Description

The present invention relates to a wiring and piping support and support base that supports wiring and piping materials pulled out from a wall hole formed in the wall of a building.

Wiring and piping materials such as cables and other wiring materials, as well as electrical conduits, water supply pipes, hot water supply pipes, etc., pulled into the room through wall holes formed in the wall of a building are supported, for example, by a wiring and piping fixing structure such as that described in Patent Document 1.

As shown in Figure 10, the wiring/piping material fixing structure described in Patent Document 1 comprises a support 70 made of a C-shaped steel 71 and a support member 72 that supports wiring/piping material 50 pulled out from a wall hole 41 in a building wall 40. A fixing member 73 having a fixing portion 74 that is fixed to the wall 40 and a holding portion 75 that holds the support 70 is fixed to the wall 40, and the support 70 is held by the holding portion 75 of the fixing member 73 at a position spaced apart from the wall 40, so that the wiring/piping material 50 is supported with a gap formed between it and the inner surface of the wall hole 41.

After the fixing member 73 and support 70 are fixed to the wall surface 40, the tip of a filling tool such as a caulking gun shown in Figure 6 is inserted into the space between the wall surface 40 and the support 70, and the filling tool is used to fill the gap S between the wiring/piping material 50 and the inner surface of the wall hole 41 with filler, thereby sealing the gap S.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2019-039517

When filling the gap S between the wiring/piping material 50 and the inner surface of the wall hole 41 with filler, it is desirable to fill the gap S from the front of the wall hole 41 as much as possible, from the standpoints of workability and filling reliability. However, in the wiring/piping material fixing structure described in Patent Document 1, the distance from the wall surface 40 to the support 70 is short. Therefore, when inserting the tip of the filling tool into the space between the wall surface 40 and the support 70, the support 70 in front of the wall hole 41 gets in the way. This means there is no flexibility in the angle or discharge direction when inserting the filling tool; the filling tool must be tilted diagonally toward the wall surface 40 relative to the wall hole 41. This makes filling difficult, and it is sometimes impossible to accurately fill the gap S between the wiring/piping material 50 and the inner surface of the wall hole 41.

The present invention aims to provide a wiring/piping support and support base that holds wiring/piping materials pulled out of a wall hole formed in a wall surface and that can efficiently and accurately fill filler material into the gap between the wiring/piping material and the inner surface of the wall hole.

The wiring/piping material support of claim 1 comprises a fixing part fixed to a wall surface, a holding part that holds the wiring/piping material pulled out from a wall hole formed in the wall surface, and a plate-like connecting wall that connects the fixing part and the holding part and positions the holding part away from the fixing part so as to be separated from the wall surface,
The connecting wall is disposed so as to cover a part of the wall hole by being fixed to the wall surface by the fixing portion, and further
The connecting wall has a through-hole formed in the front and back direction, through which a filling tool for filling the wall hole with filler can be inserted to fill the area covered by the connecting wall .

The wiring/piping material support device of claim 2 is particularly one in which, when fixed to the side of a wall hole by a fixing portion, the connecting wall extends away from the fixing portion and the wall surface with its back surface facing the wall hole, and the tip portion extends close to the center line of the wall hole so that the holding portion connected to the tip side is spaced away from the wall surface and positioned on the center line of the wall hole, and the wiring/piping material can be held in a cantilevered state.
This allows the wiring and piping support to hold the wiring and piping material in a cantilevered position, making it possible to fix it to the wall surface regardless of the size of the wall hole. It also allows the support to be fixed even in environments where there are few suitable fixing locations on the wall surface around the wall hole. Furthermore, the opposite side where the support is not attached is free of obstructions, making it easy to fill.
In the wiring/piping material support of claim 3, the fixing portion is formed as a plate-shaped fixing plate portion that fits along the wall surface, and the holding portion is composed of a separate holding body and a holding plate portion having an attachment portion to which the holding body is attached,
The connecting wall separates the fixing plate portion and the holding plate portion such that the plate surfaces of the fixing plate portion and the holding plate portion intersect with each other.

The wiring/piping material support of claim 4 is particularly characterized in that the holding portion is composed of a separate holding body that holds the wiring/piping material pulled out from the wall hole, and an attachment portion to which the holding body is attached, and the holding body can be temporarily attached to the attachment portion.
This allows the holder to be temporarily attached, making work easier. Also, it is possible to select and attach a holder that corresponds to the diameter and type of wiring or piping material.
In the wiring and piping material support of claim 5, the through-hole has a size that allows the filling direction to be changed while the filling tool is still inserted.
This allows the through-hole to change the filling direction of the filling tool inserted therein, thereby enabling efficient filling.

The wiring/piping material support of claim 6 is particularly such that the through portion is recessed to form an opening that opens outward from the edge extending in a direction away from the fixed portion of the connecting wall, and the opening has a recessed hole that allows the filling tool to pass inward and outward while remaining inserted.
This allows the filling tool to be moved directly from the outside of the recessed hole into the recessed hole while filling, making it possible to carry out the filling work continuously without interruption, improving workability. In addition, the filling direction can be changed.
The wiring/piping material support of claim 7 is particularly characterized in that the connecting wall has an intermediate portion extending from the fixed portion toward the holding portion that is curved in a direction away from the wall surface and the wall hole, and the through portion is formed at the curved point.
This allows a large space to be formed around the tip of the filling tool, increasing the degree of freedom in changing the orientation of the filling tool.

The support base of claim 8 has a fixing part fixed to a wall surface, an attachment part to which a separate holder for holding wiring/piping material drawn out from a wall hole formed in the wall surface can be attached, and a plate-like connecting wall that connects the fixing part and the attachment part and positions the attachment part at a position away from the fixing part,
The connecting wall is disposed so as to cover a part of the wall hole by being fixed to the wall surface by the fixing portion, and further
The connecting wall has a through-hole formed in the front and back direction, through which a filling tool for filling the wall hole with filler can be inserted to fill the area covered by the connecting wall .
This allows the holder to be selected and attached according to the diameter and type of wiring or piping material.

In the present invention, a wall hole formed in a wall surface is covered by a connecting wall located at a distance from the wall hole and connecting the fixing part and holding part of the wiring/piping support, and a through-hole through which a filling tool for filling the wall hole with filler can be inserted is formed through the connecting wall in the front-to-back direction, so that the filling tool can be inserted into the through-hole and toward the wall hole. Therefore, the filler can be efficiently and accurately filled into the gap between the wiring/piping material and the inner surface of the wall hole.
Furthermore, since the connecting wall is formed in a plate shape, it has great strength and rigidity, and can stably hold the wiring and piping materials in a fixed position and orientation relative to the wall hole.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a wiring/piping support according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1 , the wiring/piping support (hereinafter simply referred to as the "support") comprises a fixed portion 11, in which a separate holder 30 is attached to a holding plate portion 17 of a support base 10 and fixed to a wall surface 40 of a building, a holding portion 16 that holds wiring/piping material 50 pulled out through a wall hole 41 formed in the wall surface 40, and a plate-shaped connecting wall 20 that connects the fixed portion 11 and the holding portion 16. The holding plate portion 17 and the separate holder 30 that holds the wiring/piping material 50 pulled out through the wall hole 41 of the wall surface 40 constitute the holding portion 16. The connecting wall 20 is formed with a penetration portion 22 that penetrates from the front to the back and allows insertion of a filling tool 60 for filling a filler material into the gap between the wall hole 41 and the wiring/piping material 50. Examples of the wiring/piping material 50 include wiring materials such as cables, and piping materials such as electrical conduits, water supply pipes, and hot water supply pipes.

In Figure 1, the support base 10 of the support device 1 comprises a fixed portion 11, a holding plate portion 17 to which a separate holding body 30 is attached, and a connecting wall 20 that connects the fixed portion 11 and the holding portion 16 and positions the holding portion 16 away from the fixed portion 11 so that it is away from the wall surface 40. The entire base is formed by punching and bending a single metal plate using a press process.

As shown in Figure 4, the support base 10 is fixed by the fixing portion 11 at a position a predetermined distance to the left of the wall hole 41, and the holder 30 attached to the holding plate portion 17 can hold the wiring/piping material 50 pulled out from the wall hole 41 in a cantilevered manner. The support base 10 has a predetermined plate thickness and is made of a metal material to provide the required strength and rigidity. Note that in Figures 5 and 6, the support 1 is fixed to the left of the wall hole 41, but it may also be fixed to the right of the wall hole 41 by reversing the left and right sides, and the attachment position on the wall surface 40 next to the wall hole 41 is not particularly limited. The support base 10 may also be formed by molding a glass fiber-reinforced resin or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing portion 11 of the support base 10 is formed as a rectangular fixing plate portion 12 that fits along the wall surface 40. Long screw fixing holes 13 are formed at the top and bottom of the fixing plate portion 12. An anchor or other fixing hole 14 is also formed in the center of the fixing plate portion 12, through which a bolt or the like used for an anchor or insert driven into a concrete wall can be inserted. The support device 1 can be fixed to the wall surface 40 by inserting a screw 15 into the screw fixing hole 13 to attach it to the wall surface 40, or by inserting a bolt or the like into the anchor or other fixing hole 14 and driving it into the concrete wall. The fixing portion 11 consists of the fixing plate portion 12, screw fixing hole 13, and anchor or other fixing hole 14.

A rectangular holding plate 17 is integrally provided at a position spaced from the fixing plate 12, oriented perpendicular to the surface of the fixing plate 12. An attachment hole 19 is formed in the center of the holding plate 17 as an attachment portion 18 to which a separate holder 30 is attached. As shown in Figure 2(c), the fixing plate 12 and the holding plate 17 intersect at 90 degrees with each other, so that when the fixing plate 12 is fixed to the wall surface 40 and the holding portion 16 holds the wiring/piping material 50, the wiring/piping material 50 is oriented perpendicular to the wall surface 40.

As shown in Figure 3, the holder 30 is a saddle made by punching and bending a single elongated metal plate using a press. The holder 30 has a central, U-shaped mounting plate 31, from both ends of which extend a pair of clamping pieces 32, 32, each with a curved surface that conforms to the outer wall surface of the wiring/piping material 50. The clamping pieces 32, 32 resiliently spread apart on either side of the mounting plate 31, and the wiring/piping material 50 is inserted between them. Screws 35 are inserted into screw holes 34 formed in flanges 33 at the tips of the clamping pieces 32, 32 to clamp and hold the wiring/piping material 50. One of the screw holes 34 in the clamping pieces 32, 32 is a threaded hole. After clamping the wiring/piping material 50, the holder 30 is removably attached to the holding plate 17 by attaching a mounting bolt 36 from the back side of the holding plate 17 of the support base 10 into the attachment hole 31a formed in the attachment plate 31. A holder 30 corresponding to the outer diameter of the wiring/piping material 50 can be selected and attached to the holding plate 17. The holder 30 is formed as a saddle in this way and can be temporarily attached to the attachment portion 18 of the holding plate 17, making it possible to hold the wiring/piping material 50 while it is temporarily attached.

The fixed plate portion 12 and the retaining plate portion 17 are connected by a connecting wall 20, which separates the fixed plate portion 12 and the retaining plate portion 17 so that the plate surfaces of the fixed plate portion 12 and the retaining plate portion 17 intersect with each other, as shown in Figure 2. The connecting wall 20 is made up of a connecting plate 21 whose intermediate portion extending from the fixed portion 11 toward the retaining portion 16 is curved in an arc shape in the direction away from the wall surface 40 and the wall hole 41, i.e., in the direction in which the surface 20a is convex. The connecting wall 20 extends from the fixing portion 11 away from the wall surface 40 with its back surface 20b facing the wall hole 41. The holding portion 16 connected to its tip is spaced away from the wall surface 40, and as shown in Figure 5(b), the tip portion 25 extends close to the center line 42 of the wall hole 41 so that the axis 51 of the wiring/piping material 50 is located on the center line 42 of the wall hole 41, i.e., on a line passing through the center of the wall hole 41 and perpendicular to the wall surface 40. A through-hole 22 is formed in the curved, arc-shaped portion of the connecting wall 20. When the support 1 is fixed to the wall surface 40, a space 26 of a predetermined size is formed between the connecting wall 20 and the wall surface 40 and wall hole 41, as shown in Figures 4 and 5.

The connecting wall 20 has arc-shaped recesses on its upper and lower edges 23 extending away from the fixed portion 11 to form outwardly openings 24a, which form recessed holes 24 into which the filling tool 60 is inserted. In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, the through-holes 22 are formed by these recessed holes 24, which are large enough to allow the filling tool 60 to move and pass through while still inserted, and to change the filling direction.

4 and 5, to hold the wiring/piping material 50 pulled out of the wall hole 41 in front of the wall hole 41 using the support device 1 configured in this manner, insert the mounting bolt 36 into the U-shaped mounting plate 31 of the holder 30, seat its head 36a within the mounting plate 31, insert the shaft 36b through the mounting hole 31a of the mounting plate 31 and the mounting hole 19 of the holding plate 17 of the support base 10, fit a washer 37 onto the shaft 36b protruding from the surface of the holding plate 17, and loosely tighten the nut 38 to temporarily attach the holder 30. Next, while elastically widening the gap between the pair of clamping pieces 32, 32 of the holder 30, place the wiring/piping material 50 between the pair of clamping pieces 32, 32, and then install a screw 35 into the screw hole 34 in the flange 33 on the tip side of both clamping pieces 32, 32. In this state, the rotation direction of the holder 30 around the shaft 36b of the mounting bolt 36 can be aligned with the inclination of the wiring/piping material 50. Furthermore, with the screws 35 temporarily fastened to the screw holes 34 of the flange 33, the support 1 can be moved along the length of the wiring/piping material 50 to fine-tune the attachment position of the support 1.

In the above example, the holder 30 is temporarily attached to the support base 10 before the wiring/piping material 50 is attached between the pair of clamping pieces 32, 32 of the holder 30. However, it is also possible to first attach the wiring/piping material 50 to the holding plate 30 and then attach the holder 30 to the support base 10. That is, the mounting bolt 36 is inserted into the attachment plate portion 31 of the holder 30 beforehand, and then the wiring/piping material 50 is placed between the pair of clamping pieces 32, 32 of the holder 30, and screws 35 are attached to the screw holes 34 in the flanges 33 on the tip sides of both clamping pieces 32, 32. The holder 30 can then be attached by inserting the shaft 36b of the mounting bolt 36 protruding from the attachment hole 31a of the attachment plate portion 31 of the holding plate 30 into the attachment hole 19 of the holding plate portion 17 of the support base 10, fitting a washer 37 onto the shaft 36b protruding from the surface side of the holding plate portion 17, and loosely tightening the nut 38.

Next, while slightly moving the position of the support 1 in the longitudinal direction of the wiring/piping material 50 and aligning the rotational direction of the holder 30 with the inclination of the wiring/piping material 50, the fixing plate portion 12 is positioned next to the wall hole 41 in the wall surface 40, a predetermined distance to the left of the wall hole 41, and screws 15 are inserted through the screw fixing holes 13 to attach the support 1 to the wall surface 40. The screws 35 and mounting bolts 36 on the pair of clamping pieces 32, 32 of the holder 30, which are in a provisionally attached state, are then tightened to permanently fix the support 1 to the wall surface 40. Figures 4 and 5 show the wiring/piping material 50 pulled out of the wall hole 41 and held by the support 1. After the support 1 is permanently fixed, the tip portion 25 of the connecting wall 20 extends to near the center line 42 of the wall hole 41, and the axis 51 of the wiring/piping material 50 is aligned with the center line 42 of the wall hole 41.

Once the wiring/piping material 50 is held in place in this manner, a filling tool 60 such as a caulking gun is used to fill the gap S between the inner surface of the wall hole 41 and the wiring/piping material 50 with filler such as putty. On the side of the wall hole 41 where the support 1 is not positioned, there is nothing blocking the front of the wall hole 41, so the filling tool 60 can be tilted in a direction that makes it easier to work with and the tip placed inside the gap S of the wall hole 41 to easily fill the gap.

On the other hand, when filling the gap S on the opposite side of the wall hole 41 with filler material, the diagonally forward side of the wall hole 41 is covered by the support device 1. However, because recessed holes 24 are provided on both the upper and lower end edges 23 of the connecting wall 20, the tip of the filling tool 60 can be inserted into the openings 24a. Therefore, as shown in Figure 6, the filling tool 60 can be inserted through the openings 24a of the upper and lower recessed holes 24 to fill the gap S of the wall hole 41. Because the openings 24a are formed in the recessed holes 24, the position of the filling tool 60 can be freely changed during filling. Furthermore, because the recessed holes 24 open outward at the top and bottom, the tip of the filling tool 60 can be initially positioned outside the recessed hole 24, and then the filling tool can be continuously moved into the recessed hole 24 without interruption, making the work easier.

Next, the operation of the support device 1 of this embodiment will be described.
Although the front of the wall hole 41 in the wall surface 40 through which the wiring/piping material 50 is pulled out is covered by the connecting wall 20 of the support device 1, the connecting wall 20 has a through-hole 22 formed from a recessed hole 24 into which a filling tool 60 can be inserted, which penetrates from front to back, so that the filling tool 60 can be inserted into the opening 24a of the recessed hole 24 and toward the wall hole 41. Therefore, the gap S between the wiring/piping material 50 and the inner surface of the wall hole 41 can be filled with filler efficiently and accurately.
Furthermore, since the connecting wall 20 is formed in a plate shape, it has great strength and rigidity, and can stably hold the wiring/piping material 50 in a fixed position and orientation relative to the wall hole 41.

Furthermore, because the support 1 can hold the wiring/piping material 50 in a cantilevered state, it can be fixed to the wall surface 40 regardless of the size of the wall hole 41. The support 1 can also be fixed to the wall surface 40 around the wall hole 41 even in environments where there are few suitable fixing locations. Additionally, the side of the wiring/piping material 50 to which the support 1 is not attached is free of obstructions, making it easier to fill.

The holding section 16 is composed of a separate holding body 30 and a holding plate section 17 to which the holding body 30 is attached, so the holding body 30 can be temporarily attached to the attachment section 18. This makes it easier to hold the wiring/piping material 50 pulled out of the wall hole 41 with the support 1, as the holding body 30 can be aligned with the inclination of the wiring/piping material 50. It is also possible to select and attach a holding body 30 that corresponds to the diameter and type of the wiring/piping material 50.

In addition, because the through-hole 22 is formed as a recessed hole 24, the filling tool 60 can be moved directly into the recessed hole 24 from outside the hole 24 while filling, allowing for continuous filling without interruption, improving workability. The filling direction can also be changed.

Furthermore, the connecting wall 20 has an intermediate section extending from the fixed section 11 toward the holding section 16 that is curved in an arc shape with the surface 20a being convex. This widens the space 26 between the connecting wall 30 and the wall surface 40, creating a large space around the tip of the filling tool 60, allowing for greater freedom in changing the orientation of the filling tool 60.

In the above embodiment, the through-holes 22 formed in the connecting walls 20 are formed as recessed holes 24, but this is not limited to this and may also be formed as through-holes 27, as shown in FIG. 7. In FIG. 7, the through-holes 27 are formed through the interior of the curved, plate-shaped connecting wall 20 and are sized so that the filling direction of a filling tool 60 inserted inside can be changed. The through-holes 27 can be formed in any shape; the support 1 shown in FIG. 7(a) is formed in a rectangular shape, while the support 1 shown in FIG. 7(b) is formed in a substantially circular shape. The through-holes 22 formed by the through-holes 27 can change the filling direction of a filling tool 60 inserted therein, allowing for efficient and accurate filling.

In addition, although the recessed holes 24 of the connecting wall 20 in the above embodiment are formed on both the upper and lower end edges 23 of the connecting wall 20, they may be formed on only one of them. Furthermore, while the recessed holes 24 are recessed in an arc shape, this shape is not limited to this. For example, as shown in Figure 8, the upper and lower end edges 23 of the connecting wall 20 may be formed by notching them in a U-shape.

Furthermore, while the through-hole 22 provided in the support device 1 in the above embodiment is formed only in the connecting wall 20, it may extend to part of the retaining plate 17, as shown in FIG. 9, so long as the required strength and rigidity of the support device 1 is ensured. The through-hole 22 may extend to part of the retaining plate 17, spanning both the connecting wall 20 and the retaining plate 17. FIG. 9(a) shows a recessed hole 24 serving as the through-hole 22, with part of the recessed hole 24 extending to the retaining plate 17, while FIG. 9(b) shows a through-hole 27 serving as the through-hole 22, with part of the through-hole 27 extending to the retaining plate 17. In this case, the filling direction and range of movement of the filling tool 60 are further expanded, allowing for more efficient and accurate filling of the filler.

In addition, the through-holes 22 of the connecting walls 20 are formed as either recessed holes 24 or through-holes 27, but as long as the required strength and rigidity of the support 1 is ensured, both recessed holes 24 and through-holes may be formed in a single connecting wall 20.

As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting wall 20 may be provided with ribs 28 or the like at the connecting points with the fixing plate portion 12 and the holding plate portion 17, thereby further increasing the strength and rigidity of the entire support device 1.
Furthermore, although the connecting wall 20 is formed integrally with the fixed plate portion 12 and the holding plate portion 17, it may be formed separately from these and have a structure that connects the fixed plate portion 12 and the holding plate portion 17.
Furthermore, although the support base 10 of the support tool 1 is formed in a plate shape, the present invention is not limited to this.
In addition, the connecting wall 20 is curved in an arc shape that bends in a direction away from the wall surface 40 and the wall hole 41, but it is not limited to this shape and may be formed as a surface that is bent in a L-shape, or even as a flat surface rather than a curved shape.

Note that the support 1 of this embodiment has a cantilever structure, fixing the wiring/piping material 50 to only one side of the wall surface 40 around the wall opening 41. However, this does not preclude a double-support structure, in which the wiring/piping material 50 is clamped from both sides and fixed at two locations on both sides of the wall opening 41. In this case, clamping the wiring/piping material 50 from both sides allows the wiring/piping material 50 to be held perpendicular to the wall surface 40 and in a fixed position in the wall opening 41 more stably. Note that providing two supports 1 reduces the space in front of the wall surface 40 that is not covered by the support 1. However, since the connecting walls 20 of the two supports 1 each have a through-hole 22, it is possible to easily fill the gap S between the wiring/piping material 50 and the inner surface of the wall opening 41 with filler.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the holding portion 16 is formed from the holding plate portion 17 of the support base 10 and a separate holding body 30, but the holding plate portion 17 and the holding body 30 may also be formed as a single unit.
