Claims (2)
- 研削ホイールの製造方法であって、
金属材料で形成され一面において周方向に沿って環状溝が形成された環状基台の該環状溝に超音波振動付与ユニットから水を介して超音波振動を付与することにより、該環状溝の側面及び底面の一方又は両方に凹凸を形成する凹凸形成工程と、
該凹凸形成工程の後、複数の砥石を該環状溝に接着剤で固定する砥石固定工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする研削ホイールの製造方法。 - 研削ホイールであって、
金属材料で形成され周方向に沿って設けられた環状溝を一面に有する環状基台と、
接着剤で該環状溝に固定された複数の砥石と、
を備え、
該環状溝の側面には、該周方向に直交する厚さ方向において周期的な第1の凹凸が形成されており、
該環状溝の底面には、該周方向及び該厚さ方向に直交する径方向において周期的な第2の凹凸が形成されており、
該環状溝の側面及び底面の一方又は両方には、該第1の凹凸及び該第2の凹凸よりも小さな深さを有する第3の凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする研削ホイール。
