Description
または、本開示によれば、生分解性を有する可塑剤であって、可塑剤の分子は、第1の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含むアミノ基と、第2の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含むカルボキシ基とを少なくとも内包する少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含む中心構造と、複数の炭素原子を持つ少なくとも2つの分岐構造と、を備え、少なくとも2つの分岐構造はそれぞれ第2の連結構造に結合し、それぞれカルボキシ基に結合してエステル結合を形成し、分岐構造に芳香族化合物が含まれない可塑剤を提供する。少なくとも2つの分岐構造の各炭素数は5~10である。
(なお、本明細書では、「接続する」は「結合する」の同義語として用いられている。)

Claims (13)
- 生分解性を有する可塑剤であって、前記可塑剤の分子は、
第1の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含むアミノ基と、第2の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含むカルボキシ基とを少なくとも内包する少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含む中心構造と、
複数の炭素原子を持つ少なくとも2つの分岐構造と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの分岐構造の一方は前記第1の連結構造に結合し、前記少なくとも2つの分岐構造の他方は前記第2の連結構造に結合し、当該一方は前記アミノ基に結合してアミド結合を形成し、当該他方は前記カルボキシ基に結合してエステル結合を形成し、
前記分岐構造に芳香族化合物が含まれず、
前記分岐構造が前記アミノ基に結合する炭素数をnNCとし、前記分岐構造が前記カルボキシ基に結合する炭素数をnOCとすると、
全ての前記分岐構造についてnNC及びnOCは0.20≦nNC/(nNC+nOC)≦0.80という条件を満たし、
nNC及びnOCはそれぞれゼロまたは正の整数であり、且つnNC及びnOCは同時にゼロではなく、
前記少なくとも2つの分岐構造の各炭素数は5~20である可塑剤。 - 前記分岐構造が前記アミノ基に接続される炭素数をnNCとし、前記分岐構造が前記カルボキシ基に接続される炭素数をnOCとすると、
nNC及びnOCは0.25≦nNC/(nNC+nOC)≦0.60という条件を満たす請求項1に記載の可塑剤。 - 前記分岐構造が前記アミノ酸に接続される炭素数をnNCとし、前記分岐構造が前記カルボキシ基に接続される炭素数をnOCとすると、
nNC及びnOCは0.30≦nNC/(nNC+nOC)≦0.50という条件を満たす請求項2に記載の可塑剤。 - 前記可塑剤の分子量はMwPとすると、
MwPは475≦MwP≦1000という条件を満たす請求項1に記載の可塑剤。 - 前記アミノ酸の残基は酸性である請求項4に記載の可塑剤。
- 前記アミノ酸はアスパラギン酸(Aspartate)である請求項5に記載の可塑剤。
- 前記中心構造は少なくとも2つの前記アミノ酸を含む請求項4に記載の可塑剤。
- 生分解性を有する可塑剤であって、前記可塑剤の分子は、
第1の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含むアミノ基と、第2の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含むカルボキシ基とを少なくとも内包する少なくとも1つのアミノ酸を含む中心構造と、
複数の炭素原子を持つ少なくとも2つの分岐構造と、
を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの分岐構造はそれぞれ前記第2の連結構造に結合し、それぞれ前記カルボキシ基に結合してエステル結合を形成し、
前記分岐構造に芳香族化合物が含まれず、
前記少なくとも2つの分岐構造の各炭素数は5~10である可塑剤。 - 前記可塑剤の分子量はMwPとすると、
MwPは450≦MwPという条件を満たす請求項1に記載の可塑剤。 - 前記分岐構造に結合され、カルボキシ基、ヒドロキシ基、アミノ基又はリン酸基である少なくとも1つの極性官能基をさらに含む請求項1に記載の可塑剤。
- カルボキシ基、ヒドロキシ基、アミノ基及びリン酸基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも2つの前記極性官能基を含む請求項10に記載の可塑剤。
- 生分解性を有するプラスチック製品であって、
請求項1に記載の可塑剤と、
ポリ乳酸、ポリブチレンサクシネート、(1,4-ブタンジオールアジペート/1,4-ブタンジオールテレフタレート)共重合体又はポリヒドロキシアルカノエートであるポリエステルプラスチックと、
を含み、
前記可塑剤は前記ポリエステルプラスチックに混合されているプラスチック製品。 - 生分解性を有する可塑剤であって、前記可塑剤の分子は、
第1の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのヒドロキシ基と、第2の連結構造と定義される少なくとも1つのカルボキシ基とを少なくともそれぞれ内包し、中心構造と定義され、かつ2-ヒドロキシ安息香酸である少なくとも2つのベンゼン誘導体と、
複数の炭素を持ち、各前記ベンゼン誘導体の前記ヒドロキシ基及び前記カルボキシ基により各前記ベンゼン誘導体にそれぞれ結合して、各前記カルボキシ基に結合する場合、エステル結合を形成する分岐構造と、
を備え、
前記分岐構造に芳香族化合物が含まれず、かつ前記分岐構造は前記ベンゼン誘導体の前記カルボキシ基に結合する可塑剤。
