Description
従来技術の電極に対する本発明の電極のノイズ特性を調べた。本発明の電極は綿ガーゼである吸収材料を含み、一方、従来技術の電極はスポンジベースのシステムを含む。2つの電極を互いに6cmの距離で腹部の異なる位置に適用した。3M(登録商標)の固体ゲル電極を用いて部位のノイズを測定し、等価であることが分かった。これらの値をスポンジまたはガーゼ電極を適用する前のノイズレベルのベースラインとして用いた。
Claims (9)
- 医療用電極であって、
電解質と、
該電解質と接触している吸収性材料であって、複数のストランドを含み、各ストランドに前記電解質が注入されるようになっている吸収材料と、
該吸収性材料と接触している押圧手段であって、患者の標的皮膚領域の角質層を貫通して前記吸収性材料の前記ストランドを押圧するための複数の突出部を含む押圧手段と、
該押圧手段に隣接して配置され、前記吸収性材料と接触している導電性手段であって、電解質が注入された前記吸収性材料の各ストランドが、角質層への侵入部位から前記導電性手段への導電性チャネルとして機能する、導電性手段と、
前記電極を支持すると共に、前記電極を患者の標的皮膚領域と接触した状態に保持するための支持手段と、
を備えた医療用電極。 - 前記吸収材料は、ガーゼ構造の複数のストランドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療用電極。
- 前記吸収材料が綿繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療用電極。
- 前記導電性手段は、前記吸収材料と接触する表面上を導電性金属層でコーティングされたプラスチック基板であり、前記表面は前記標的皮膚領域に面している、請求項1に記載の医療用電極。
- 前記導電性金属層が銀/塩化銀であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の医療用電極。
- 前記プラスチック基板は、可撓性プリント回路基板に接続されている、請求項4に記載の医療用電極。
- 前記押圧手段は、前記電極上への圧力の印加を補助するために、前記電極の上面に更なる手段を有し、前記上面は、前記標的皮膚領域とは反対側を向いている表面である、請求項1に記載の医療用電極。
- 前記電極によって検出された生体電位信号を測定し記録するための測定装置に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療用電極。
- 測定装置と取り外し可能に係合する可撓性ベースに接続された、少なくとも1つの請求項1に記載の電極を含む、医療用電極システム。
