Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to operate the movement of long and short lines of a plurality of blocks with optimum and maximum speed, by providing the speed control circuit with the numeral control unit consisting of the reference input unit, reference output unit and motor, and monitoring the speed of moving lines.
