視聴者、または観戦者に用いられる視聴者等端末、および番組、またはイベント側に用いられ、当該番組、またはイベントの進行に関わる運営者が使用する番組側等端末のそれぞれに通信ネットワークを介して接続され、
前記番組、またはイベントにおいて出される問題に対する回答の受け付けを開始するための操作を行う操作部を含む受付待機中画面を前記番組側等端末に送信する画面送信手段と、
前記番組側等端末に前記受付待機中画面が表示されているときに、前記運営者によって前記操作部が操作されると、直ぐに当該問題に対する回答の受け付けを開始することを示す開始情報を取得する開始情報取得手段と、
前記視聴者等端末への入力操作がなされると、前記開始情報を取得すると直ぐに、前記問題に係る問題情報を前記視聴者等端末に向けて送信する問題送信手段と、
前記視聴者等端末への入力操作に応じて、前記問題に対する回答情報を受信する回答受信手段と、
受信された前記回答情報について正解か否かを判定する判定手段と、
