Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a better atomization of fuel by a method wherein a high speed atomization gas nozzle having a rotary vane in the injection port is arranged around a nozzle for injecting fuel under a low speed. CONSTITUTION:High speed atomization gas nozzle 51 having a rotary vane 60 in the injection port is arranged around a nozzle 30 for injecting fuel at a low speed. COM fuel in the inner cylinder 10 is injected from the fuel injection nozzle 30 at a low speed, and in turn the high pressure gas for use in injection is injected from the annular gas injection nozzle 51 via atomized gas passage port 42. I this case, COM fuel may be atomized under a good condition due to the fact that the atomized gas is applied with a rotary force by the rotary vane 60.
