止片18を上下回動させる場合に軒樋50との干渉をなくすることができ、隣接する他の軒樋支持具Fとの干渉もなくすることができる。

Therefore, when the vertical side locking piece 18 is rotated up and down, interference with the eaves gutter 50 can be eliminated, and interference with other adjacent eaves gutter supports F can also be eliminated.

該縦側係止片の先端部に着脱自在に取り付けられた取付片と、
前記取付片の先端側に形成され、前記上部片の上側に位置して前記上部片に被着可能な延出片と、
前記支持具本体に着脱自在に装着され、前記上部片と前記下部片を貫通する第1の取付ボルトと、
