Description
<全体構成>
図1に示すように、熱管理システム1は、熱管理回路100と、電子制御ユニット(ECU:Electronic Control Unit)500と、HMI(Human Machine Interface)600とを備える。
図4のフロー図を参照して、熱管理システム1の制御方法を説明する。なお、図4に示すフローはあくまで一例であって、本開示における制御は図4に示す例に限られない。また、図4の制御は、所定周期ごと(たとえば10分ごと)に実行される。
<全体構成>
図5に示すように、熱管理システム2は、熱管理回路200と、ECU510とを備える。
図8のフロー図を参照して、熱管理システム2の制御方法を説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態における制御フローと同様の工程については、説明を簡略化または省略する。
Claims (3)
- 熱媒体が流通可能な第1流路、第2流路、第3流路、および、第4流路と、
前記第1流路の前記熱媒体と熱交換を行い、所定の方向に配列された複数の蓄電セルにより構成される蓄電装置と、
前記第2流路の前記熱媒体と熱交換を行い、駆動力を発生可能な駆動装置と、
前記第3流路に設けられたラジエータと、
前記第4流路に設けられたチラー装置と、
前記第1流路、前記第2流路、前記第3流路、および、前記第4流路の間の接続状態を切り替え可能な切替装置と、
前記蓄電装置のうち前記所定の方向における中央部に設けられる第1温度センサと、
前記蓄電装置のうち前記所定の方向における端部に設けられる第2温度センサと、
前記第2流路の前記熱媒体の温度を検出する媒体温度センサと、を備え、
前記第1流路と前記第4流路とが接続された第1接続流路と、前記第2流路と前記第3流路とが接続された第2接続流路とが、互いに切り離されて独立している流路回路を均温回路とすると、
前記切替装置は、前記複数の蓄電セルの温度を均一にする時に、前記均温回路を形成するとともに前記第1接続流路において前記熱媒体を循環させ、
前記第1温度センサの検出値と前記第2温度センサの検出値との差分が第1閾値よりも大きく、かつ、前記蓄電装置の昇温時に前記第1温度センサの検出値および前記第2温度センサの検出値の各々が所定の温度範囲になり、かつ、前記媒体温度センサの検出値が前記温度範囲よりも高い第2閾値よりも高くなった場合に、前記切替装置が前記均温回路を形成する、熱管理システム。 - 前記チラー装置は、コンプレッサが設けられる冷凍サイクルおよび前記第4流路の各々に接続されており、
前記冷凍サイクルの冷媒が前記チラー装置を流通しない条件下で、前記切替装置が前記均温回路を形成して前記複数の蓄電セルの温度を均一にする、請求項1に記載の熱管理システム。 - 前記第4流路に設けられ、前記熱媒体を循環させるポンプをさらに備え、
前記切替装置が前記均温回路を形成して前記複数の蓄電セルの温度を均一にする時に、前記ポンプを作動させる、請求項1または2に記載の熱管理システム。
