Claims (4)
- 弁口を有する弁本体と、前記弁口と向かい合う弁体と、ローターを有するモーターと、雄ねじを有する駆動軸と、前記雄ねじが螺合される雌ねじを有する案内部材と、前記ローターの回転を減速して前記駆動軸に伝える歯車機構と、を有する電動弁であって、
前記駆動軸が回転されると、前記駆動軸が前記弁口に近づく方向または前記弁口から離れる方向に移動し、前記弁体が前記弁口に対して移動され、
前記雄ねじおよび前記雌ねじが、多条ねじであり、
前記雄ねじのリードをLとし、前記歯車機構の減速比をKとしたとき、以下の式(1)および式(2)を満たすことを特徴とする電動弁。
(1) 0.04K≦L≦0.10K
(2) 30≦K≦100 - 弁口を有する弁本体と、前記弁口と向かい合う弁体と、ローターを有するステッピングモーターと、雄ねじを有する駆動軸と、前記雄ねじが螺合される雌ねじを有する案内部材と、前記ローターの回転を減速して前記駆動軸に伝える歯車機構と、を有する電動弁であって、
前記駆動軸が回転されると、前記駆動軸が前記弁口に近づく方向または前記弁口から離れる方向に移動し、前記弁体が前記弁口に対して移動され、
前記雄ねじのリードをLとし、前記歯車機構の減速比をKとし、前記弁体が前記弁口から最も離れた全開状態から前記弁口が閉じた全閉状態までの前記弁体の移動量をZとし、前記ステッピングモーターの極数をNとし、前記ステッピングモーターのパルス信号の速度をVとし、前記ステッピングモーターの励磁方式をγとしたとき、以下の式(1A)、式(2A)および式(a2)を満たすことを特徴とする電動弁。
(1A) 0.067K≦L≦0.10K
(2A) K=30
(a2) {(Z×N)/(γ×V)}×(K/L)<5 - 前記雄ねじの外径をdとし、前記雄ねじのピッチをpとしたとき、以下の式(3)および式(4)を満たす、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動弁。
(3) p≦{4×(2×d-5)}/(5×√3) (ただしd≦35/8のとき)
(4) p≦(24×d)/(35×√3) (ただしd≧35/8のとき) - 前記雄ねじおよび前記雌ねじが、一条ねじである、請求項2に記載の電動弁。
