コンピュータ端末に対し、機器を貸したい業者が貸したい機器に関して機器の種類、予定および場所を含む空き機器情報を入力する入力画面を提供する手段と、
前記空き機器情報を記憶する手段と、
前記希望機器情報を一覧表示する希望機器情報表示欄と、前記空き機器情報を一覧表示する空き機器情報表示欄とを同一画面に含み、機器を貸したい業者が前記希望機器情報表示欄から前記希望機器情報を選択して受注申請を行うことが可能であり、機器を借りたい業者が前記空き機器情報表示欄から前記空き機器情報を選択して発注申請を行うことが可能なマッチング画面をコンピュータ端末に提供する手段と
