Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Brushes 12A, 12B which are formed by fibers such as rayon or other are so formed as to contact with each other and rotate while rubbing the surface of a rotary drum 1. They scrape off the toner 13 remained on the recording medium of the rotary drum 1 and let the same be floating toner 14, thence the toner is carried by air flow and is released to the outside of a cleaner 11. Hence, the cleaning effect of the surface of the rotary drum 1 may be improved with the life of the brushes improved.
