To treat and prevent Economie syndrome, exercises for the soles of the feet, ankles, and calves where the Achilles tendons are located are necessary. Massaging the soles of the feet is also important for promoting blood circulation.
However, in the previous inventions, the foot movement during exercise was limited to alternating movements of the feet, or the feet were placed in an unstable position. Also, although a restricting member was provided to prevent the feet from shifting or changing direction during exercise, a member that ensured strength and direction of the restriction was required. Also, it was difficult to know not only the direction to place the feet, but also where to place the feet.

The present invention was made to solve the above problems, and aims to provide rehabilitation exercise equipment that allows the user to change the position of the moving foot, allowing for stable exercise without slippage, and allows the user to check the direction and location of foot placement.

(Example)
A rehabilitation exercise device 10 will now be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. FIG.
The rehabilitation exercise machine 10 shown in Figure 1 includes a main body made up of a plate-like member 11, a side plate 12, and a side plate crosspiece 14, and a switching device 20. Figure 1 illustrates a state in which a right foot 1R and a left foot 1L are placed on the rehabilitation exercise machine 10. The rehabilitation exercise machine 10 is a machine in which a user places their feet on the plate-like member 11 while sitting on a chair or the like and moves their feet back and forth or left and right.

The rehabilitation exercise device 10 in Figure 1 shows a person sitting on a chair or the like, with feet 1L and 1R placed on a plate-like member 11 and moving them back and forth. The rehabilitation exercise device 10 has arc-shaped side plates 12 at the left and right ends. It also has left and right holes 19 for inserting a switching device 20.

The rehabilitation exercise device 10 allows feet 1L and 1R to be placed on the plate-shaped member 11 and move along the arc of the side plate 12, with the apex of the arc of the side plate 12 as the axis. Therefore, when the feet are placed on the device, the right foot R and left foot L can be moved forward and backward simultaneously.

This allows for exercises that contract the Achilles tendon, making it effective for rehabilitation. In addition, multiple fixing screw holes 17 are provided in the center of the side plate 12.

In addition, the switching device 20 is located at the center of the plate-like member 11, along the direction in which the foot is placed, so the direction and area in which the foot is placed can be confirmed at a glance. It is also possible to confirm the center of the plate-like member 11 and to guide the user to place their foot in a balanced manner.

The same components as those in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The rehabilitation exercise machine 10 shown in FIG. 2 shows a state in which a person is seated on a chair or the like and places his/her feet 1L and 1R on a plate-like member 11 and moves them left and right.

The rehabilitation exercise device 10 can be switched by rotating the switching device 20 90 degrees and inserting it into the left/right hole 19 shown in Figure 1. It also has front and rear holes 15 for inserting the switching device 20.

The rehabilitation exercise device 10 allows feet 1L and 1R to be placed on the plate-like member 11 and move along the arc of the side plate 12, with the apex of the arc of the side plate 12 as the axis. Therefore, when feet are placed on it, feet 1L and 1R can be tilted alternately to the right and left, allowing stepping exercises to be performed while sitting in a chair, making it ideal for exercises that move the legs and hips.

In addition, the switching device 20 is located at the center of the plate-like member 11, along the direction in which the foot is placed, so the direction in which the foot is placed can be confirmed at a glance. It also allows the user to confirm the center of the plate-like member 11 while guiding the user to place their foot in a balanced manner.

Next, the plate-like member 11 will be described with reference to FIG. 3 or FIG.
The plate-like member 11 is a rectangular plate with a length of 350 mm along the length of the foot and a width of 300 mm along the width of the foot. The actual dimensions of the plate-like member 11 can be changed as needed, but are set to be longer than the average human foot length. In this embodiment, the plate-like member 11 is rectangular, but it may also be oval or circular in shape.

The surface of the plate-shaped member 11 is flat to make it easy to place your feet on. The side plate 12 is arc-shaped, measuring 350 mm in length and 100 to 150 mm high at the center.

To secure the side plate 12 to the plate-like member 11 and form an integrated unit, the side plate crosspiece 14 and the side plate 12 are secured together by inserting fastening members such as screws into the fastening screw holes 17. The upper crosspiece 16 is also fastened to the plate-like member 11 by fastening members such as screws.

The side plate crosspiece 14 is fixed by inserting a fastening member such as a screw into the fixing screw hole 17. With the above configuration, the plate-shaped member 11 is fixed to the side plate 12 with a screw or the like, and the dowel holes 16 are filled with dowels to make it flat so that no injury occurs even when a foot is placed on it, and it is constructed as one unit with the side plate 12. The side plate crosspiece 14 is a crosspiece that firmly assembles the plate-shaped member 11 and the side plate 12.

Next, the switching device 20 will be described with reference to Fig. 5 or Fig. 6. The switching device 20 is a columnar device with an arc-shaped cross section. The arc of the cross section of the switching device 20 is not a semicircle, but is cut at a position on the diameter that is 10 to 30 percent longer than the semicircle, so the width of the cross section is smaller than that of a semicircle.
The cross-sectional shape is not limited to a semicircle, but may be a square, ellipse, or the like.

The surface area of the switching device 20 is larger than that of a semicircle. Therefore, when the sole of the foot is placed on the switching device 20, the contact area is large and the sole of the foot can be placed so as to be wrapped around it. The switching device 20 is particularly effective for stimulating the soles of the feet.

The surface 26 of the switching device 20 is also provided with a mat portion 23 that is made of non-slip or non-slip fibers. The mat portion 23 further has anti-slip holes 27 formed on the surface 26, which are approximately square and concave and measure 2 mm to 5 mm. The anti-slip holes 27 are not limited to a square shape and may be circular, elliptical, or other shapes. Furthermore, the anti-slip holes 27 are not limited to being non-slip holes, and may instead be protruding anti-slip devices.

The above configuration allows you to exercise without slipping even with your socks swept up, and also allows you to place your feet on the semicircular switching device 20 and exercise left and right or forward and backward while stimulating the soles of your feet.

The switching device 20 also has protrusions 25 that fit into the left-right holes 19 and the front-rear holes 15 of the plate-shaped member 11.

It is located in the center of the plate-shaped member 11, in line with the direction in which the foot is placed, so the direction and position of the foot can be confirmed at a glance. It also allows the user to confirm the center of the plate-shaped member 11 while guiding the user to place their feet in a balanced manner. It is also possible to switch the function of indicating the direction of movement at any time.

7 and 8 are diagrams showing the base 30 on which the exercise apparatus for rehabilitation 10 is placed. The base 30 has a plate-shaped floor board 31 and a restraining member 32 to prevent the exercise apparatus for rehabilitation 10 from slipping.
8A shows the rehabilitation exercise machine 10 in a stationary state, while FIGS. 8B and 8C show the rehabilitation exercise machine 10 in a tilted state.

Restricting members 32 are provided on both sides of the side panel 14 so as to sandwich the side panel 14. The restricting members 32 are triangular in shape and have inclined surfaces 33 with an inclination of 30 to 60 degrees from the bottom surface. When the rehabilitation exercise device 10 moves along the arc of the side panel 12, the side panel 14 abuts against the inclined surfaces 33.

The restricting members 32 may be trapezoidal or polygonal, with an inclined surface 33 on only one side, in addition to triangular shapes. Furthermore, the restricting members 32 may be removable by providing inclined surfaces 33 at various angles to adjust the range of motion of the rehabilitation exercise device 10. It is also possible to change the restricting members 32 to suit the state of exercise. In this embodiment, four restricting members 32 are provided, but a minimum of two is sufficient, and more is even better.
