Description
脆弱線に沿って薄板部材を折り曲げることによって、各建物間柱を、フランジ部分が共通の面に配置された引っ込められた保管位置から、フランジ部分が2つの平行な面に配置された拡げられた取付位置に持ってくるステップと、
建物間柱が、保管位置から取付位置に持ってこられたとき、それぞれ第1のフランジ部分が共通の面に配置された状態で建物間柱を枠組みに配置し固定するステップと、
1つ又は複数の壁パネルを第1のフランジ部分に直接的に又は間接的に取り付けるステップと、
を含む。
Claims (13)
- 第1のフランジ部分(12、12a~12c、12f~12h)及び第2のフランジ部分(14、14a~14c、14f~14h)と、前記フランジ部分を相互接続するウェブ部分(16、16a~16h)と、を備える、壁パネルを取り付けるための枠組みを形成するための建物間柱(10、10a~10c、10f~10h)であって、
各フランジ部分が、平面状の細長い木質繊維部材(18、20)を備え、
前記ウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)が、第1の直線状の脆弱線(24、24d~24h)及び第2の直線状の脆弱線(26、26d~26h)を含むポリマー系及び/又はセルロース繊維系薄板部材(22、22d~22h)で構成されており、
前記脆弱線は、平行であり、
前記薄板部材(22、22d~22h)が、前記建物間柱(10、10a~10c、10f~10h)を、折り畳まれた保管形状から展開された取付形状まで持ってくることができるように、前記脆弱線に沿って折り曲げ可能である、建物間柱(10、10a~10c、10f~10h)。 - 前記薄板部材(22、22d~22h)は、
前記第1のフランジ部分(12、12a~12c~、12f~12h)に当接して取り付けられる第1の取付部分(28、28d~28h)と、
前記第2のフランジ部分(14、14a~14c、14f~14h)に当接して取り付けられる第2の取付部分(30、30d~30h)と、
前記取付部分(28、28d~28g、30、30d~30g)間に配置されたウェブ部材(32、32d~32h)と、を備え、
前記第1の脆弱線(24、24d~24h)は、前記第1の取付部分(28、28d~28h)と前記ウェブ部材(32、32d~32h)との間の境界を形成し、
前記第2の脆弱線(26、26d~26h)は、前記第2の取付部分(30、30d~30h)と前記ウェブ部材(32、32d~32h)との間の境界を形成する、請求項1に記載の建物間柱(10、10a~10c、10f~10h)。 - 前記保管形状では、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が共通の面に配置され、
前記取付形状では、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が2つの平行な面に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。 - 前記保管形状では、前記ウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)が、平面状であり、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)に平行に、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)の上に配置される、請求項3に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記木質繊維部材(18、20)は、それぞれ矩形の断面を有する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10)。
- 前記保管形状で、前記薄板部材(22、22d~22g)が矩形を有し、
前記取付形状で、前記薄板部材(22、22d~22g)がU字形断面を有する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。 - 前記薄板部材(22、22d、22e)は、細長い、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10)。
- 前記ウェブ部分(16f、16g)は、前記第1の脆弱線(24f、24g)が共通の第1の直線状の線(46f、46g)に沿って位置合わせされ、前記第2の脆弱線(26f、26g)が共通の第2の直線状の線(48f、48g)に沿って位置合わせされ、前記第2の直線状の線(48f、48g)が前記第1の直線状の線(46f、46g)に平行であるように配置された複数のポリマー系及び/又はセルロース繊維系薄板部材(22f、22g)を備える、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10f、10g)。
- 前記薄板部材(22、22d~22g)は、積層された複数の材料(22h、50)を備える、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記薄板部材(22、22d~22g)は、プラスチック薄板、厚紙若しくは板紙薄板、及び/又は木質繊維板を備える、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を備える、壁構造体(11)。
- 第1のフランジ部分(12、12f、12g)及び第2のフランジ部分(14、14f、14g)と、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)を相互接続するウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)と、をそれぞれが備える複数の細長い建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を備える壁構造体(11)を提供する方法であって、
各フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)は、平面状の細長い木質繊維部材(18、20)を備え、
前記ウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)は、第1の直線状の脆弱線(24、24d~24g)及び第2の直線状の脆弱線(26、26d~26g)を含むポリマー系及び/又はセルロース繊維系薄板部材(22、22d~22g)で構成されており、
前記脆弱線(24、24d~24g、26、26d~26g)は、平行であり、
前記方法は、
前記壁構造体に前記建物間柱を取り付ける前に、前記脆弱線(24、24d~24g、26、26d~26g)に沿って前記薄板部材(22、22d~22g)を折り曲げることによって、各建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が共通の面に配置された折り畳まれた保管形状から、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が2つの平行な面に配置された展開された取付形状に持ってくるステップを含む、方法。 - 前記建物間柱(10、10f、10g)が前記保管形状から前記取付形状に持ってこられたとき、それぞれ第1のフランジ部分(12、12f、12g)が共通の面に配置された状態で前記建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を枠組みに配置し固定するステップと、
1つ又は複数の壁パネルを前記第1のフランジ部分(12、12f、12g)に直接的又は間接的に取り付けるステップと、
を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
