容器内に内容物を充填した後においては、口頸部100に容器蓋2を被嵌して容器蓋2を閉回転方向、図1において上方から見て時計方向、に回転せしめ、容器蓋2の雌螺条26を口頸部100の雄螺条102に螺合せしめる。図1に示す状態まで雌螺条26を雄螺条102に螺合せしめると、容器蓋2の内側シール片8が口頸部100内に侵入して口頸部100の内周面に密接され、外側シール片10が口頸部100の外周面に密接乃至近接せしめられ、環状微小突条12が口頸部100の頂面に密接され、かくして口頸部100が密封される。タンパーエビデント裾部18の内周面に配設されている係止突起32は口頸部100の係止あご部104を弾性的に(即ちタンパーエビデント裾部18の弾性変形乃至変位によって)乗り越えて係止あご部104の下方に位置する。係止突起32が口頸部100の係止あご部104を弾性的に乗り越える際には、係止突起32の下面42が下方に向かって径方向外側に傾斜していることによってタンパーエビデント裾部18は円滑に弾性変形せしめられる。かかる状態にあっては、図1と共に図3を参照することによって理解されるとおり、係止突起32の嵌合上面40が口頸部100の係止あご部104の外周面下端部に接触乃至密接せしめられる。 After the contents are filled into the container, the container lid 2 is fitted onto the neck portion 100 and rotated in the closing direction (clockwise as viewed from above in Figure 1) to thread the female thread 26 of the container lid 2 onto the male thread 102 of the neck portion 100. When the locking protrusion 32 elastically overcomes the locking jaw 104 of the mouth and neck portion 100, the lower surface 42 of the locking protrusion 32 is inclined downward and radially outward, allowing the tamper-evident skirt 18 to be smoothly elastically deformed. In this state, as can be understood by referring to Figures 3 together with Figure 1, the mating upper surface 40 of the locking protrusion 32 comes into contact with or is in close contact with the lower end of the outer peripheral surface of the locking jaw 104 of the mouth and neck portion 100.

内容物を消費するために口頸部100を開封する際には、容器蓋2を開方向、即ち図1において上方から見て反時計方向、に回転せしめる。かくすると、雄螺条102と雌螺条26の螺合が漸次解除され、スカート主部16と共にタンパーエビデント裾部18は上記回転と共に口頸部100に対して上昇せしめられる。このとき、図2を参照することによって理解されるとおり、タンパーエビデント裾部18に設けられた係止突起32の嵌合上面40が口頸部100の係止あご部104の外周面下端部に密接せしめられることで、摩擦による抵抗トルクが漸次増大せしめられる。容器蓋2が所定程度口頸部100に対して上昇せしめられると、係止突起32の係止上面38が係止あご部104の下面に係止せしめられ、タンパーエビデント裾部18の軸線方向上方への移動は阻止される。このとき、係止突起32の嵌合上面40が口頸部100の係止あご部104の外周面下端部に密接せしめられていることで、タンパーエビデント裾部18は係止あご部104に強固に保持される。そして、タンパーエビデント裾部18の軸線方向上方への移動が阻止されることで、破断ライン14の橋絡部22に応力が生成されて橋絡部22は破断され、タンパーエビデント裾部18はスカート主部16から切り離される。破断ライン14が破断された後においては、タンパーエビデント裾部18を口頸部100に残留せしめて、容器蓋2の天面壁4及びスカート壁6のスカート主部16は回転と共に軸線方向上方に自由に移動せしめられて口頸部100から離脱され、かくして口頸部100が開封される。所望ならば、タンパーエビデント裾部18に軸線方向破断ラインを形成し、容器の口頸部100を開封する際には上記軸線方向破断ラインが破断され、一方周方向に延在する破断ライン14はその一部が破断されることなく維持され、タンパーエビデント裾部18が無端環状から有端環状に展開され、タンパーエビデント裾部18と共に容器蓋2の全体が口頸部100から離脱されるようになすこともできる。 When opening the neck portion 100 to consume the contents, the container lid 2 is rotated in the opening direction, i.e., counterclockwise when viewed from above in Figure 1.
