図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る積層型電子部品の斜視図を概略的に示すものであり、図2は、図1の積層型電子部品において外部電極を除いて示す斜視図であり、図3は、図1の積層型電子部品において外部電極及びサイドマージン部を除いて示す斜視図であり、図4は、図1のI-I'線に沿った断面図であり、図5は、図1のII-II'線に沿った断面図であり、図6は、図5のK1領域を拡大した図面である。
活性用セラミックグリーンシートとサイドマージン部用セラミックグリーンシートのSi含有量及びAl含有量を調節して、サンプルチップを製作した。

Claims (12)
- 複数の誘電体層を含み、第1方向に対向する第1及び第2面、前記第1及び第2面と連結され、第2方向に対向する第3及び第4面、前記第1面から前記第4面と連結され、第3方向に対向する第5及び第6面を有する本体と、
前記第5及び第6面に配置されるサイドマージン部と、
前記第3及び第4面に配置される外部電極と、を備え、
前記本体は、前記誘電体層と、前記第1方向に交互に配置される内部電極を含む活性部と、前記活性部の前記第1方向の両端面に配置されるカバー部と、を有し、
前記活性部と前記サイドマージン部の境界から前記活性部側に3μm離隔された領域までをa、前記活性部と前記サイドマージン部の境界から前記サイドマージン部の外側に3μm離隔された領域までをm、前記mから前記サイドマージン部の外側に3μm離隔された領域までをm2とするとき、
前記誘電体層及び前記サイドマージン部はSiを含み、前記mのSi平均含有量は、前記aのSi平均含有量及び前記m2のSi平均含有量よりも高く、
前記aでの誘電体結晶粒の平均大きさをDa、前記mでの誘電体結晶粒の平均大きさをDmとするとき、Da/Dmは0.88以上1.38以下である、積層型電子部品。 - 前記誘電体層及び前記サイドマージン部はAlをさらに含み、
前記mのAl平均含有量は、前記aのAl平均含有量及び前記m2のAl平均含有量よりも高い、請求項1に記載の積層型電子部品。 - 前記mのSi含有量及びAl含有量のピーク値は、前記m2のSi含有量及びAl含有量のピーク値よりも高い、請求項2に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記mでSi含有量がピーク値を有する地点と、前記Al含有量がピーク値を有する地点との距離の差は0.3μm以下である、請求項3に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記mのSi平均含有量は、BaTiO3100モルに対し2モル以上7モル以下である、請求項3または4に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記mのAl平均含有量は、BaTiO3100モルに対し1.5モル以上3モル以下である、請求項5に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記誘電体層及び前記サイドマージン部はMg及びDyのうちの一つ以上をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記誘電体層は、第1セラミックグリーンシートを第1方向に積層して形成され、
前記サイドマージン部は第2セラミックグリーンシートを第3方向に積層して形成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の積層型電子部品。 - 前記第1セラミックグリーンシートのBaTiO3100モルに対するSi及びAl含有量を、それぞれC1a及びC1bとし、前記第2セラミックグリーンシートのBaTiO3100モルに対するSi及びAl含有量を、それぞれC2a及びC2bとするとき、0.4<C1a/C2a<1及び0.5<C1b/C2b<2を満たす、請求項8に記載の積層型電子部品。
- 前記外部電極は、前記第3面に配置される第1外部電極及び前記第4面に配置される第2外部電極を含み、前記内部電極は、前記第1外部電極と接触する第1内部電極及び前記第2外部電極と接触する第2内部電極を含み、
前記第1及び第2内部電極の前記第3方向の両端部は、前記サイドマージン部と接触する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の積層型電子部品。 - 複数の誘電体層を含み、第1方向に対向する第1及び第2面、前記第1及び第2面と連結され、第2方向に対向する第3及び第4面、前記第1面から前記第4面と連結され、第3方向に対向する第5及び第6面を有する本体と、
前記第5及び第6面に配置されるサイドマージン部と、
前記第3及び第4面に配置される外部電極と、を備え、
前記本体は、前記誘電体層と、前記第1方向に交互に配置される内部電極を含む活性部と、前記活性部の前記第1方向の両端面に配置されるカバー部と、を有し、
前記活性部と前記サイドマージン部の境界から前記活性部側に3μm離隔された領域までをa、前記aでの誘電体結晶粒の平均大きさをDa、前記活性部と前記サイドマージン部の境界から前記サイドマージン部の外側に3μm離隔された領域までをm、前記mでの誘電体結晶粒の平均大きさをDmとするとき、Da/Dmは0.88以上1.38以下である、積層型電子部品。 - 前記mから前記サイドマージン部の外側に3μm離隔された領域までをm2とするとき、
前記誘電体層及び前記サイドマージン部はSiを含み、前記mのSi平均含有量は、前記aのSi平均含有量及び前記m2のSi平均含有量よりも高い、請求項11に記載の積層型電子部品。
