Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a heated article from being dried and equalize the heat distribution by providing wind-resisting plates in a blow-out port on the lower side of the rear wall of a heating chamber and in a place of the same height with a saucer, in a heating-cooking appliance of a heated wind circulation type.

CONSTITUTION: A resisting plate 48 is provided in a position which is opposed to the blow-out port 21 on the lower side of the rear wall of a heating chamber and through which a heated wind flows along the bottom surface of a lower saucer 9, while another resisting plate 49 being provided at almost the same height with a saucer 22. By this constitution, the heated wind circulated by a circulation fan 18 is blown out at the resisting plate 48 so that it flows along the bottom surface of the saucer 9 and further is made to flow along the bottom surface of the saucer 22 toward a suction port 20, thus each of saucers 9 and 22 being heated by the wind in the maximum quantity, while the wind being softened to be gentle in the part where a heated article is located. Accordingly, the heated article can be prevented from being dried under the reduced influence of the heated wind, while the strong blowout can also be made, and thus the temperature can be equalized.
