Claims (5)
- 各々が充放電設備を介して電力系統に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースの電力需給計画を管理する管理装置であって、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサによって実行可能なプログラムを記憶するメモリとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、
充放電が不能となる異常が検知された場合、前記異常の種類に応じて、前記異常から復旧するまでの復旧予測時間を推定し、
前記異常の検知時に前記充放電設備に接続されていた電力調整リソースを搭載する対象車両を、前記充放電設備における前記復旧予測時間経過以降の電力需給計画に使用される車両として設定する、管理装置。 - 前記異常は、前記対象車両において生じたものである、請求項1に記載の管理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、
前記異常が検知された場合、前記充放電設備における電力需給計画に使用される候補車両群の中から、前記対象車両に代えて前記充放電設備に接続する車両を選択し、
前記対象車両を前記候補車両群に追加する、請求項2に記載の管理装置。 - 前記候補車両群の各々の車両には、前記充放電設備に接続する順番が定められており、
前記プロセッサは、前記対象車両を前記候補車両群に追加する際に、前記復旧予測時間に基づき、前記対象車両を前記充放電設備に接続する順番を決定する、請求項3に記載の管理装置。 - 充放電設備と、
各々が前記充放電設備を介して電力系統に電気的に接続可能な複数の電力調整リソースと、
前記複数の電力調整リソースの電力需給計画を管理する管理装置とを備え、
前記管理装置は、
充放電が不能となる異常が検知された場合、前記異常の種類に応じて、前記異常から復旧するまでの復旧予測時間を推定し、
前記異常の検知時に前記充放電設備に接続されていた電力調整リソースを搭載する対象車両を、前記充放電設備における前記復旧予測時間経過以降の電力需給計画に使用される車両として設定する、管理システム。
