Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a flat and wide insulation board by injecting an expandable resin composition into the groove of a channel material and by eliminating a concave warp due to the shrinkage through the foaming and curing of the central portion of the board in a curved condition. CONSTITUTION:A rib 6 comprising a channel form of polyvinly chloride and the like is place on the lower conveyer 5 of a double conveyer device 4 having an apper and a lower belts. Injecting an expandable urethane resin 8 or the like into the channel from an injection unit 7, the rib is carried through the conveyer 4 for the expansion and curing of the resin. A metal mold made up of the upper and lower caterpillars 10, 11, are prepared on the conveying portions of the upper and lower conveyers 9,5, besides a concave being formed in the central portion of the upper caterpillar 10 and a convex formed in the central portion of the lower caterpillar 11. Thefefore, the resin 8 is allowed to be expanded and cured in a curved condition. After cooling at ordinary temperature, a flat and non-warp sheet can be obtained due to the shrinkage of the resin 8.
