Claims (4)
- 自車両前方の走行環境情報を取得する走行環境情報取得部と、
対向車線を走行する対向車の情報を取得する対向車情報取得部と、
前記自車両が前記対向車線を横断して進路変更する際の運転支援を実行する運転支援制御部と
を備える運転支援装置において、
前記運転支援制御部は、
前記自車両が交差点に進入するに際し前記対向車情報取得部で取得した前記対向車の情報に基づいて前記自車両に接近する該対向車を検出した場合に該対向車の車両挙動に基づいて推定進行領域を設定する推定進行領域設定部と、
前記推定進行領域設定部で設定した前記推定進行領域と前記自車両の進行路とに基づき、該進行路で前記推定進行領域に進入した際に、該自車両と前記対向車との接触する可能性の有無を調べる接触判定部と、
前記接触判定部で前記自車両が前記対向車と接触する可能性があると判定した場合に該自車両を前記推定進行領域外で停車させる停車制御部と
を備え、
前記停車制御部は、
前記対向車が前記交差点から前記自車両が走行している車線を横断して進路変更するか否かを調べる進路変更判定部を更に備え、
前記進路変更判定部は、前記対向車が減速し、且つ前記自車両の走行している車線の方向へ操舵していない場合、前記自車両の走行している車線を横断して進路変更する可能性が低いと判定し、前記自車両の停車状態を維持する
ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 前記進路変更判定部は、前記自車両の前記対向車線を横断する前記進行路を前記対向車が通過したと判定した場合は、前記自車両の停車状態を解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の運転支援装置。 - 前記進路変更判定部は、前記対向車が前記自車両の走行している車線を横断して進路変更すると判定した場合は、前記自車両の停車状態を解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の運転支援装置。 - 前記進路変更判定部は、前記対向車が前記自車両の走行している車線を横断して進路変更するか否かを、前記対向車における進路変更側のウインカ点灯と前記交差点進入時の減速と前記自車両の走行している車線方向へ操舵との全てが該当した場合は進路変更と判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の運転支援装置。
