蓋本体、及びヒンジ手段を介して該蓋本体に接続され、該蓋本体の上面を覆う閉位置と該蓋本体の上面を露呈させる開位置との間を旋回自在な上蓋を具備し、
該蓋本体は閉塞壁及び該閉塞壁の周縁から垂下する筒状装着壁を、該上蓋は天面壁及び該天面壁の周縁から垂下するスカート壁を夫々含み、
該スカート壁には破断可能橋絡部を介して下方に延びる係止片が配設されていると共に、該装着壁には被係止片が配設されており、該上蓋が該閉位置に旋回せしめられると該係止片が該被係止片に弾性的に係止せしめられ、該上蓋が該閉位置から該開位置に旋回せしめられる際には該破断可能橋絡部が破断されて該係止片が該スカート壁から分離される合成樹脂製容器蓋において、
