Claims (14)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
所定の高さごとに前記複数のバッテリーモジュールをそれぞれ嵌入して収容可能なように設けられて、前方と後方を除いた上下左右の方面が閉塞された構造となっている収容部を備えたラックケースと、
火災の際に、消火水の供給のために、前記収容部に収容された各前記バッテリーモジュールに連結される消火水供給配管と、
前記ラックケースの前方の外側面及び後方の外側面の少なくとも一方の面に配備されて、前記バッテリーモジュールに消火水を投入するときに、前記バッテリーモジュールの外部に吐き出される消火水が前記ラックケースの外側面から所定の間隔だけ離れている位置に落下するように、消火水の排水を導く排水ガイドユニットと、
を含み、
前記排水ガイドユニットは、
前記ラックケースの外側面に回転可能に結合されている、バッテリーラック。 - 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
上下に隣り合っている2つずつの前記バッテリーモジュールのうち、上部に位置しているバッテリーモジュールよりも低く、かつ、下部に位置しているバッテリーモジュールよりも高い位置において前記ラックケースの外側面に結合されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
板面が前記ラックケースの外側面と所定の角度をなすことができるように前記ラックケースの外側面から突出している、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
上方向に回して、前記排水ガイドユニットの上部に位置している前記収容部を覆うように設けられている、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
下方向に回して、前記排水ガイドユニットの上部にある前記収容部を開くように設けられている、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
前記ラックケースの外側面にヒンジ結合された板状体の形状に設けられた排水ガイド板と、
前記排水ガイド板が前記ラックケースの外側面に対して予め定められた角度をなすように前記排水ガイド板の回転を制限するストッパーと、
を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記ストッパーは、前記予め定められた角度において前記ラックケースの外側面と接触するように、回転軸に近い前記排水ガイド板の辺縁領域から突出した突起状に設けられている、請求項6に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
上方向に回して、前記排水ガイド板が前記ラックケースの外側面に並ぶように固定されるように、前記排水ガイド板の回転軸の反対側の辺縁領域に配備された磁石をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記排水ガイドユニットは、
前記ラックケースの前方の外側面に配備された第1の排水ガイドユニットと、
前記ラックケースの後方の外側面に配備された第2の排水ガイドユニットと、
を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記ラックケースにおいて、前記収容部は、後方側の開放端の左右の幅が前方側の開放端の左右の幅よりもさらに狭くなるように設けられており、
前記消火水供給配管は、前記ラックケースの後方の外側面を通過して各前記バッテリーモジュールに接続されている、請求項9に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記第1の排水ガイドユニットは、各前記収容部の前方側の開放端を覆うサイズに設けられており、
前記第2の排水ガイドユニットは、各前記収容部の後方側の開放端を覆うサイズに設けられている、請求項9に記載のバッテリーラック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、モジュールハウジングの前面に送風ファンを備え、前記モジュールハウジングの背面に空調孔を備え、前記収容部の後方側の開放端を介して前記空調孔が外部に露出されるように前記収容部に嵌入されている、請求項10に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールを前記収容部に嵌入したとき、前記モジュールハウジングの背面は、前記空調孔の下側が前記ラックケースの後方の外側面により遮蔽されている、請求項12に記載のバッテリーラック。
- 請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーラックを含む、エネルギー貯蔵システム。
