Description
Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
複数の前記バッテリーセルが分割されて収容されるように構成される複数の収容空間が形成され、複数の前記収容空間のうちの少なくとも一つに、前記バッテリーセルから排出されるベントガスが前記収容空間の外部に排出されるように構成されるベント部が設けられ、前記ベント部と連通するように構成されるベント流路が形成されるパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパックであって、
前記パックケースは、複数の前記バッテリーセルが載置されるように構成され、且つ、前記ベント流路が形成されるベースフレームを含み、
前記ベント部は、前記ベースフレームに設けられており、
前記パックケースは、複数の前記収容空間を区画するように構成され、且つ、前記バッテリーセルと所定の間隔で離隔するように構成されるクロスビームを含み、
前記ベースフレームに設けられた前記ベント部は、前記バッテリーセルと前記クロスビームとの間に設けられている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記パックケースは、複数の前記収容空間を区画するように構成され、且つ、内部の空間に前記ベント流路が形成されるクロスビームを含み、
前記ベント部はさらに、前記クロスビームに設けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - それぞれの前記収容空間に設けられるバッテリーセルを収容するように構成され、前記ベント部と対向する一面に前記ベントガスが外部に排出されるように構成されるベント孔が形成されるモジュールケースをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 複数のバッテリーセルと、
複数の前記バッテリーセルが分割されて収容されるように構成される複数の収容空間が形成され、複数の前記収容空間のうちの少なくとも一つに、前記バッテリーセルから排出されるベントガスが前記収容空間の外部に排出されるように構成されるベント部が設けられ、前記ベント部と連通するように構成されるベント流路が形成されるパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパックであって、
前記ベント流路の内部に設けられて前記ベント流路を区画し、前記ベントガスによって少なくとも部分的に移動可能に構成される区画部材をさらに含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記区画部材が前記ベントガスによって移動する場合、前記ベント流路の体積が拡張するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記区画部材は、少なくとも一部が前記ベントガスによって弾性変形するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記ベント部を覆うように構成され、前記ベントガスや熱によって前記ベント部を開放するように構成されるカバー部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記カバー部材は、
前記ベント部を覆うように構成され、且つ、前記ベントガスによって回動自在に構成されるカバープレートと、
前記カバープレートに結合されるヒンジ部と、を含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記カバー部材は、前記熱によって溶融するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースは、上部が開放されるように構成され、
前記パックケースの開放された上部に結合されてそれぞれの収容空間を密閉するように構成される上部カバーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
