Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a solar heat collector suitable for building material of outer wall material, roofs or the like by covering the circumference of a pipe body made of a stainless steel or the like with a cast iron casing integrally cast with a heat absorbing flat section. CONSTITUTION:An outer wall 1A of a pipe body 1 made of a stainless steel is treated by sand blasting or a chemical treatment to remove impurities such as oxide film and oil and the outer wall surface is made active. Subsequently, it is arranged in a mold with the content of a cast held below 2% and a casting is made to form a cast iron casing integral with a heat absorbing flat plate 2. In a cold season, the pipe body is preheated at 20 deg.C to prevent formation of dew before casting for pouring.
