このような構成によりガイド棒支持部材33のトラフ幅方向の位置を調整することで除藻ブラシ用ベース36の左右の位置を調整することができ、これにより中央底用除藻ブラシ37や側部底用除藻ブラシ39の左右の位置を調整することができる。

このガイド棒支持部材33が回転すると、該ガイド棒支持部材33接続されているガイド棒34、該ガイド棒34と支持プレート35を介して接続されている除藻ブラシ用ベース36が同じ方向に回転する。

これにより、円形沈殿池の越流ノッチ3や処理水が流出するトラフ2等の躯体に付着した藻を除去することができる。
