- WおよびCを含有する硬質相と、
鉄族金属を含有する結合相と、

前記結合相の分散状態のフラクタル次元が0.7以上かつ2以下である

請求項1に記載の超硬合金。 - 400(μm2)領域において測定された複数点のビッカース硬度の標準偏差が2.5以下である
請求項1または2に記載の超硬合金。 - 円柱長尺形状の請求項1または2に記載の超硬合金の一方の端部がシャンク部に接合されているとともに、他方の端部に刃付け加工が施されている
切削工具。 - 前記他方の端部によって部材に穴を空けた際の穴位置のずれ具合が、工程能力指数CPKで2.45以上である
