Claims (5)
- 研磨システムであって、
一の面において第1の複数の突出部を備える第1の構造体と、
一の面において第2の複数の突出部を備える第2の構造体と、
前記第1の構造体の他の面に接触するストロークプレートと、
前記第2の構造体の他の面に結合する研磨物品と、
を備え、
前記第1の複数の突出部及び前記第2の複数の突出部は、前記第1の複数の突出部と前記第2の複数の突出部とが相互連結するように均一な縞状に配置されており、
前記第1の複数の突出部と前記第2の複数の突出部とは、前記ストロークプレートのストローク方向である第2の方向に相互連結する一方、前記ストロークプレートが作動されると、前記第2の方向に垂直な送り方向である第1の方向に沿って互いに対して滑るように構成されている、
研磨システム。 - 前記研磨物品が、前記研磨システムによって送り方向に送られる研磨材のロール状シートである、請求項1に記載の研磨システム。
- 前記第1の複数の突出部が、前記第1の構造体の表面に沿って繰り返す成形突出部を含む、請求項1に記載の研磨システム。
- 表面を研磨する方法であって、
研磨物品を研磨システムに結合することであって、前記研磨システムが、
一の面において第1の複数の突出部を備える第1の構造体と、
一の面において第2の複数の突出部を備える第2の構造体と、
前記第1の構造体の他の面に接触する振動源と、
前記第2の構造体の他の面に結合する研磨物品と、
を備え、
前記第1の複数の突出部及び前記第2の複数の突出部は、前記第1の複数の突出部と前記第2の複数の突出部とが相互連結するように均一な縞状に配置されており、
前記第1の複数の突出部と前記第2の複数の突出部とは、前記振動源の振動方向である第2の方向に相互連結する一方、前記振動源が作動されると、前記第2の方向に垂直な送り方向である第1の方向に沿って互いに対して滑るように構成されている、前記結合することと、
前記研磨システムを作動させることによって、前記第2の複数の突出部を前記第1の方向に沿って送ることと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1の複数の突出部及び前記第2の複数の突出部が、隣接する突出部の間に間隙が存在するように相互連結する、請求項4に記載の方法。
