Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a toner image moreover to obtain a sharp copied image on a transferred material, too, by providing a layer having heat melting transferability and heat sensitive colorability on the reverse side of a heat conductive support, and by uniformly irradiating the support surface with toner transferred by infrared rays.
CONSTITUTION: Heat sensitive colorable layer 2 having heat melting transferability is formed on the reverse side of heat conductive support 1, such as paper or plastic film to form heat sensitive recording sheet A for copying. Toner image 3 of photographic receptor 4 (a photosensitive drum, etc.) is formed on the surface of support 1. A transfer material (high quality paper) 5 is contacted with layer 2, and then, the toner image 3 side is uniformly irradiated by infrared rays L. The irradiation forms fixed toner image 3A and colored part 2A on layer 2. Sheet A is stripped to form copied image 2A transferred on paper 5.
