Description

Claims (13)
- 生体組織のアルゴンプラズマ凝固のための単極器具である器具(10)であって、
ガス供給装置(12)に接続可能な少なくとも2つの管腔(22、23)を備える可撓性のプローブホース(14)を有し、前記プローブホース(14)は、近位端(15)が前記ガス供給装置(12)を備える装置(11)に接続され、
前記プローブホース(14)内に支持され、作用端(29)を備える電極(30)を有し、
各管腔(22、23)はガス出口開口部(25、26)をそれぞれ含み、複数のガス出口開口部(25、26)は前記電極(30)の前記作用端(29)の近くに配置され、
前記プローブホース(14)の中央セクション(21)は、前記ガス供給装置(12)から供給されるガス流を流すための管腔を備えておらず、
前記管腔(22、23)の間に、内側の中央セクション(21)および外側のジャケット(17)に隣接する分離壁(18、19)が配置され、前記分離壁(18、19)によって前記少なくとも2つの管腔(22、23)が前記プローブホース(14)の近位端(15)から前記ガス出口開口部(25、26)まで延び、
前記中央セクション(21)、前記分離壁(18、19)および前記ジャケット(17)は、同じ材料からなり、互いに継ぎ目なく移行する1つの同じプラスチックホースの一部であり、

- 前記中央セクション(21)は、前記プローブホース(14)の中央に同心円状に配置された円筒形であり、前記ジャケット(17)は、中空円筒であり、
前記電極(30)は、前記中央セクション(21)内に絶縁されて配置され、前記中央セクション(21)の前記プローブホース(14)の径方向厚さは、前記ジャケット(17)の前記プローブホース(14)の径方向厚さより大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の器具。 - 前記分離壁(18、19)は前記プローブホース(14)の径方向に対して傾斜して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 前記分離壁は湾曲して構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の器具。
- 前記プローブホース(14)は外側に円形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 単一の電極(30)のみが前記プローブホース(14)内に配置され、前記電極(30)は前記プローブホース(14)内の中央に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記電極は、前記プローブホース(14)の中央セクション(21)に電気的に絶縁されて埋め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記プローブホース(14)は、前記ガス出口開口部(25、26)を越えて遠位方向に延在するジャケットセクション(17、35)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記ジャケットセクション(35)は前記プローブホース(14)とは異なる材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記電極(30)は、前記プローブホース(14)の内側に配置された遠位端を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記電極(30)は、前記プローブホース(14)の外側に配置され、絶縁体(36)が設けられた、遠位端を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
- 前記電極(30)には少なくとも部分的に導電性コーティングが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の器具。
