Description

The present invention relates to a flat bag that can store documents, etc.

Conventionally, examples of bags that can be used to carry documents and other items include files and envelopes, but there are also various types known that have been designed with a structure that makes them easier for users to use.

For example, Patent Document 1 describes a clear file with three pockets formed by folding a single resin sheet and heat-sealing the bottom edge, while Patent Document 2 describes a clear file with tearable micro-perforations on the top and left edges so that when a single synthetic resin sheet is folded in half with the folded edge at the right edge, the left and bottom edges are heat-sealed in a strip shape, and the top edge is sealed to form an envelope that can be transformed into a clear file.

In recent years, the problem of plastic waste has become more serious worldwide, and there is a desire to switch from plastic to other materials in order to improve the global environment. Furthermore, forming pockets in resin sheets requires separate heat welding equipment and processes, which is expected to increase manufacturing efforts and costs.

The object of the present invention is to provide a bag that is simple, low-cost, and environmentally friendly.

A first form of bag according to the present invention is a flat bag in which a pocket is formed by folding a single paper sheet. The single paper sheet comprises at least a substantially rectangular first sheet with a first fixing piece connected to either the top or bottom edge of the sheet; a substantially rectangular second sheet with either the left or right edge connected to either the left or right edge of the first sheet; and a substantially rectangular third sheet connected to either the left or right edge of the first sheet or the other left or right edge of the second sheet. Each sheet is folded at its connecting portion so that the other sheet is sandwiched between the first and second sheets, and the first fixing piece connected to the first sheet is folded over and fixed to the second sheet, thereby forming a file shape with at least two pockets.

A second embodiment of the bag according to the present invention is the bag described in the first embodiment, characterized in that the third sheet is narrower than the first sheet and is connected to either the left or right edge of the first sheet, a second elongated fixing piece is connected to either the left or right edge of the second sheet so that the second sheet can be secured by overlapping it on the third sheet, a first perforation is formed between the first sheet and the second sheet, and a first window is formed in the first sheet and/or the second sheet so that part of the contents of the document placed in the pocket can be seen.

A third embodiment of the bag according to the present invention is the bag described in the first embodiment, characterized in that the third sheet is narrower than the first sheet and is connected to either the left or right edge of the first sheet; a second elongated fixing piece is connected to either the left or right edge of the second sheet, which can be folded over and fixed to the third sheet; a third fixing piece is connected to either the top or bottom edge of the first sheet, which can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet; a first perforation is formed between the first sheet and the second sheet; and a second perforation is formed between the first sheet and the third fixing piece, allowing the third fixing piece to be separated from the first sheet; the second fixing piece connected to the second sheet is fixed over the third sheet, and the first fixing piece and the third fixing piece connected to the first sheet are each folded over and fixed to the second sheet, thereby forming an envelope-shaped bag with at least two pockets inside.

A fourth form of the bag according to the present invention is the bag described in the first form, characterized in that the third sheet is connected to a portion of either the left or right edge of the first sheet, a first perforation is formed between the first and second sheets, the single paper sheet further includes a substantially rectangular fourth sheet connected to either the left or right edge of the second sheet, a fourth fixing piece that can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet is connected to the remaining portion of either the left or right edge of the first sheet, and the third sheet has a cut line that corresponds to the outer contour of the fourth fixing piece connected to the first sheet.

A fifth embodiment of the bag according to the present invention is the bag described in the first embodiment, characterized in that the third sheet is connected to either the left or right edge of the second sheet, a fourth fixing piece is connected to either the left or right edge of the first sheet, and can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet, and a first perforation is formed between the first and second sheets.

A sixth embodiment of the bag body according to the present invention is such that the third sheet is connected to either the left or right edge of the second sheet, a third fixing piece that can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet is connected to either the top or bottom edge of the first sheet, and a fourth fixing piece that can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet is connected to either the left or right edge of the first sheet, a second perforation is formed between the first sheet and the third fixing piece so that the third fixing piece can be separated from the first sheet, and a fourth fixing piece is formed between the first sheet and the fourth fixing piece so that the fourth fixing piece can be attached to the first sheet. A third perforation is formed to allow the second sheet to be separated from the sheet, and a window perforation is formed in the upper part of the second sheet to form a window through which the contents of the pocket can be seen; the first fixed piece, the third fixed piece, and the fourth fixed piece, which are connected to the first sheet, are each folded and fixed to the second sheet, forming an envelope shape with at least two pockets inside; and the third fixed piece is adhesively fixed to at least the area of the second sheet surrounded by the window perforation.

A seventh form of the bag according to the present invention is a bag described as any one of the first to sixth forms, characterized in that an index tab is connected to the edge of each sheet.

The eighth aspect of the bag body according to the present invention is the bag body described as the seventh aspect, which refers to any one of the fourth to sixth aspects, characterized in that a second window portion is formed in the upper part of each sheet so that the contents inside the pocket can be visually confirmed.

The bag blank according to the present invention is a bag blank described as a first embodiment, characterized in that it comprises at least a rectangular first sheet having a first fold line and a second fold line extending perpendicular thereto; a rectangular second sheet connected to the first sheet via the first fold line; a rectangular third sheet connected to the first sheet (i) via a third fold line of the first sheet opposite the first fold line, or (ii) via a fourth fold line of the second sheet opposite the first fold line; and a first fixing piece connected to the first sheet via the second fold line.

According to the present invention, a file with two or more pockets can be produced simply and at low cost by simply folding a single sheet and securing it with a securing piece. Furthermore, because the single sheet is made of paper, it is possible to provide an environmentally friendly bag.

Below, a detailed description of an embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to Figures 1 to 5. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. In this specification and claims, "substantially rectangular" includes not only rectangular, oblong, and approximately rectangular shapes, but also square and approximately square shapes. In this specification and claims, "bag" refers to a file and an envelope. In this specification and claims, "file" refers to a file with a right side (or left side) and top side open and a left side (or right side) and bottom side closed, similar to a clear file, as well as a file simply having a pocket and an opening and a structure for storing documents, etc. In this specification, claims, and drawings, a "bag blank" refers to a bag before it is formed (before bonding) and before it is torn along the perforations.

First Embodiment
1A and 1B are plan views of a bag having two pockets according to this embodiment, in which FIG. 1A is a front view of the bag, and FIG. 1B is a plan view of a blank in which the bag is unfolded.

The bag according to the present invention is a flat bag in which a pocket is formed by folding a single paper sheet, and the bag 100F according to this embodiment is in the shape of a file. Documents and the like can be stored in the pocket. The paper sheet according to the present invention is made of cardboard. In the present invention, the items stored in the bag are not limited to documents, and various items can be used as long as they are thin and have dimensions that allow them to be stored.

As shown in Figures 1(a) and 1(b), the single paper sheet 100B constituting the bag body 100F of this embodiment comprises at least a substantially rectangular first sheet 1 having a first fixed piece 11 connected to one of its upper or lower edges L2, a substantially rectangular second sheet 2 having one of its left or right edges connected to one of its left or right edges L1, and a substantially rectangular third sheet 3 connected to the other of its left or right edges L3.The first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 are folded at their respective joints so as to sandwich the other sheet, and the first fixed piece 11 connected to the first sheet 1 is folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2, thereby forming a file shape with at least two pockets. In addition, the present invention also allows for the third sheet 3 to be connected to the other left or right edge L4 of the second sheet 2, rather than the other left or right edge L3 of the first sheet 1 (see the fourth and fifth embodiments described below).

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), the single paper sheet 100B constituting the bag 100F according to this embodiment can be folded like a double door. The third sheet 3 is narrower than the first sheet 1 and is connected to either the left or right edge L3 of the first sheet 1. A second, elongated fixing piece 22 is connected to either the left or right edge L4 of the second sheet 2, allowing the second sheet 2 to be secured by overlapping it with the third sheet 3. A first perforation P1 is formed between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2. The first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2 have first windows 1w, 2w formed therein, allowing a portion of the contents of a document placed in the pocket (e.g., the title, etc.) to be seen. By making the third sheet 3 narrower than the first sheet 1, the overall size of the sheets can be reduced, thereby reducing the cost of the bag's material.

In the present invention, as with the modified examples and embodiments described below, the third sheet 3 does not have to be narrower than the first sheet 1, and may be approximately the same width as the first sheet 1. Furthermore, the second fixing piece 22 may be wide enough to be folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2, as in the fourth and fifth embodiments described below, or the first perforation P1 may not be formed between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2.

In addition, in this embodiment, the first window portions 1w, 2w are formed in the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2, but in the present invention, the first window portions 1w, 2w may be formed in the first sheet 1 or the second sheet 2, and a configuration in which the first window portions 1w, 2w are not formed is also acceptable.

Furthermore, in the bag 100F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1(a) and 1(b), index (indexing) tabs 1T and 3T are connected to the edges of each sheet 1 and 3, respectively. The indexing tabs are spaced apart so that the information written on each tab can be seen at a glance when the bag is in file form.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1(b), the blank 100B of the bag body 100F includes at least a rectangular first sheet 1 having a first fold line L1 and a second fold line L2 extending perpendicular to the first fold line L1; a rectangular second sheet 2 connected to the first sheet 1 via the first fold line L1; a rectangular third sheet 3 connected to the first sheet 1 via a third fold line L3 of the first sheet 1 opposite the first fold line L1; and a first fixed piece 11 connected to the first sheet 1 via the second fold line L2. As described above, the present invention also allows for a configuration in which the third sheet 3 is connected to the second sheet 2 via a fourth fold line L4 of the second sheet 2 opposite the first fold line L1 (see the fourth and fifth embodiments described below).

For example, a user may fold blank 100B as shown in FIG. 1(b) by valley folding third sheet 3 along third fold line L3 so that it overlaps first sheet 1, then valley fold second sheet 2 along first fold line L1 (first perforation P1) so that it overlaps third sheet 3 (sandwiching sheet 3 between first sheet 1 and second sheet 2), then attach second fixed piece 22 connected to second sheet 2 to third sheet 3 with glue or a sticker to form a spine, and valley fold first fixed piece 11 connected to first sheet 1 along second fold line L2 so that it overlaps second sheet 2 and attaches it with glue or a sticker to form a bottom, thereby completing bag 100F as shown in FIG. 1(a). Bag 100F is cylindrical with a sealed closure that prevents documents from falling out and provides a certain level of airtightness. When the first perforation P1 is torn from the cylindrical (sealed) state of the bag 100F, it becomes a clear file shape, allowing documents and other items to be easily inserted and removed (especially from the side).

According to this embodiment, a single sheet 100B can be folded and secured to the first fixed piece 11 with a seal or the like, making it possible to easily and inexpensively create a file 100F with two or more pockets. Furthermore, because the single sheet 100B is made of paper, it is possible to provide an environmentally friendly bag.

Second Embodiment
In the second embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first embodiment, a third fixed piece 13 is connected to the first sheet 1, allowing it to take on an envelope shape and be usable as a file after opening.

Figure 2 is a plan view of a bag body having two pockets according to this embodiment, where Figure 2(a) is a rear view of the bag body before opening, Figure 2(b) is a rear view of the bag body after opening and removing the third fixed piece 13, and Figure 2(c) is a plan view of the blank with the bag body unfolded. Of the elements constituting bags 200E, 200F and blank 200B according to this embodiment, elements having similar functions are designated by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and their description will be omitted.

As shown in Figures 2(a) to 2(c), the single paper sheet 200B constituting the bag body 200F according to this embodiment can be folded like a double door. As in the first embodiment, the third sheet 3 is narrower than the first sheet 1 and is connected to the third edge L3 of the first sheet 1. A thin second fixing piece 22 is connected to the fourth edge L4 of the second sheet 2, and can be fixed by overlapping it on the third sheet 3. A first perforation P1 is formed between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2. In addition, the first A third fixed piece 13 is connected to the upper edge of sheet 1, and can be folded over and secured to second sheet 2. A second perforation P2 is formed between first sheet 1 and third fixed piece 13, allowing third fixed piece 13 to be separated from first sheet 1. The second fixed piece 22 connected to second sheet 2 is folded over and secured to third sheet 3, and the first fixed piece 11 and third fixed piece 13 connected to first sheet 1 are each folded over and secured to second sheet 2, creating an envelope shape with at least two pockets inside.

Furthermore, in the bag body 200F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 2(a) to 2(c), index tabs 2T and 3T are connected to the edges of the second sheet 2 and the third sheet 3, respectively.

For example, a user may fold a paper blank 200B as shown in Figure 2(c) by making a valley fold at the third fold line L3 so that the third sheet 3 overlaps the first sheet 1, then fold the second sheet 2 by making a valley fold at the first fold line L1 (first perforation P1) so that it overlaps the third sheet 3 (so that the first sheet 1 and second sheet 2 sandwich the other sheet 3 between them), adhere the second fixed piece 22 connected to the second sheet 2 to the third sheet 3 with glue or a sticker, etc. to create a spine, and then valley fold the first fixed piece 11 and the third fixed piece 13 connected to the first sheet 1 at the second fold line L2 and the second perforation P2 so that it overlaps the second sheet 2 and adheres them with glue or a sticker, etc. to form a bottom, and then seal the top, thereby creating an envelope-shaped bag 200E as shown in Figure 2(a). Thereafter, the second fixed piece 22 is detached and the second perforation P2 formed on the base edge of the second fixed piece 22 is torn, resulting in the file-shaped bag 200F shown in Figure 2(b). Then, by torn along the first perforation P1 from its cylindrical state, the bag 200F becomes a clear file, allowing for smooth insertion and removal of documents (especially from the side).

According to this embodiment, as with the first embodiment, envelopes 200E and files 200F with two pockets can be produced easily and at low cost, and it is also possible to provide environmentally friendly bags.

Third Embodiment
The third embodiment of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that it further includes a substantially rectangular fourth sheet 4 connected to the second sheet 2, making it possible to have a file shape with three pockets.

Figure 3 is a plan view of a bag body having three pockets according to this embodiment, with Figure 3(a) being a rear view of the bag body, and Figure 3(b) being a plan view of the blank when the bag body is unfolded. Of the elements constituting the bag body 300F and blank 300B according to this embodiment, those with similar functions are assigned the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and their description will be omitted.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), the third sheet 3 is connected to a portion L3a of the third edge L3 of the first sheet 1, and a first perforation P1 is formed between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2. In addition, one paper sheet 300B includes a substantially rectangular fourth sheet 4 connected to the other edge L5 of either the left or right side of the second sheet 2.

In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), a fourth fixing piece 14 that can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2 is connected to the remaining portion L3b of the third edge L3 of the first sheet 1, and a cut line CL is provided on the third sheet 3 so as to correspond to the outer contour of the fourth fixing piece 14 that is connected to the first sheet 1.

Furthermore, in the bag body 300F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), index tabs 1T, 3T, and 4T are connected to the edges of the first sheet 1, third sheet 3, and fourth sheet 4, respectively.

In addition, in the bag body 300F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3(a) and 3(b), second windows 1a, 2a, and 3a are formed in the upper portions of the first sheet 1, second sheet 2, and third sheet 3, respectively, so that the contents of the pockets can be visually confirmed.

For example, the user may fold the blank 300B shown in Figure 3(b) by making a valley fold along the fifth fold line L5 so that the fourth sheet 4 overlaps the second sheet 2, and then make a valley fold along a portion L3a of the third fold line L3 so that the third sheet 3 overlaps the first sheet 1, and then make a valley fold along the first fold line L1 (first perforation P1) of the folded fourth sheet 4 so that it overlaps the folded third sheet 3 (removing the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2). The bag 300F shown in Figure 3(a) is then completed by folding the bag 300F along the remaining portion L3b of the third fold line L3 so that the fourth fixed piece 14 connected to the first sheet 1 overlaps the second sheet 2 and is glued together with a sticker or other adhesive to form the spine. The first fixed piece 11 connected to the first sheet 1 overlaps the second sheet 2 and is glued together with a sticker or other adhesive to form the bottom. Then, the bag 300F is completed by tearing the first perforation P1 formed on the first fold line L1 from the bag 300F state, resulting in a clear file shape with three pockets that allow for easy access to documents (especially from the side).

According to this embodiment, as with the first embodiment, a file 300F with three pockets can be produced easily and at low cost, and it is also possible to provide an environmentally friendly bag.

Fourth Embodiment
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first embodiment, the third sheet 3 is connected to the fourth edge L4 of the second sheet 2, and the third edge L3 of the first sheet 1 is connected to a fourth fixed piece 14 which has a different shape from the elongated second fixed piece 22, can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2, and is wider than the second fixed piece 22.

Figure 4 is a plan view of a bag body having two pockets according to this embodiment, with Figure 4(a) being a front view of the bag body and Figure 4(b) being a plan view of the blank when the bag body is unfolded. Of the elements constituting the bag body 400F and blank 400B according to this embodiment, those with similar functions are assigned the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment and their description will be omitted.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 4(a) and 4(b), a first perforation P1 is formed between the first sheet 1 and the second sheet 2, just as in the first embodiment. However, unlike the first embodiment, the third sheet 3 is connected to the fourth edge L4 of the second sheet 2, and a fourth fixing piece 14 is connected to the third edge L3 of the first sheet 1, which can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2.

Furthermore, in the bag body 400F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 4(a) and 4(b), index tabs 1T and 3T are connected to the edges of the first sheet 1 and the third sheet 3, respectively.

In addition, in the bag body 400F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 4(a) and 4(b), second windows 1a, 2a, and 3a are formed in the upper portions of the first sheet 1 to the third sheet 3 so that the contents of the pocket can be visually confirmed.

For example, a user can fold blank 400B as shown in FIG. 4(b) by making a valley fold at fourth fold line L4 so that third sheet 3 overlaps second sheet 2, then fold the folded third sheet 3 by making a valley fold at first fold line L1 (first perforation P1) so that it overlaps first sheet 1 (sandwiching the other sheet 3 between first sheet 1 and second sheet 2), and then make valley folds at third fold line L3 and second fold line L2 so that fourth fixed piece 14 and first fixed piece 11 connected to first sheet 1 overlap second sheet 2, respectively, and adhere them with glue or a sticker to form a spine and a bottom, thereby completing bag 400F as shown in FIG. 4(a). Then, by tearing first perforation P1 on first fold line L1 from its cylindrical state, bag 400F becomes a clear file shape, allowing for smooth insertion and removal of documents (especially from the side).

According to this embodiment, as with the first embodiment, a file 400F with two pockets can be produced easily and at low cost, and it is also possible to provide an environmentally friendly bag.

Fifth Embodiment
In the fifth embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first embodiment, a third fixed piece 13 is connected to the first sheet 1, allowing the bag to assume an envelope shape and be usable as a file after opening. The third sheet 3 is connected to the fourth edge L4 of the second sheet 2, and a fourth fixed piece 14, which has a different shape from the elongated second fixed piece 22 and is wider than the second fixed piece 22, is connected to the third edge L3 of the first sheet 1. The fourth fixed piece 14 can be folded over and secured to the second sheet 2 and is wider than the second fixed piece 22. Furthermore, the third fixed piece 13 connected to the first sheet 1 is fixed with an adhesive so that it at least partially overlaps the area surrounded by the window perforations 2p1 and 2p2 formed in the second sheet 2. When the third fixed piece 13 is peeled off from the second sheet 2, the window perforations 2p1 and 2p2 are broken, forming a window at the top of the second sheet 2 through which the contents of the pocket can be visually observed.

Figure 5 is a plan view of a bag body having two pockets according to this embodiment, where Figure 5(a) is a rear view of the bag body before opening, Figure 5(b) is a rear view of the bag body after opening and removing the third and fourth fixing pieces, and Figure 5(c) is a plan view of the blank when the bag body is unfolded. Of the elements constituting bags 500E, 500F and blank 500B according to this embodiment, elements having similar functions are designated by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and their description will be omitted.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5(a) to 5(c), similar to the first embodiment, the third sheet 3 is connected to the fourth edge L4 of the second sheet 2, a third fixed piece 13 that can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2 is connected to the upper edge of the first sheet 1, and a fourth fixed piece 14 that can be folded over and fixed to the second sheet 2 is connected to the right edge of the first sheet 1, a second perforation P2 is formed between the first sheet 1 and the third fixed piece 13 so that the third fixed piece 13 can be separated from the first sheet 1, and a third perforation P3 is formed between the first sheet 1 and the fourth fixed piece 14 so that the fourth fixed piece 14 can be separated from the first sheet 1. That is, the upper and right edges of the first sheet 1 are formed with second perforations P2 and third perforations P3, respectively, so that by separating the third fixed piece 13 and fourth fixed piece 14 fixed to the second sheet 2, the file can be shaped like a two-pocket file. Note that the present invention also allows for files with only the second perforation P2 or only the third perforation P3. It is also possible to separate only the third fixed piece 13 and use it as a file.

In addition, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5(a) to 5(c), window perforations 2p1 and 2p2 are formed in the upper part of the second sheet 2 so as to form windows that allow the contents of the pockets to be visually confirmed. The first fixed piece 11, third fixed piece 13, and fourth fixed piece 14, which are connected to the first sheet 1, are each folded and fixed to the second sheet 2, thereby forming an envelope shape with at least two pockets inside, and the third fixed piece 13 is adhesively fixed to at least the area of the second sheet 2 surrounded by the window perforations 2p1 and 2p2.

Furthermore, in the bag body 500F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5(a) to 5(c), index tabs 2T and 3T are connected to the edges of the second sheet 2 and the third sheet 3, respectively.

In the bag body 500F according to this embodiment, as shown in Figures 5(a) to 5(c), a second window 3a is formed in the upper part of the third sheet 3 so that the contents of the pocket can be visually confirmed.

The user takes a paper blank 500B as shown in Figure 5(c) and folds it by making a valley fold at the fourth fold line L4 so that the third sheet 3 overlaps the second sheet 2, then folds the folded third sheet 3 by making a valley fold at the first fold line L1 so that it overlaps the first sheet 1 (so that the first sheet 1 and second sheet 2 sandwich the other sheet 3), and then makes a valley fold at the third fold line L3, second fold line L2 and second perforation P2 so that the fourth fixed piece 14, first fixed piece 11 and third fixed piece 13 connected to the first sheet 1 overlap the second sheet 2, and glues them together with glue or a sticker, etc. to form the spine and bottom, and seals the top, thereby creating an envelope-shaped bag 500E as shown in Figure 5(a). Next, the third fixed piece 13 is peeled off from the second sheet 2, the second perforation P2 formed on the base end edge of the third fixed piece 13 is broken, and the fourth fixed piece 14 is detached and the third perforation P3 formed on the base end edge of the fourth fixed piece 14 is broken, resulting in a file-shaped bag 500F as shown in FIG. 5(b). As described above, the third fixed piece 13 is adhered to the second sheet 2 so as to overlap at least the area surrounded by the window perforations 2p1 and 2p2. Therefore, when the third fixed piece 13 is peeled off from the second sheet 2, the sheet in that area is peeled off as well, forming a window. Because the window has the same function as the second window 3a, peeling off the third fixed piece 13 makes it possible to visually check the contents of the pocket.

According to this embodiment, as with the first embodiment, it is possible to easily and inexpensively produce an envelope 500E or a file 500F with two pockets, and furthermore, to provide an environmentally friendly bag.

A flat bag in which a pocket is formed by folding a single paper sheet,

a first sheet having a substantially rectangular shape and a first fixing piece connected to one of its upper and lower edges;
a substantially rectangular second sheet having one of the left and right edges connected to one of the left and right edges of the first sheet;
a substantially rectangular third sheet connected to the other of the left and right edges of the first sheet or the other of the left and right edges of the second sheet,
the first sheet and the second sheet are folded at their connecting portions so as to sandwich another sheet between them, and the first fixing piece connected to the first sheet is folded over and fixed to the second sheet, thereby forming a file shape having at least two pockets ;
the third sheet is narrower than the first sheet and is connected to the other of the left and right edges of the first sheet;
a second fixing piece that is elongated and can be fixed to the third sheet by being overlapped thereon is connected to the other edge of either the left or right side of the second sheet;
