Claims (8)
- 基材にスラリーを塗布するスロットダイコーターと、
前記スラリーと接触して前記スラリーの端部に形成された突出部を整えるように前記スラリーにエッジ調整物質を提供するエッジ調整物質提供手段と、
を含み、
前記エッジ調整物質の表面張力が前記スラリーの表面張力よりも大きく、前記エッジ調整物質は、表面張力差により前記スラリーを引っ張り、
前記スラリーが前記基材に先に吐き出された後に前記エッジ調整物質が前記基材に提供される、電極コーティング装置。 - 前記スラリーは、複数で提供され、
前記エッジ調整物質は、複数のスラリーの間に提供される、請求項1に記載の電極コーティング装置。 - 前記エッジ調整物質は、前記スラリーと同じ溶媒を用いる、請求項1に記載の電極コーティング装置。
- 前記エッジ調整物質は、乾燥後の脱離を防ぐために予め設定された範囲の接着力を有するバインダー系の材料を含む、請求項3に記載の電極コーティング装置。
- 前記エッジ調整物質は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)系、ポリオレフィン系、ポリイミド系、ポリウレタン系、ポリエステル系、ポリビニリデンフルオリド(PVDF)系、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)系、セラミック系及びシリコン系の物質のうちの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項4に記載の電極コーティング装置。
- 前記エッジ調整物質提供手段は、前記スロットダイコーターとは別途に設けられて前記スロットダイコーターの上側または下側に配置され、前記基材に向かって前記エッジ調整物質を吐き出すエッジ調整物質コーターである、請求項1に記載の電極コーティング装置。
- 基材にスラリーを塗布するステップと、
前記スラリーと接触して前記スラリーのエッジに形成された突出部を整えるエッジ調整物質をスラリーに提供するステップと、
を含み、
前記エッジ調整物質の表面張力が前記スラリーの表面張力よりも大きく、前記エッジ調整物質は、表面張力差により前記スラリーを引っ張り、
前記スラリーが前記基材に先に吐き出された後に前記エッジ調整物質が前記基材に提供される、電極コーティング方法。 - 前記スラリーは、複数で提供され、
前記エッジ調整物質は、複数のスラリーの間に提供される、請求項7に記載の電極コーティング方法。
