Claims (6)
- パウダーを排出するホッパと、
前記ホッパから排出されたパウダーの一部をレーザ成形装置に導き、残りのパウダーを
他のところに排出するように導くメインサンプリング部と、
前記メインサンプリング部から分離された残りのパウダーの量を算出する排出モニタリ
ング部と、を備え
前記メインサンプリング部は、
前記ホッパと連結されて、前記ホッパから排出されるパウダーを分割するメインスリ
ッター部と、
前記メインスリッター部の一方に連結されて、前記分割されたパウダーを前記レーザ
成形装置に導く第1のメイン誘導管と、
前記メインスリッター部の他方に連結されて、前記分割された残りのパウダーを前記
排出モニタリング部に導く第2のメイン誘導管と、を有し、
前記メインスリッター部は、
一対の板体で設けられるものの、前記板体は互いに分離して第1の通路空間を設けるスリッターを有し、
前記スリッターの側面にさらに他のスリッターが位置して第2の通路空間を設けるものの、前記第1の通路空間及び前記第2の通路空間の一方は互いに通路空間を共有するよう
に連結され、他方は互いに通路空間が異なる方向に分離されるように設けられ、
前記スリッター及び前記他のスリッターはそれぞれ複数設けられ、
前記スリッターの側面を覆い、パウダーが前記第1の通路空間及び前記第2の通路空
間に移動され得るように設けられたスリッターガイドをさらに有することを特徴とするレ
ーザ成形装置用パウダー供給管理装置。 - 前記メインサンプリング部から排出モニタリング部に排出されるパウダーの一部を前記
排出モニタリング部に排出するように導くものの、残りのパウダーをレーザ成形装置に導
くサブサンプリング部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のレーザ成形装置用パウダー供給管
理装置。 - ホッパ内部のパウダー保管状態を撮影する保管モニタリング部をさらに備える請求項1
に記載のレーザ成形装置用パウダー供給管理装置。 - 一対のスリッターが互いに分離して設けられる前記第1の通路空間及び第2の通路空間
は、
縦方向の縦空間と、
前記縦空間と連結されるものの、横方向に傾いた横空間と、
を備える請求項1に記載のレーザ成形装置用パウダー供給管理装置。 - パウダーを排出するホッパと、
前記ホッパから排出されたパウダーの一部をレーザ成形装置に導き、残りのパウダーを
他のところに排出するように導くメインサンプリング部と、
前記メインサンプリング部から分離された残りのパウダーの量を算出する排出モニタリ
ング部と、
前記メインサンプリング部から排出モニタリング部に排出されるパウダーの一部を前記
排出モニタリング部に排出するように導くものの、残りのパウダーをレーザ成形装置に導
くサブサンプリング部と、
を備えることを特徴とするレーザ成形装置用パウダー供給管理装置。 - 前記サブサンプリング部は、
前記メインサンプリング部と連結されて、前記排出モニタリング部に導かれたパウダー
を分割するサブスリッター部と、
前記サブスリッター部の一方に連結されて、前記分割されたパウダーを前記レーザ成形
装置に導く第1のサブ誘導管と、
前記サブスリッター部の他方に連結されて、前記分割された残りのパウダーを前記排出
モニタリング部に導く第2のサブ誘導管と、
を備える請求項5に記載のレーザ成形装置用パウダー供給管理装置。
