Description
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生装置のための加熱チャンバを製造する方法であって、
加熱チャンバであって、熱伝導性シェルと、前記加熱チャンバ内にエアロゾル基材を受け入れるための開口部とを含む加熱チャンバを提供することと、
真空蒸着を使用して、前記加熱チャンバの前記熱伝導性シェルの外面上に電気絶縁性材料の層を堆積させることと、
加熱要素と前記加熱要素が支持される可撓性バッキングフィルムとを含む薄膜ヒータを提供することと、
前記加熱要素が前記電気絶縁性材料の層と接触するように前記薄膜ヒータを前記加熱チャンバに取り付けることと、を含み、
前記電気絶縁性材料の層は、前記加熱要素と前記熱伝導性シェルとの間のいかなる接触も防止する、方法。 - 真空蒸着を使用して前記電気絶縁性材料の層を堆積させることは、化学蒸着を使用して前記電気絶縁性材料の層を堆積させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電気絶縁性材料は、
酸化ケイ素、
ダイヤモンド、及び
ダイヤモンド状炭素(DLC)
の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記電気絶縁性材料は、a-SiOx:CHYを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気絶縁性材料の堆積層の厚さは、0.3μm~5μmである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性バッキングフィルムは、ポリイミド又はポリエーテルケトン(PEEK)を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱チャンバは、管状の熱伝導性シェルを含む管状の加熱チャンバであり、前記方法は、前記加熱要素を前記電気絶縁性材料の層に押し当てて前記薄膜ヒータを前記加熱チャンバの周りに巻き付けることを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エアロゾル発生装置のための加熱チャンバを製造する方法であって、
加熱チャンバであって、熱伝導性シェルと、前記加熱チャンバ内にエアロゾル基材を受け入れるための開口部とを含む加熱チャンバを提供することと、
真空蒸着を使用して、前記加熱チャンバの前記熱伝導性シェルの外面上に電気絶縁性材料の層を堆積させることと、
加熱要素を、前記加熱要素が前記電気絶縁性材料の層と接触するように前記加熱チャンバに取り付けることと、を含み、
前記電気絶縁性材料の層は、前記加熱要素と前記熱伝導性シェルとの間のいかなる接触も防止し、
前記加熱チャンバは、管状の熱伝導性シェルを含む管状の加熱チャンバであり、前記方法は、前記加熱要素を前記電気絶縁性材料の層に押し当てて前記加熱要素を前記加熱チャンバの周りに巻き付けることを含む、方法。 - 前記加熱要素を前記加熱チャンバに固定するために前記加熱チャンバの周りに熱収縮フィルムを巻き付けることを更に含む、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- プラズマ強化化学蒸着を使用して前記電気絶縁性材料の層を堆積させることを更に含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 無線周波数電気励起源と、CH4を含むキャリアガスとを使用して、ダイヤモンド状炭素(DLC)又はダイヤモンドを含む薄膜を堆積させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- マイクロ波周波数電気励起源と、シランを含むキャリアガスとを使用して、酸化ケイ素を含む薄膜を堆積させることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- エアロゾル発生装置のための加熱チャンバであって、
エアロゾル基材を受け入れるための開口部を有する熱伝導性シェルと、
加熱要素と前記加熱要素が支持される可撓性バッキングフィルムとを含む薄膜ヒータと、
前記加熱要素と前記熱伝導性シェルとの間のいかなる接触も防止されるように、前記熱伝導性シェルの外面上に配置された電気絶縁性材料の層と、を備え、
前記薄膜ヒータの前記加熱要素が前記電気絶縁性材料の層と接触している、加熱チャンバ。 - エアロゾル発生装置のための加熱チャンバであって、
エアロゾル基材を受け入れるための開口部を有する管状の熱伝導性シェルと、
前記熱伝導性シェルの外面上に配置された電気絶縁性材料の層と、
前記電気絶縁性材料の層と接触するように巻き付けられた加熱要素と、を備え、
前記電気絶縁性材料の層は、前記加熱要素と前記熱伝導性シェルとの間のいかなる接触も防止されるように前記熱伝導性シェルの外面上に配置されている、加熱チャンバ。 - 請求項13又は14に記載の加熱チャンバを含むエアロゾル発生装置。
