Description

The present invention relates to a hanging device in which a hanging rod that can be used as a clothes drying pole is detachably attached to a pair of hanging fixtures installed on the eaves or an indoor ceiling, and used to hang laundry, hangers, etc.

JP 2004-222841 A (prior art example) has proposed a hanging device in which a clothesline pole is detachably attached to a pair of hanging fixtures attached to a ceiling in a room, and laundry, hangers, etc. are hung on the poles.

In the above-mentioned conventional example, rings are attached to the lower ends of a pair of hanging devices attached to the ceiling inside a room, and both ends of the clothesline pole are inserted into the two rings to support it.

In the above-mentioned conventional example, when inserting a clothesline pole into the ring, if you hold the ring and try to insert it, you have to make the clothesline pole nearly horizontal, and it is not easy to keep a long clothesline pole horizontal with one hand, so the insertion operation was difficult.Furthermore, when in use, there were problems such as the clothesline pole easily coming off the ring and falling, and the clothesline pole protruding outwards from both rings, which was unsightly.
To provide a suspending device in which a suspending rod can be easily attached to and detached from the lower end of a suspending tool by one person, the suspending rod does not easily fall off when in use, and the device has a good appearance.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and in the invention described in claim 1, in a hanging device in which a pair of supports attached to a ceiling are each provided with a hanging tool, and a hanging rod is detachably attached to the hanging tool, an insertion tool for suspending and supporting the hanging rod is provided at the lower end of the hanging tool, and holders provided at both ends of the hanging rod have hollow storage sections for storing the insertion tool inside, and are each provided with an insertion/removal opening that opens outward on the end surface and a communication hole on the top surface to communicate between the two, and a locking tool for opening and closing at least a part of the insertion/removal opening is rotatably provided near the insertion/removal opening of the storage section, and the locking tool comprises an operating section and a removal stopper, and is biased so as to rotate in a direction in which the removal stopper part closes the insertion/removal opening, and is provided so as to be rotatable in an opening direction by the operating section, and when the locking tool rotates in the closing direction, it abuts on a receiving section provided on the holder to block at least a part of the insertion/removal opening, and a locking device in which, when the insertion tool is inserted through the insertion/removal opening, the locking device can be pushed in and rotated to tilt it down and accommodated in the accommodation section, and after the insertion tool is accommodated, the biased locking device rotates in a direction to close the insertion/removal opening and abuts against the receiving section, blocking at least a portion of the insertion/removal opening, the insertion tool abutting against the locking device makes it unable to be removed from the insertion/removal opening, and can be removed from the insertion/removal opening by operating the operating section to rotate the locking device in an opening direction and tilt it down, and the hanging rod can be detachably attached to the hanging tool. In the invention described in claim 2, the insertion tool is the hanging device described in claim 1, characterized in that the insertion tool has a shape where an engaging portion with a substantially cylindrical body protruding in the front-to-rear direction is provided at the tip of the shaft, and in the invention described in claim 3, the insertion tool is the hanging device described in claim 1, characterized in that the insertion tool has a shape where an engaging portion with a substantially hemispherical upper half is provided at the tip of the shaft.

As described above, according to the invention of claim 1, the hanging rod can be easily attached to the hanging device, and the hanging rod will not easily fall off when in use. Also, the hanging rod can be made to barely protrude outward from the hanging device at both ends when in use, which results in a good appearance.
Furthermore, according to the invention described in claim 2, the insertion tool has a shape in which an engagement part is provided at the tip of the shaft, which is a cylindrical body that protrudes in the forward and backward directions. Therefore, when inserting or removing the insertion tool from the insertion/removal opening, the angle between the hanging tool and the hanging rod does not have to be a right angle when viewed from the front, and there is no need to keep the hanging rod in a nearly horizontal position with one hand, which has the effect of making it easy to insert and remove. Furthermore, when in use, the hanging rod is difficult to rotate around its long axis, which has the effect of reducing the chance of it remaining tilted and causing an unsightly appearance.
Furthermore, according to the invention described in claim 3, the insertion tool has a shape in which an engagement portion with an approximately hemispherical upper half is provided at the tip of the shaft, so when inserting or removing the insertion tool from the insertion/removal opening, the angle between the hanging tool and the hanging rod does not have to be a right angle when viewed from the front, and furthermore, the hanging rod does not have to be straight when viewed from above, which has the effect of making it easier to insert and remove from various directions.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. FIG.
The hanging device is configured by detachably attaching hanging tools 2, 2 to a pair of supports 1, 1 attached to a ceiling C, respectively, and by detachably attaching a hanging rod 3 to the hanging tools 2, 2, and is used by hanging a hanger or the like on which laundry is hung on the hanging rod 3.

A variety of known mechanisms can be used to attach and detach suspending devices 2/2 to supports 1/1. Inserts 4/4 are attached to the lower ends of suspending devices 2/2, and holders 5/5 are attached to both ends of hanging rod 3. By removably attaching holders 5/5 to insertions 4/4, hanging rod 3 is configured to be detachable from suspending devices 2/2. This is explained in detail below.

At the lower end of hanging tool 2, which is a pipe with a circular cross section, is attached insertion tool 4, which has a shape in which engagement part 4b, a cylindrical body protruding in the front-rear direction, is provided at the tip of shank 4a, which is shaped like a truncated quadrangular pyramid.
The holder 5 has a storage section 12 in which the insertion tool 4 is stored, an insertion/removal opening 8 on its outer end surface that opens outward and narrows at the top, and a horizontally long communication hole 9 on its top surface that is continuous with the insertion/removal opening 8 and has approximately the same width as the narrow opening. Receiving sections 10, 10 that protrude inward are provided above the insertion/removal opening 8 so as to face each other. The insertion tool 4 and holder 5 do not need to be separate bodies.

A locking device 6 is rotatably attached to the bottom of the insertion/removal opening 8 of the storage section 12 of the holder 5. The locking device 6 has a cylindrical operating section 6a with anti-slip irregularities on its outer periphery and a square plate-like removal stopper section 6b that protrudes outward from the outer periphery. A shaft 7 passes through the cylindrical operating section 6a and is attached by pivoting it to the bottom of the front and rear plates of the storage section 12 of the holder 5. A spring 11 wrapped around the shaft 7 biases the locking device 6 toward the insertion/removal opening 8. The biasing force of the spring 11 causes the removal stopper section 6b to abut against the receiving sections 10, 10, standing upright and blocking part of the insertion/removal opening 8. At the same time, the removal stopper section 6b can be rotated and tilted inward toward the storage section 12 using the operating section 6a to open the insertion/removal opening 8.

Three concave arc-shaped engaging portions 13...13 are provided on the upper inner surface of the storage portion 12 of the holder 5 along the opposing long sides of the horizontally elongated communication hole 9. Note that multiple engaging portions 13...13 are provided to avoid the possibility that the hanging device 2 may not be perfectly vertical when in use, depending on the mounting position of the support device 1, and to improve the appearance.

The hanging rod 3 is made of metal with a roughly square cross section and has a synthetic resin cover 14 attached to its top surface to prevent scratches when metal hangers or the like are hung on it.

To use the device, attach the hanging devices 2 to the pair of supports 1, and insert the insertion device 4 through the insertion/removal opening 8 of the holder 5 at one end of the hanging rod 3 by pushing down the retaining portion 6b of the locking device 6 with its engaging portion 4b and rotating it inward (see Figure 6). The engaging portion 4b of the insertion device 4 disengages from the retaining portion 6b of the locking device 6 and is accommodated in the accommodation portion 12. The locking device 6 then rotates outward due to the biasing force of the spring 11 and abuts against the receiving portions 10, returning to an upright position.

Then, by engaging the engaging portion 4b of the insertion device 4 with one of the receiving portions 13 so that the hanging device 2 is vertically straight, and performing this operation for both the left and right hanging devices 2, the hanging rod 3 is suspended from the hanging devices 2 and is in a usable state (see Figures 2 and 4). In this state, even if the insertion device 4 moves in the direction of removal from the insertion/removal opening 8, the engaging portion 4b of the insertion device 4 abuts against the retaining portion 6b of the locking device 6, and it will not be removed from the insertion/removal opening 8 of the holder 5 to the outside of the storage portion 12 (see Figure 5).

Furthermore, because the engagement portion 4b of the insertion tool 4 is shaped like a cylinder protruding in the front-to-rear direction, when inserting the insertion tool 4 into the insertion/removal opening 8, the angle between the hanging tool 2 and the hanging rod 3 does not have to be a right angle when viewed from the front. This eliminates the need to keep the hanging rod in a nearly horizontal position with one hand, making insertion and removal easier. Furthermore, when in use, the hanging rod is less likely to rotate around its long axis, reducing the chance of it remaining tilted and causing unsightly damage.

To remove the insertion tool 4 from the holder 5, rotate the operating part 6a of the locking tool 6 to rotate the retaining part 6b inward against the biasing force of the spring 11 and tilt it down, opening the insertion/removal opening 8. This allows the engagement part 4b of the insertion tool 4 to be removed outward from the insertion/removal opening 8 of the holder 5 (see Figure 7).

Figure 9 shows Example 2 of the present invention, in which the insertion tool 24 has an engaging portion 24b at the tip of the shaft portion 24a, which is formed by cutting the lower part of the sphere horizontally and flat. The remaining structure and method of use are the same as in Example 1, so further description is omitted.

Claims (3)

In a hanging device in which a pair of supports attached to a ceiling are each provided with a hanging tool, and a hanging rod is detachably attached to the hanging tool, an insertion tool for suspending and supporting the hanging rod is provided at the lower end of the hanging tool, and holders provided at both ends of the hanging rod have hollow storage sections for storing the insertion tool inside, and are each provided with an insertion/removal opening that opens outward on the end surface and a communication hole on the top surface to communicate between the two, and a locking tool for opening and closing at least a part of the insertion/removal opening is rotatably provided near the insertion/removal opening of the storage section, and the locking tool consists of an operating part and a removal stopper part, and is biased so as to rotate in the direction in which the removal stopper part closes the insertion/removal opening, and is rotatable in the direction in which the operating part opens it. When the locking device rotates in the closing direction, it comes into contact with a receiving portion provided on the holder and can block at least a part of the insertion/removal opening, and when an insertion tool is inserted through the insertion/removal opening, the locking device can be pushed in, rotated, and tilted to be stored in the storage portion, and after the insertion tool is stored, the biased locking device rotates in the direction to close the insertion/removal opening and comes into contact with the receiving portion, thereby blocking at least a part of the insertion/removal opening, and the insertion tool cannot be removed from the insertion/removal opening by abutting against the locking device, and can be removed from the insertion/removal opening by operating the operating portion to rotate the locking device in the opening direction and tilt it, and a hanging rod can be detachably attached to the hanging tool. The suspension device described in claim 1, characterized in that the insertion tool has an engagement portion formed by a roughly cylindrical body protruding in the forward and backward directions at the tip of the shaft. The suspension device described in claim 1, characterized in that the insertion tool has an engagement portion at the tip of the shaft, the upper half of which is approximately hemispherical.
