Description

The present invention relates to dolls.

As a conventional doll, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a movable Sengoku warrior doll that has a human-shaped body with a movable neck, torso, and each joint capable of moving in a manner similar to that of a human, and is outfitted with contemporary armor such as a helmet, cheek guards, torso, sleeves, gauntlets, kusazuri, kasha (shield), and shin guards, allowing the doll to assume a variety of poses.

The doll described in Patent Document 1 provides a doll that can be equipped with weapons on a movable element body and can assume a variety of poses. However, the movable element body and the equipped weaponry have a one-to-one correspondence structure, and there is little room for variation in the outfit. Furthermore, the movable element body is not an assembly type, so there is no way to enjoy assembling the body or changing parts, which leaves room for interest.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly entertaining doll.

The doll of one aspect of the present invention comprises:
A doll comprising a main body and a secondary body detachable from the main body, the main body including a first main body including a first part and a second main body not including the first part, and the secondary body including a first secondary body including the first part and a second secondary body not including the first part.

The present invention makes it possible to provide highly entertaining dolls.

An embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a front view of a doll in a first mode according to an embodiment of the present invention; and Figure 2 is a front view of the doll in a second mode.
The doll 1 is an assembly type doll that can take two forms: a first form 1F in which the character is wearing weapons (armor) as shown in FIG. 1, and a second form 2F as shown in FIG. 2 in which the character doll is in a substantially naked state (a base body or a state close to the base body) when assembled.

In the first form 1F, as shown in Figure 1, the main body 10, which is the torso, has a first sub-body 21 (20) consisting of a head 220, arms 211, and legs 212 that can be attached and detached to the first main body 11 when the first main body 11 is equipped with armor. On the other hand, in the second form 2F, as shown in Figure 2, the second main body 12 of the second form 2F has a second sub-body 22 (20) consisting of a head 220, arms 221, and legs 222 that can be attached and detached to the second main body 12.

In this embodiment, the same head portion 220 is used in both the first configuration 1F and the second configuration 2F.
The difference between the first main body 11 and the second main body 12 is that the first main body 11 is an integral body with first parts 30, which are decorations for armor or clothing, formed on the surface of the main body. On the other hand, the second main body 12 is a base body without decorations for armor or clothing, or a form approximating the base body, so-called a base body-approximated external form. Similarly, with regard to the secondary body 20, the first secondary body 21 in the first form 1F is formed with the first parts 30, which are surface decorations for armor or clothing, and the second secondary body 22 in the second form 2F is a base body without surface decorations for armor or clothing, or a form approximating the base body.

Note that the term "elementary body or an outline approximating the elemental body" as used here basically refers to a state in which one is nearly naked, but this concept also includes, for example, a state in which thin clothing is worn on the surface of the skin, and also includes an unadorned shape that resembles the prototype of a shoe rather than a bare foot, such as the foot 222c shown in Figure 2.

In addition, the first form 1F is equipped with multiple separate second parts 50 (chest armor 51, waist armor 52, shoulder pads 53, gauntlet armor 54, sword 55, neck armor 59, etc.) that are detachable from the main body 10 and secondary body 20. These second parts 50 will be described in detail below, but are configured to be movable relative to the main body 10 and secondary body 20 when attached to them.

Here, the upper arm 211a and upper arm 221a, and the forearm 211b and forearm 221b in the first form 1F and the second form 2F are denoted by different reference numerals, but in reality, the first form 1F uses the same configuration as the second form 2F, with the second part 50 attached to the upper arm 221a and forearm 221b of the base body.

Figure 3 is an exploded view of the doll shown in Figure 1. Figure 4 is an exploded perspective view of the doll shown in Figure 2.
3 and 4, in both the first form 1F and the second form 2F, the first main body 11 and the second main body 12 constituting the body of the doll 1 are configured such that the first body 111, 121 (upper side in the figure), the second body 112, 122 (middle side in the figure), and the third body 113, 123 (lower side in the figure) are detachably connected via connecting members 40. The first sub-body 21 and the second sub-body 22 are also detachably connected via a number of connecting members 40 (reference numerals 41 to 48).

The connecting member 40 also has multiple connecting structures, allowing each connecting part to move relative to the other. Details of the connecting member 40 will be described later, but for example, in terms of the connecting structure to the main body 10, the head 220 and leg parts 212, 222 are connected using the same structure (spherical structure), while the arms 211, 221 are connected using a different connecting structure (columnar structure). The largest piece of armor worn around the torso, the armband 51, comes with an accessory 51a.

5, the head 220 is divided into three parts in the front-to-rear direction, for example, and has a structure including a front hair section 220f, a rear hair section 220r, and a face section 220m. The forehead portion of the face section 220m is fitted into the front hair-side recess 220a on the inside of the front hair section 220f, and the back surface protrusion 220c of the face section 220m is fitted into the rear hair-side recess 220d of the rear hair section 220r. In other words, the face section 220m is sandwiched between the front hair section 220f and the rear hair section 220r.

The lower end of the rear hair section 220r is provided with a first connecting section 60, which is formed by fitting a spherical ball section 61 of the first connecting member 41 (40) into a spherical recess 62 that movably receives the ball section 61. Therefore, the head 220 can, for example, rotate around the axis of the first connecting member 41, and even swing (for example, tilting forward, backward, left, and right). In particular, when swinging, the lower end of the head 220 has a separation distance S (see Figures 1 and 7) such that parts other than the connecting section are not in contact with the main body section 10 (torso). This not only allows for a large swinging motion, but also allows for the attachment of a piece of armor or neck armor 59 (50) between the head 220 and the shoulders.

The first connecting member 41 has a cylindrical protrusion 71 formed in a cylindrical shape at one end of the ball portion 61, and this cylindrical protrusion 71 fits into a cylindrical recess 72 formed in the neck portion 10u of the main body portion 10 to form the second connecting portion 70 (see Figure 7).

Figure 6 is a perspective view showing the inside of the connecting structure of the first body 111 of the doll 1 in the first mode 1F shown in Figure 3. Note that the connecting structure is the same for both the first mode 1F and the second mode 2F, so a description of the second mode 2F will be omitted.

The first body section 111 has a mating recess 111a that opens downward toward the second body section 112 and on both the left and right shoulder portions. The upper mating projection 42a of the second connecting member 42 is fixed within the mating recess 111a, fitting into the deepest portion of the mating recess 111a. Cylindrical recesses 72 are provided at both ends of the mating projection 42a. When the mating projection 42a is fitted, the cylindrical recess 72 communicates with the openings (indicated by reference numeral 72 in the illustration) in both shoulder portions, forming the cylindrical recess 72. Therefore, the second connecting member 42 is fixed to the first body section 111 by fitting into the mating recess 111a and fitting the cylindrical projections 71 of the pair of left and right fourth connecting members 44 into the cylindrical recesses 72. In this state, the ball portion 61 of the second connecting member 42 protrudes from the lower end side of the first body portion 111 (see Figure 7).

As shown in FIG. 7 , when the second connecting member 42 is connected to the first body 111, as described above, the ball portion 61 protrudes from the lower end of the first body 111, and the hemispherical protrusions 44a, each with a through-hole 73 and provided at one end of the cylindrical protrusion 71 of the fourth connecting member 44, protrude from the left and right shoulder portions. Meanwhile, the upper end 112u of the second body 112 is provided with a spherical recess 62 that opens upward. The first body 111 and the second body 112 are connected by the first connecting portion 60, in which the ball portion 61 of the second connecting member 42 fits into this spherical recess 62. In this way, the second connecting member 42 has an integrated structure that allows the body portion and the arm portion to be connected with a single member.

The second body section 112 also has a cylindrical recess 72 at its lower end 112d that opens toward the third body section 113, and this recess 72 fits into a cylindrical protrusion 71 at the upper end of the third connecting member 43 to form the second connecting section. Meanwhile, the lower end 43a of the third connecting member 43 is fitted and fixed to the third body section 113, which corresponds to the buttocks. The third connecting member 43 also has ball sections 61 on both sides of the lower end 43a that protrude diagonally downward to the left and right from the lower end 113d of the third body section 113.

The second body section 112 and the first body section 111, which are connected by the first connecting section 60, can move such that the first body section 111 bends, for example, in the front-to-back direction (direction of arrow A) or the left-to-right direction (direction of arrow B) relative to the second body section 112. Meanwhile, the second body section 112 and the third body section 113, which are connected by the second connecting section 70, can rotate horizontally relative to the third body section 113 (direction of arrow C).

Here, the upper end 112u of the second body 112 is located inside and above the lower end 111d of the first body 111. This prevents an unnatural gap from forming between the first body 111 and the second body 112, even when the first body 111 is bent. The circumferential shape of the upper end 112u of the second body 112 is curved so that it narrows inward from the bottom to the top, making it easier to bend.

The connecting portion (waist portion) between the lower end portion 112d of the second body portion 112 and the upper end portion 113u of the third body portion 113 only moves horizontally, so the third body portion 113 is not configured to cover the surface of the second body portion 112. Furthermore, as will be described later, this waist portion becomes invisible when the second component 50 is attached.

In the completed state of the first form 1F, the second parts 50, that is, the body wrap armor 51 and the waist wrap armor 52, are attached to the first main body part 11 so as to cover the second body part 112 and the third body part 113. The body wrap armor 51 and the waist wrap armor 52 are both configured as hollow members that can be penetrated by the second body part 112. Therefore, the body wrap armor 51 and the waist wrap armor 52 are attached so that they can move slightly up and down (in the direction of arrow D) and rotate (in the direction of arrow E) when attached.

10, the leg 212, which is the first sub-body 21 equipped with the decorative first component 30, is made up of a thigh 212a, a crus 212b, and a foot 212c. The upper end of the thigh 212a is provided with a spherical recess 62 into which the ball 61 of the third connecting member 43 is fitted, and the hip joint is formed by the first connecting part 60.

A cylindrical recess 72 is provided at the lower end of the thigh 212a. A knee recess 74 is provided at the upper end of the crus 212b, opening horizontally rearward toward the thigh 212a. This knee recess 74 has an axial hole 74a that penetrates in the left-right direction. The sixth connecting member 46 has a cylindrical protrusion 71 and an annular portion 46a at one end of this cylindrical protrusion 71, with this annular portion 46a having a through-hole 73 that is perpendicular to the cylindrical protrusion 71. The sixth connecting member 46 is attached so that the cylindrical protrusion 71 is fitted into the cylindrical recess 72 of the thigh 212a and the annular portion 46a is received in the knee recess 74, with the axial member 47 (seventh connecting member) passing through the axial hole 74a and through-hole 73. This completes the knee joint.

The lower end of the crus 212b is provided with a shaft that protrudes toward the foot 212c, with a ball 61 at the tip of this shaft. Meanwhile, the foot 212c has a spherical recess 62 in its shoe-shaped ankle area. By fitting the ball 61 of the crus 212b into the spherical recess 62 of the foot 212c, an ankle part is formed that allows the foot 212c to freely change direction.

FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the connecting structure of the arm portion 211. As shown in FIG.
11 , the arm 211, which is the first sub-body 21, is composed of an upper arm 211a, a forearm 211b, and a hand 211c having a first part 30. As mentioned above, the upper arm 211a and the forearm 211b have the same configuration as the arm 221 of the base body, but are configured to be fitted with a shoulder pad 53 and gauntlet armor 54. On the shoulder side of the upper arm 211a, a cylindrical protrusion 71 of the upper arm 211a is fitted into a cylindrical recess 72 formed in the hemispherical protrusion 44a of the fourth connecting member 44, thereby forming a second connecting part 70. This forms a shoulder joint that can rotate in both the front-rear and left-right directions relative to the main body 10.

A cylindrical recess 72 is provided on the elbow side of the upper arm 211a. An elbow recess 75, which constitutes the elbow joint, is provided on the upper arm side of the forearm 211b. The annular portion 45a of the fifth connecting member 45 is inserted into this elbow recess 75. Therefore, the fifth connecting member 45 is attached so that its cylindrical protrusion 71 is fitted into the cylindrical recess 72 of the upper arm 211a and the annular portion 45a is received within the elbow recess 75, with the shaft member 47 passing through the shaft hole 76a and through-hole 73. This constitutes the elbow joint.

The hand portion 211c is provided with a cylindrical protrusion 71 that protrudes toward the forearm portion 211b, and this cylindrical protrusion 71 fits into a cylindrical recess 72 of the forearm portion 211b, thereby forming a wrist portion that rotates around the cylindrical protrusion 71.
The gauntlet armor 54 can rotate relative to the forearm 211b and can slide slightly in the longitudinal direction of the forearm 211b.

FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the mounting structure of the shoulder rest 53 of the second component.
12(a), the shoulder rest 53 has a spherical recess 62 of the first connecting portion 60 on its inner surface. Meanwhile, the eighth connecting member 48 has a semi-annular connecting ring 48a that fits onto the surface of the upper arm 211a and is provided with a ball 61. Therefore, the shoulder rest 53 is attached by fitting the ball 61 into the spherical recess 62 and fitting the connecting ring 48a onto the upper arm 211a.
As shown in Fig. 12(b), the shoulder rest 53 can swing around the ball portion 61 while attached to the upper arm 211a. Also, as shown in Fig. 12(a), the attachment position of the eighth connecting member 48 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the upper arm 211a.

FIG. 13 is a front view showing another type of second component.
1, other hand-held weapons such as another sword 56, an axe 57, and a shield 58, each of which has a grip 50a, can be provided in the second part 50. These weapons can be attached and replaced as needed, as will be described later.

FIG. 14 is an enlarged perspective view showing an example of a state in which the second component is held in the right hand.
Figure 14 shows the state when the axe 57 is held in the right hand. In this case, the sword 55 and the axe 57 shown in Figure 1 have the same diameter of the grip portion 50a. Therefore, the sword 55 is removed, and the grip portion 50a of the handle of the axe 57 is attached so that it fits between the thumb 211e and the other four fingers 211f of the right hand.

When the axe 57 is attached, the holding position of the axe 57 can be changed by sliding it axially relative to the hand portion 211c. The axe 57 can also be rotated to change the orientation of its blade.

FIG. 15 is an enlarged perspective view showing an example of a state in which the shield 58 is held in the left hand.
As shown in FIG. 15 , the shield 58 has a grip portion 58a on its back surface 58r. This grip portion 58a has, for example, a pair of protrusions 58b protruding from the back surface 58r, and a grip shaft 58c provided between the pair of protrusions 58b. The distance between the grip shaft 58c and the back surface 58r is configured large enough to allow at least four fingers 211f to be inserted. This allows the shield 58 to be held by inserting the grip shaft 58c between the four fingers 211f and the thumb 211e. In this case, the shield 58 can rotate around the grip shaft 58c.

Fig. 16 is a front view of a doll according to a modified example of the present invention. Fig. 17 is an exploded view of the body of the doll shown in Fig. 16. In the doll 1 shown in Figs. 16 and 17, the same components as those in the previous figures are designated by the same reference numerals, and their explanation will be omitted.
In the above embodiment, the boy doll 1 has been described, but as shown in Figs. 16 and 17, the doll 1 may also be a girl doll.

As shown in Figure 16, the clothing of the first form 1F differs from that of boys, and it is preferable that the first torso section 111, second torso section 112, and third torso section 113 that make up the torso have a streamlined, sleek shape with no or minimal second parts 50 such as the armor wrapped around the body 51. For example, as shown in the figure, shoulder pads 53 and the like are not used, and the shoulder and gauntlet sections are shaped with decorative shapes of the first parts 30, resulting in an overall shape closer to clothing than armor.

Furthermore, the first torso section 111, second torso section 112, and third torso section 113 of the base body may be configured exactly the same as described above, except that their outlines may be slightly changed from those of a boy. Furthermore, for example, the first torso section 111, second torso section 112, and third torso section 113 may have the second connecting member 42 and third connecting member 43 already incorporated into the torso portion, as shown in FIG. 17.

As explained above, in this embodiment, the doll can be freely assembled and disassembled, and the main body 10 and secondary body 20 are configured to include not just one type but multiple shapes. This allows you to enjoy not only the doll armed with armor or the doll naked, but also the doll in the middle of being changed, diversifying the ways in which you can enjoy dolls.

In this embodiment, the second part 50 (attached item) that can be attached to and detached from the main body part 10 (torso part) and the secondary body part 20 (head and limb parts) is configured to be movable when attached to the main body part 10 and the secondary body part 20, so you can enjoy moving this second part 50.

In this embodiment, the first main body 11 and the first sub-body 21 are configured with the first component 30 preformed, so they can be slimmer than the torso and limbs that are attached to components, and the doll's appearance can be made more natural than when the same components are attached to components. In particular, with small dolls, this can prevent the parts from becoming unnaturally thick (bulky) when attached to the doll.
On the other hand, by having the second part 50 separate from the first main body 11 and the first sub-body 21, not only can the assembly operation be enjoyed, but it is also possible to attach second parts 50 with different shapes to the same location, for example. This allows the doll's appearance to be partially changed and enjoyed.

In this embodiment, the second sub-body 22 is configured so that the second part 50 can be attached and detached, allowing you to enjoy wearing the second part 50.

In this embodiment, the second main body 12 and the second sub-body 22 have a bare body appearance similar to bare skin or a slim configuration similar to the bare body, allowing the garment to appear bulky even when the second component 50 is attached.

In this embodiment, the secondary body 20 is configured to be connectable to the main body 10 via different connection structures, allowing the state of connection of the secondary body 20 to the main body 10 to be changed. This change in connection structure makes it possible to enjoy different movements of the secondary body 20 relative to the main body 10.

In this embodiment, the secondary body 20 is made up of a head 220, arms 211, 221, and legs 212, 222 that are detachable from the main body 10. In particular, the arms and legs include connecting structures with different configurations, so that, for example, the arms 211, 221 can move differently at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, etc., and the legs 212, 222 can express different movements at the hip joints, knees, and ankles.

In this embodiment, the head 220 is configured to be combined into multiple parts, including the front hair section 220f, the back hair section 220r, and the face section 220m. This makes it possible to change the face section 220m, change the hairstyle, and even change the headwear worn on the head 220, allowing for a variety of different head configurations to be enjoyed.

In this embodiment, when the head 220 is connected to the main body 10, the parts other than the connecting parts are configured to be out of contact with the main body 10, creating a space between the main body 10 and the lower end of the head 220. As a result, the head 220 can be easily moved relative to the main body 10, and the shape of the lower end of the head 220 can be freely shaped, allowing for significant changes in the size and shape of the hairstyle, for example.

In this embodiment, the head and legs include connecting parts with the same configuration, and the head can pivot and rotate and the hip joints can rotate using the same pivoting structure, for example.

In this embodiment, the first connecting part 60, which has a spherical ball joint structure at its tip, allows for rotation and swing, while the second connecting part 70, which has a cylindrical joint structure, provides rotational movement around the cylindrical axis. Furthermore, in a configuration in which the connecting member 40 includes both the first connecting part 60 and the second connecting part 70, complex bending and rotational movements are possible at the location where the connecting member 40 is located, and the number of parts can be reduced.

In this embodiment, the main body 10 that makes up the doll's torso is made up of three detachable parts, one above the other, allowing different connection structures to be used for the top and bottom of the central second torso parts 112, 122, and also making it easy to attach the second part 50 to the main body 10.

In this embodiment, the main body 10 has different connection structures above and below the second body sections 112, 122, allowing the upper and lower sections of the second body sections 112, 122 to move differently.

In this embodiment, the upper part of the second body part has a first connecting part 60 that uses a ball joint, allowing the first body parts 111, 121 to bend in the axial direction of the body parts. On the other hand, the lower part of the second body parts 112, 122 has a second connecting part 70 that uses a cylindrical joint, allowing the second body parts 112, 122 and the third body parts 113, 123 to rotate relative to each other around the axis of the body parts.

In this embodiment, when the first body sections 111, 121, the second body sections 112, 122, and the third body sections 113, 123 are connected, the first body sections 111, 121 are configured to cover part of the surface of the second body sections 112, 122. This prevents a gap between the first body sections 111, 121 and the second body sections 112, 122 in a side view, even when the first body sections 111, 121 move in a swinging manner relative to the axis of the second body sections 112, 122.

In this embodiment, the second connecting member 42 provided on the first body portion 111, 121 has an integrated structure that allows connection to the second body portion 112, 122 and connection to the arm portion 211, 221. Therefore, the first body portion 111, 121 can be connected to the second body portion 112, 122 and the arm portion 211, 221 at the same time.

The above describes one aspect of the present invention, but the present invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in this aspect, the head 220 has been described as being configured as the base in both the first form 1F and the second form 2F, but this is not limited to this; for example, the head may be configured to wear a helmet or the like.

Claims (4)

It is a doll,
The doll comprises a main body, which is the body of the doll, and a secondary body, which is the head, arms, and legs of the doll and is detachable from the main body,
The main body includes a first main body integrally formed with a first part which is a decorative shape of armor or clothing, and a second main body which forms a doll of the same character as the doll formed by the first main body, and which is a base body itself not including the first part, or a base body approximate outer shape, and the first main body and the second main body are interchangeable with each other;
The secondary body includes a first secondary body integrally formed with the first part, and a second secondary body that forms a doll of the same character as the doll formed by the first secondary body, and is either the base body itself not including the first part, or a second secondary body that forms an approximate external shape of the base body, wherein the first secondary body and the second secondary body are interchangeable, and the first main body and the first secondary body, and the second main body and the second secondary body are configured to be connectable via a common connecting part. 2.
