Description

This invention relates to a lifting device used when vertically placing threaded reinforcing bars in a reinforcing bar installation project.

When placing rebar, long rebar may be placed vertically. In order to position the rebar from a horizontal position upright, it is necessary to use a crane or similar device to lift one end of the rebar. If the rebar falls off the crane while being lifted, it could cause a serious accident, so metal fittings with a hanging device for lifting the rebar are required.

Therefore, a threaded rebar hook that is attached to a portion of a rebar is known (see Patent Document 1). The threaded rebar hook of Patent Document 1 prevents the threaded rebar from falling off by threading a hook bolt through the side of the U-shaped main body. However, because the threaded rebar hook of Patent Document 1 threads a hook bolt through the side of the threaded rebar and secures it by bringing the tip of the hook bolt into contact with the flat part of the rebar, stress is applied to the rebar, which can cause the hook bolt to break easily after repeated use over a long period of time. Another problem is that because the threaded rebar is secured at the tip of the hook bolt, i.e., at a point, it cannot be secured stably.

Jitszen Showa 60-1846 Publication

In light of this situation, the present invention aims to provide a threaded rebar sling that can stably secure threaded rebar and can withstand repeated use over long periods of time.

In order to solve the above problems, the threaded rebar hanger of the present invention comprises a hanger body having a hexagonal nut-shaped upper end with a hanging device and a through hole and a female screw portion provided inside from the lower end, and a fastener that is inserted into the through hole, and the through hole is characterized in that a portion of the thread of the female screw portion is cut out from the upper end of the hanger body approximately parallel to the axial direction of the female screw portion, and the fastener is inserted into the through hole from the upper end, thereby preventing rotation of the threaded rebar that is screwed into the female screw portion.
This configuration can prevent the threaded reinforcing bar from falling off from the sling body.
By providing the through-hole, the gap caused by the flat portion of the known threaded rebar can be filled with a fastener, preventing the threaded rebar or the sling body from rotating unexpectedly. Also, by cutting out a part of the thread of the female screw portion approximately parallel to the axial direction of the female screw portion and attaching a fastener to the through-hole, the flat portion of the threaded rebar can be supported by a line rather than a point, allowing for more stable fixation.
The diameter of the hanging threaded rebar can be adapted to a wide range of known sizes, and can be designed to match diameters such as D29, D32, D35, D38, D41, and D51.

In the threaded rebar sling of the present invention, it is preferable that the fastener be fitted or screwed into the through-hole. Fitting the fastener into the through-hole makes it easy to attach and remove the fastener. Furthermore, screwing the fastener into the through-hole allows the fastener to be stably fixed without the use of any additional components.

In the threaded rebar sling of the present invention, it is preferable that the fastener is connected to one end of a wire portion that is deformable or has shape memory properties, and the other end of the wire portion is connected to the sling body. By connecting via the wire portion, when the fastener is inserted into the through-hole, the wire portion can be deformed into any shape, making it easy to prevent the fastener from falling out of the through-hole.

In the threaded rebar sling device of the present invention, the diameter of the through hole is preferably approximately the same as the height of the screw thread. By making the diameter of the through hole and the height of the screw thread approximately the same, the fastener is less likely to interfere with the flat part of the threaded rebar when inserted into the through hole. This makes it easier to attach and detach the fastener, and even when the fastener is fixed, stress is not applied to the threaded rebar, preventing damage to the threaded rebar or the fastener.

The threaded rebar sling of the present invention may be any of the above-mentioned threaded rebar slings, with multiple slings attached to a horizontal rod at a predetermined interval. This allows a large number of threaded rebars to be stably fixed with a relatively simple structure and then hung using a crane, etc.

The screw-knotted rebar sling of the present invention has the advantage of being able to stably secure screw-knotted rebar and withstand repeated use over long periods of time.

An example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below, with reference to the drawings. Note that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples and illustrated examples, and many modifications and variations are possible.

1 shows a perspective view of the appearance of a threaded reinforcing bar slinger of Example 1. As shown in FIG. 1 , the threaded reinforcing bar slinger 1 is composed of a slinger body 2, an eyebolt 3, a fastener 6, and a wire member 7.
The eyebolt 3 is fixed to the upper end of the sling body 2 as a hanging device. The eyebolt 3 can rotate around its axis along the longitudinal direction of the sling body 2. The U-shaped hanging portion can also be rotated up and down within a range of ±90°. However, this is not limited to eyebolts with such a structure, and a wide range of hanging devices can be used. An opening is provided at the bottom of the metal sling body 2, and a female thread portion 4 is formed therein. The diameter of the female thread portion 4 can be a wide range of known sizes, such as D29, D32, D35, D38, D41, and D51. A through hole 5 is formed at the top of the sling body 2. The tip 6a of the metal fastener 6 is inserted into the through hole 5 to prevent rotation of the threaded rebar. The fastener 6 is connected to the sling body 2 using a wire member 7.

Here, we will explain the procedure for attaching the threaded rebar sling 1 to the threaded rebar. Figure 2 shows an installation flow diagram for the threaded rebar sling of Example 1. Figure 3 shows an image of the installation of the threaded rebar sling of Example 1. As shown in Figure 3, first, the sling body 2 and the threaded rebar 8 are screwed together using the female thread portion 4 on the sling body 2 and the male thread portion 8a on the threaded rebar 8 (Step S01).

Fig. 4 shows an image of the engagement between the fastener and the threaded reinforcing bar, and Fig. 5 shows a plan view of the appearance of the threaded reinforcing bar suspender of Example 1.
As shown in Figure 4, the threaded rebar 8 has a male thread portion 8a formed around its periphery, and a portion of the male thread portion 8a is a flat portion 8b. As shown in Figure 5, the back side of the flat portion 8b shown in Figure 4 also has a flat portion 8b. The diameter φ of the through hole 5 and the height H of the thread 4a are approximately equal and are smaller than the thickness D of the gap 8c formed by the flat portion 8b. By inserting a fastener 6 into this gap 8c, the threaded rebar 8 is prevented from rotating. Therefore, even when the fastener 6 is inserted into the through hole 5, stress is not applied from the fastener 6 to the threaded rebar 8, preventing damage to the threaded rebar 8 or the fastener 6.
When attaching the threaded rebar sling 1 to the threaded rebar 8, the sling body 2 and the threaded rebar 8 are screwed together, and then the gap 8c formed by the flat portion 8b is adjusted so that it overlaps with the position of the through-hole 5 (step S02). The adjustment may be performed by visually comparing the upper and lower ends of the sling body 2, or by actually inserting the tip of the fastener 6.

Figure 6 shows an image of the installation of the threaded rebar hanger of Example 1. With the gap 8c shown in Figure 5 and the through hole 5 positioned to overlap, fastener 6 is inserted as shown in Figure 6 to secure the threaded rebar hanger 1 and the threaded rebar 8 (step S03). The through hole 5 is provided approximately parallel to the axial direction of the female thread portion 4, and by attaching fastener 6 to this through hole 5, the threaded rebar 8 can be supported by a line rather than a point, allowing for more stable fixation.
Furthermore, wire member 7 is deformed and fixed by being wound around sling body 2, reinforcing the fixed state of fastener 6 (step S04). Wire member 7 is made of a metal wire material that is deformable and has shape memory properties.

Figure 7 shows an image of the use of the threaded rebar sling of Example 1. Even if the threaded rebar 8 to which the threaded rebar sling 1 is attached is tilted as shown in Figure 7, the fastener 6 is not easily detached from the sling body 2 because the fixed state of the fastener 6 is reinforced by the wire member 7.

Figure 8 shows an external perspective view of the threaded rebar sling device of Example 2. As shown in Figure 8, the threaded rebar sling device 10 is composed of a sling device main body 20, an eyebolt 3, and a fastener 60. As with the threaded rebar sling device 1 of Example 2, the eyebolt 3 is fixed to the upper end of the sling device main body 20. An opening is provided at the bottom of the sling device main body 20, and a female screw portion 4 is formed therein.
Furthermore, a through hole 50 is formed in the upper part of the sling body 20, but unlike the through hole 5 of Example 1, a female screw portion is provided inside. Corresponding to the shape of the female screw portion, the fastener 60 is a screw member provided with a male screw portion.
Therefore, when attaching the threaded rebar suspender 10 of Example 2 to the threaded rebar 8, the fastener 60 is fixed by screwing it into the through hole 50. This makes it possible to stably fix the fastener 60 without using the wire member 7.

Figure 9 shows an external perspective view of the screw-knotted rebar sling of Example 3. As shown in Figure 9, the screw-knotted rebar sling 11 is composed of screw-knotted rebar slings (1a-1f), a horizontal rod 9, and wires (12a, 12b). Each of the screw-knotted rebar slings (1a-1f) has the same structure as the screw-knotted rebar sling 1 of Example 1, with an eyebolt 3 attached to the horizontal rod 9. Wires (12a, 12b) are attached to both ends of the horizontal rod 9, and a total of six screw-knotted rebars 8 can be suspended by lifting the wires (12a, 12b) using a crane or similar device (not shown). Although not shown here, the wires (12a, 12b) are designed to be easily attached and detached from the horizontal rod 9.

When attaching the threaded reinforcing bar hanger 11 to the threaded reinforcing bar 8, first, the threaded reinforcing bar hangers (1a to 1f) are attached to the threaded reinforcing bar 8 using the same procedure as in Example 1.
The wire 12a or wire 12b is removed in advance from the horizontal rod 9, and the threaded rebar hangers (1a to 1f) are attached by hanging eyebolts 3 from the ends of the horizontal rod 9. The horizontal rod 9 may be provided with protrusions or recesses at predetermined intervals so that the intervals between the threaded rebar hangers (1a to 1f) are approximately uniform.
After the screw-jointed rebar slings (1a to 1f) are attached to the horizontal rod 9, the wire 12a or wire 12b that was previously removed is attached to the end of the horizontal rod 9, and the wires (12a, 12b) are lifted up using a crane or the like.
By using the threaded reinforcing bar hanger 11 of Example 3, a large number of threaded reinforcing bars can be stably fixed with a relatively simple structure.

This invention is useful as a hanging device for threaded reinforcing bars in reinforcement work.
