Description

This invention relates to an assembly auxiliary member for formwork panels used in formwork.

When constructing buildings such as reinforced concrete or steel-reinforced concrete structures, concrete pouring work is carried out. Concrete pouring work involves pouring concrete into formwork created by arranging multiple formwork panels on a concrete slab (a concrete slab) formed on the ground, thereby shaping the concrete into the designed, predetermined form.

One example of concrete pouring work is the formwork construction for shaping building foundations. Formwork construction is carried out using formwork panels arranged to match the desired shape of the concrete structure. These formwork panels are arranged on the inside and outside of the area where the building foundation is to be formed, creating a concrete filling space between the inner and outer formwork panels. When steel formwork panels are used, the upper ends of the inner and outer formwork panels are held at a constant distance apart by linear separators.

However, depending on the shape of the building foundation being constructed, the heights of the upper ends of the formwork panels arranged on the inside and those arranged on the outside may not match, making it impossible to use a straight separator between the upper ends of opposing formwork panels. Even in such cases, Patent Document 1 provides an auxiliary fitting that can connect the upper ends of opposing formwork panels.

Patent Document 1 discloses an auxiliary fitting for attaching separators to foundation formwork. The auxiliary fitting has a foundation formwork crown portion into which the upper end of the foundation formwork is fitted, and a separator support portion that supports the separator, with its upper end becoming approximately the same height as the upper end of the other foundation formwork when the foundation formwork crown portion is attached to the upper end of the foundation formwork. Since the separator support portion of the auxiliary fitting is set to be approximately the same height as the upper end of the foundation formwork, a normal separator can be fitted into the upper ends of opposing foundation formwork. Furthermore, the auxiliary fitting is formed in a square shape with an open lower end, and insertion grooves are provided in two stages, upper and lower, at regular intervals along the side wall of this opening. By inserting a height adjustment plate into these insertion grooves, the foundation formwork crown portion is formed and can be fitted into the upper end of the foundation formwork. This allows the auxiliary fitting to adjust the height of the separator support section, enabling it to accommodate multiple height differences even when the opposing foundation formwork sections are at different heights.

特開2005―320817Japanese Patent Publication No. 2005-320817

Currently, in formwork construction, when a step occurs between the upper edges of opposing formwork panels, a standard-sized, roughly L-shaped separator is used. However, because this separator is of a standard size, it can only accommodate step differences of a predetermined size. Therefore, formwork contractors have had to resort to cumbersome methods such as preparing separators of various sizes or creating custom-made separators for each construction site.

This point is also true for the auxiliary fitting described in Patent Document 1. While the auxiliary fitting increases the step height it can accommodate by increasing the number of insertion grooves, the number of insertion grooves that can be provided on the auxiliary fitting is limited from the perspective of the size and durability of the auxiliary fitting. Therefore, although the auxiliary fitting can accommodate several step heights, it is difficult to accommodate appropriate step heights between opposing formwork panels, similar to the L-shaped separator. In actual construction sites, step heights between formwork panels that are not of the specified height frequently occur, so there has been a need for a separator that can adjust step heights in a stepless manner.

Furthermore, even if the upper edges of opposing formwork panels are at the same height, the formwork panels arranged on the inside and those arranged on the outside may not be parallel. In such cases, a separator was needed that could properly connect the upper edges of the formwork panels.

This invention has been made in view of the above problems, and its objective is to provide an assembly auxiliary member for fixing a rod-shaped member for positioning a formwork panel to the end of the formwork panel, which can appropriately fix the rod-shaped member to the end of the formwork panel according to various construction environments.

In other words, the present invention relates to an assembly auxiliary member for fixing a rod-shaped member for positioning a formwork panel to the end of a formwork panel when assembling a formwork in which a filling space for pouring a hardening filler is formed by arranging a plurality of formwork panels. The end of the formwork panel is provided with a frame plate portion formed continuously with the flat panel body constituting the filling space and perpendicular to the panel body, and a rib portion formed continuously with the frame plate portion and parallel to the panel body, forming a recess on the upper part of the panel body. The assembly auxiliary member comprises a substantially U-shaped hook portion whose tip abuts against the inside of the recess to hook the assembly auxiliary member to the end of the formwork panel, a support portion provided continuously with the hook portion and through which a rod-shaped member that abuts against the frame plate portion is inserted, and a pressing portion that presses the rod-shaped member against the frame plate portion from the outside of the recess and pulls the tip of the hook portion towards the frame plate portion from the inside of the recess.

According to the assembly assist member of the present invention, a rod-shaped member is inserted through the support portion, and the rod-shaped member can be pressed against the frame plate portion from the outside of the recess by the pressing portion. Simultaneously, the pressing portion can pull the tip of the hook portion towards the frame plate portion from the inside of the recess. As a result, the frame plate portion is sandwiched between the tip of the hook portion and the recessed portion, and the assembly assist member is attached to the end of the formwork panel together with the rod-shaped member. Therefore, the assembly assist member can be attached to the end of the formwork panel simply by pressing the rod-shaped member inserted through the support portion against the frame plate portion with the pressing portion, and the fixing of the rod-shaped member to the end can be easily performed.

The assembly support member of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

Figure 1 is a perspective view showing a portion of a formwork constructed using assembly support members according to one embodiment of the present invention. Formwork is used in concrete pouring work, a process in the construction of reinforced concrete or steel-reinforced concrete buildings. This embodiment will be explained using formwork construction for forming the foundation of a concrete structure as an example. Although Figure 1 shows a portion of the assembled formwork, for convenience, this portion will be referred to as formwork 100.

The formwork 100 comprises a pair of formwork panels 200, a pair of assembly support members 300 provided at the upper end of each formwork panel 200, and a rod-shaped member 400 supported across each assembly support member 300 for positioning the formwork panels. This formwork 100 is arranged and used for concrete, specifically a concrete floor slab 101, formed on the ground where concrete pouring work is performed. Although not shown in the diagram, during actual construction, each formwork panel 200 is connected to the others by separators to maintain a constant distance between them, and end bolsters are placed on the outer edges of each formwork panel 200.

When the formwork 100 is assembled on the concrete floor slab 101, a filling space 102 into which concrete is poured is formed between the opposing formwork panels 200. The filling material poured into the filling space 102 is not limited to concrete; any hardening filling material that hardens over time, such as mortar, can be appropriately changed. As an example of the assembly state at the construction site, the formwork 100 shown in Figure 1 is repeatedly arranged in the front-to-back direction of the paper, and the formwork is completed by closing both ends of the filling space 102 with members not shown.

The pair of formwork panels 200 are arranged with two formwork panels 200 facing each other at a predetermined construction interval. This construction interval determines the thickness of the concrete to be molded and can be appropriately changed depending on the concrete structure being molded. The formwork panel 200A, located on the left side of Figure 1, is shorter in height than the formwork panel 200B, located on the right side of the paper. That is, formwork panels 200A and 200B are of different heights, and there is a step between the upper ends of formwork panel 200A and formwork panel 200B.

The formwork panel 200 has a flat panel body 201. The panel body 201 constitutes the filling space 102 and is the portion that contacts the concrete poured into the filling space 102. Furthermore, the upper and lower ends of the formwork panel 200 are provided with a frame plate portion 202 that is continuous with and perpendicular to the panel body 201, and a rib portion 203 that is continuous with the frame plate portion 202 and parallel to the panel body 201, forming a recess on the upper part of the panel body 201.

Figure 2 shows the formwork 100 as viewed from the side. The frame plate portion 202 is the upper end of the formwork panel 200 and is the portion that is fitted into a standard separator. The frame plate portion 202 is provided perpendicularly from the upper end of the panel body 201. A first corner portion 210A is formed where the panel body 201 and the frame plate portion 202 intersect at a right angle, while a second corner portion 210B is formed where the frame plate portion 202 and the rib portion 203 intersect at a right angle. Therefore, the upper end of the formwork panel 200 is formed in a concave shape. Since the lower end of the formwork panel 200 is similarly configured, a detailed explanation of the frame plate portion 202 and rib portion 203 formed at the lower end of the formwork panel 200 is omitted.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of the assembly support member 300. The assembly support member 300 is used to fix the rod-shaped member 400 to the end of the formwork panel 200. The assembly support member 300 has a support portion 310 for guiding the rod-shaped member 400, a hook portion 320 formed continuously with the support portion 310 for hooking the assembly support member 300 onto the end of the formwork panel 200, and a pressing portion 330 for pressing the rod-shaped member 400. The support portion 310 is formed in a substantially U-shape and has a pair of side wall portions 311 that sandwich the rod-shaped member 400. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the rod-shaped member 400 is inserted between the pair of side wall portions 311 in the support portion 310. The rod-shaped member 400, sandwiched between the pair of side wall portions 311, is supported at a certain angle with respect to the assembly support member 300. In this embodiment, the rod-shaped member 400 uses a rectangular timber with a roughly rectangular cross-section; however, any rod-shaped member, such as a round pipe or a square pipe, may be used.

This allows the support portion 310 to guide the rod-shaped member 400 relative to the upper surface of the frame plate portion 202. Furthermore, the support portion 310 can guide the rod-shaped member 400 relative to the outside of the first corner portion 210A where the panel body 201 and the frame plate portion 202 intersect at a right angle, or to the outside of the second corner portion 210B where the frame plate portion 202 and the rib portion 203 intersect at a right angle. In other words, the support portion 310 can guide the rod-shaped member 400 relative to the frame plate portion 202 from the outside of the recess.

The rod-shaped member 400 is inserted through the support portion 310 of the assembly auxiliary member 300A provided at the upper end of the formwork panel 200A and the support portion 310 of the assembly auxiliary member 300B provided at the upper end of the formwork panel 200B. The rod-shaped member 400, inserted through each support portion 310, is supported at an inclination corresponding to the height difference between the upper ends of the opposing formwork panels 200. In this embodiment, since the upper end of the formwork panel 200A is set lower than the upper end of the formwork panel 200B, the rod-shaped member 400, supported across each support portion 310, is supported at an inclination downward from the upper end of the formwork panel 200B toward the upper end of the formwork panel 200A.

The hook portion 320 extends from the lower part of the side wall portion 311 and is formed in a curved, approximately U-shape. Since the hook portion 320 is provided for each side wall portion 311, the hook portions 320 are positioned opposite each other. The tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 is formed in a approximately semicircular shape. When positioning the assembly auxiliary member 300 at the upper end of the formwork panel 200, the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 can abut against the inside of the recess and hook onto the upper end of the formwork panel 200.

As shown in Figure 2, when attaching the assembly support member 300A to the upper end of a low-height formwork panel 200A, the tip 321 of the hook portion 320 abuts against and hooks onto the second corner portion 210B where the frame plate portion 202 and the rib portion 203 intersect at a right angle. On the other hand, when attaching the assembly support member 300B to the upper end of a high-height formwork panel 200B, the tip 321 of the hook portion 320 abuts against and hooks onto the first corner portion 210A where the frame plate portion 202 and the panel body 201 intersect at a right angle. In other words, the tip 321 of the hook portion 320 abuts against the lower surface of the frame plate portion 202, allowing the assembly support member 300 to be hooked onto the upper end of the formwork panel 200.

The pressing portion 330 includes a first slit 331A provided in one of the side walls 311A, a second slit 331B provided in the other side wall 311B, and a wedge-shaped cam plate 333. Although the first slit 331A and the second slit 331B are provided in opposing side walls 311, these slits are formed so as not to face each other. That is, the first slit 331A is positioned offset from the second slit 331B along the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member 400 guided by the support portion 310.

In this embodiment, the assembly auxiliary member 300 is provided with two tiers of slits 331, one above the other, on each side wall portion 311. However, this configuration is not strictly necessary; each side wall portion 311 may have only one slit 331, and these slits 331 may be offset along the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member 400. Providing two tiers of slits 331 on each side wall portion 311, as in this embodiment, improves the degree of freedom in the insertion direction of the cam plate 333, which will be described later.

The cam plate 333 is inserted across the first slit 331A and the second slit 331B. Therefore, the cam plate 333 is supported at an inclination relative to the assembly support member 300 according to the displacement of the first slit 331A and the second slit 331B. The cam plate 333 is inclined toward the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member 400, which is guided by the support portion 310. That is, the cam plate 333 is provided at an inclination toward the short-side direction of the rod-shaped member 400.

The cam plate 333, when inserted across the first slit 331A and the second slit 331B, is in contact with the rod-shaped member 400 guided by the support portion 310. This allows the cam plate 333 to press the rod-shaped member 400 against the upper surface of the frame plate portion 202. In other words, the cam plate 333 can press the rod-shaped member 400 against the frame plate portion 202 from the outside of the recess. The assembly auxiliary member 300 can adjust the biasing force on the rod-shaped member 400 according to the amount of pressure applied by the cam plate 333.

Figure 4 is a schematic diagram showing the contact relationship between the cam plate 333 and the rod-shaped member 400. Since the cam plate 333 is inclined according to the displacement amount of the first slit 331A and the second slit 331B, it contacts the rod-shaped member 400 in a linear manner inclined toward the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member 400. In this way, by making the cam plate 333 contact the rod-shaped member 400 in a linear manner inclined by the width of the displacement amount, it is possible to prevent the angle change between the rod-shaped member 400 and the assembly auxiliary member 300. Therefore, the cam plate 333 can firmly restrict the rod-shaped member 400 while pressing the rod-shaped member 400 against the upper surface of the frame plate portion 202. While increasing the thickness of the cam plate 333 would prevent angle changes between the rod-shaped member 400 and the assembly auxiliary member 300 even when the cam plate 333 is in contact with the rod-shaped member 400 in a linear manner parallel to the rod-shaped member 400, the present invention allows for preventing angle changes between the rod-shaped member 400 and the assembly auxiliary member 300 without increasing the thickness of the cam plate 333.

On the other hand, when the cam plate 333 presses the rod-shaped member 400 against the upper surface of the frame plate portion 202, the hook portion 320 is simultaneously pulled in from the lower surface of the frame plate portion 202. In other words, the cam plate 333 can pull the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 towards the frame plate portion 202 from the inside of the recess. At this time, the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 is pulled in from the lower surface of the frame plate portion 202 and comes into contact with the frame plate portion 202 at the point where the rod-shaped member 400 is pressed against the frame plate portion 202. As a result, a part of the frame plate portion 202 is sandwiched between the rod-shaped member 400 and the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320. In this way, the assembly auxiliary member 300 and the rod-shaped member 400 are fixed to the upper end of the formwork panel 200. Furthermore, to strengthen the fixation of the assembly support member 300 and the rod-shaped member 400 to the upper end of the formwork panel 200, a sleeve to improve frictional force may be provided on the rod-shaped member 400. This improves the frictional force at the point where the cam plate 333 and the rod-shaped member 400 contact, and the frictional force at the point where the rod-shaped member 400 contacts the upper end of the formwork panel 200, thereby firmly fixing the assembly support member 300 and the rod-shaped member 400 to the upper end of the formwork panel 200.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the assembly auxiliary member 300A attached to the upper end of the low formwork panel 200A presses the rod-shaped member 400, guided by the support portion 310, against the corner portion 210B with the cam plate 333, while simultaneously pulling the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 toward the corner portion 210B. Similarly, the assembly auxiliary member 300B attached to the upper end of the high formwork panel 200B presses the rod-shaped member 400, guided by the support portion 310, against the corner portion 210A with the cam plate 333, while simultaneously pulling the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 toward the corner portion 210A. As a result, each assembly auxiliary member 300 can be attached to the upper end of each formwork panel 200 and the rod-shaped member 400 can be supported along the angle of the step height difference between the upper ends of the opposing formwork panels 200. In this way, the assembly auxiliary members 300 are attached to the upper ends of opposing formwork panels 200, and a single rod-shaped member 400 is fixed across the ends of each formwork panel 200 by each assembly auxiliary member 300, thereby enabling the rod-shaped member 400 to position the opposing formwork panels 200 together. While the above description has described the assembly auxiliary members 300 of this embodiment as being attached to the upper ends of the formwork panels 200, the intention is not to limit the attachment location of the assembly auxiliary members 300 to the upper ends of the formwork panels 200. There are no restrictions on the attachment location as long as it is an end having the formwork plate portion 202 and the rib portion 203.

The portion of the frame plate portion 202 that is sandwiched between the rod-shaped member 400, which is pressed against the frame plate portion 202 by the cam plate 333, and the tip portion 321, changes according to the relative step height difference between the upper ends of the opposing formwork panels 200. Therefore, when attaching the assembly support member 300 to a low-height formwork panel 200, a portion of the frame plate portion 202 close to the corner portion 210B is sandwiched between the rod-shaped member 400 and the tip portion 321. Conversely, when attaching the assembly support member 300 to a high-height formwork panel 200, a portion of the frame plate portion 202 close to the corner portion 210A is sandwiched between the rod-shaped member 400 and the tip portion 321.

The assembly support member 300 can be angle-adjusted using the contact point between the tip portion 321 and the lower surface of the frame plate portion 202 as a pivot point. Since the tip portion 321 in this embodiment is formed in a substantially semicircular shape, the angles of the assembly support member 300 and the rod-shaped member 400 can be easily adjusted. Therefore, the assembly support member 300 can freely set the inclination angle of the restricting rod-shaped member 400, and can continuously adjust according to the height difference between opposing formwork panels 200.

In the above description, the pressing portion 330 is assumed to have a first slit 331A, a second slit 331B, and a cam plate 333, but it is not necessarily required to be configured in this way. The pressing portion 330 can be modified as appropriate, as long as it can press the rod-shaped member 400, guided by the support portion 310, against the upper surface of the frame plate portion 202 and pull the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 toward the lower surface of the frame plate portion 202. However, from the viewpoint of regulating the position of the rod-shaped member 400, it is preferable that the pressing portion 330 contacts the rod-shaped member in an inclined linear manner and presses it toward the upper surface of the frame plate portion 202.

In this embodiment, the example has been described as having opposing formwork panels 200 of different heights. However, it can also be used when opposing formwork panels 200 are of the same height. Even in this case, the assembly support member 300 can be attached to the upper end of each formwork panel 200 using the same procedure as described above.

As described above, the assembly auxiliary member 300 guides the rod-shaped member 400 with the support portion 310 and presses one end of the rod-shaped member 400 against the frame plate portion 202 with the pressing portion 330. At this time, the tip portion 321 of the hook portion 320 is pulled from the opposite side of the frame plate portion 202 against which the rod-shaped member 400 is pressed, and a specific location on the frame plate portion 202 is sandwiched between the rod-shaped member 400 and the tip portion 321. Therefore, since the assembly auxiliary member 300 is attached to the end of the formwork panel 200 simply by pressing the rod-shaped member 400 with the pressing portion 330, the rod-shaped member 400 inserted through the support portion 310 can be easily fixed to the end of the formwork panel 200. This allows the rod-shaped member 400 to position each formwork panel 200.

Furthermore, the assembly support member 300 and the rod-shaped member 400 can be angle-adjusted using the tip portion 321 as a pivot point. This allows the assembly support member 300 to be attached to the upper end of formwork panels 200 of different heights, and together with the rod-shaped member 400, to be fixed in an inclined position. Therefore, the assembly support member 300 can be used to connect the upper ends of formwork panels 200 of different heights, and because the corresponding step height can be adjusted steplessly, the upper ends of formwork panels 200 of different heights can be easily connected.

Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, the assembly auxiliary member 300 can fix the rod-shaped member 400 and the assembly auxiliary member 300 to the upper end of each formwork panel 200 at a predetermined angle by sandwiching the frame plate portion 202 between the support portion 310 and the tip portion 321. Therefore, even if the opposing formwork panels 200 are not parallel, the upper ends of each formwork panel 200 can be connected. Thus, the assembly auxiliary member 300 can connect the upper ends of each formwork panel 200 according to various construction environments such as the specifications of the building foundation being constructed and the terrain.

Figure 6 shows an example of how to use the assembly support member 300. Since the assembly support member 300 itself and the angle of the rod-shaped member 400 can be arbitrarily changed, the rod-shaped member 400 can be fixed at an angle directed toward the concrete floor slab 101. This allows the assembly support member 300 to function as a retaining member that supports the rod-shaped member 400, used for positioning the formwork panel 200, from the outside of the formwork panel 200.

As described above, the assembly support member 300 can be used in various ways, and Figure 7 is one example. Figure 7 shows a formwork assembled on the ground, with the assembly support members 300 attached to the upper and lower ends of the formwork panels 200. A rod-shaped member 400 is inserted through the support portion 310 of each assembly support member 300, and one end and the other end of the rod-shaped member 400 are pressed against the formwork plate portion 202 by the pressing portion 330 of each assembly support member 300. As a result, the rod-shaped member 400 is fixed along the height direction of the formwork panels 200 by the assembly support members 300 attached to the upper and lower ends of the formwork panels 200.
