The simplest method is to assemble the aquarium and then spray in-situ foaming polyurethane foam on the outside surface, which is quite effective, but the disadvantage of this method is that it requires equipment to perform in-situ foaming. Also, since it is sprayed over the entire surface, maintenance and inspection after installation becomes impossible.

However, in the case of this method, the shape of the heat insulating material differs depending on where the panel is used, that is, whether it is on the side wall, the bottom, or the ceiling, so a panel of an appropriate type is required.

In view of these points, the present invention aims to provide a heat insulation method that does not have any of these drawbacks, can be commonly used in any location, and is extremely easy to maintain and inspect. To explain one example of implementation, sealant injection parts 2 are provided on the four outer peripheral edges of the exterior plate 1, and a semi-hard or soft synthetic resin foam 3 is integrally bonded and laminated on the back side with an adhesive 4, and then this exterior plate is attached. Attach the plate 1 to the outer surface of the panel body A with bolts 5 so that the foam 3 is on the inside, then inject putty or sealant into the sealant injection part,
This construction method is characterized by sealing, and in this case, the thickness of the foam 3 is thinner than the depth of the panel body A, and there is a gap 6 between the foam 3 and the bottom surface of the panel body A. It is also an example of an important implementation of the present invention.

The panel body A is made of so-called FRP, painted iron plate, enameled iron plate, etc., with a form and structure well known in this technical field, and has inclined pieces b forming an external angle of 135 degrees with respect to the bottom plate on the four outer peripheries of the bottom plate a. In addition, it has a so-called "cross-sectional" shape with a rising piece C forming an external angle of 135 degrees with respect to this inclined piece, and when assembled, the rising piece C side is on the outside, and the outer surface of the bottom plate a. Similar to the panel body A, the exterior plate 1 is made of FRP, a painted thin plate, a Netsumachi plastic resin board, etc., and is formed to have the same size as the panel body A, and has four outer peripheral edges with the standing ten pieces C of the body A. A sealant injection part 2 is provided so as to be orthogonally in contact with the plate 1, and a soft or semi-hard foam 3 is integrally laminated with an adhesive 4 on the back side of this plate 1, and a bolt 5 is attached to the bottom plate a of the main body A. The nut 7 is then tightened and attached to the bolt 5 via a washer, packing, etc.

The sealant injection part 2 is formed on the outer periphery of the exterior plate 1 so as to be in contact with the upright piece C of the main body A. After the exterior plate 1 on which the foam 3 is laminated is attached to the main body A, putty or putty is applied to the part 2. 3 The foam 3 to be sealed by injecting the sealant 8 is a semi-rigid or soft material such as polyethylene, polystyrene, PVC foam, rubber foam, or polyurethane foam, and a closed cell structure is suitable. This foam 3
are integrally bonded and laminated on the back surface of the exterior plate 1 with an adhesive 4, and holes for bolts 5 are drilled to attach the exterior plate 1 to the panel body A together with the exterior plate 1.

In this case, the thickness may be such that the back surface of the foam 3 is in contact with the outer surface of the bottom plate a, or the thickness may be made thinner than the depth of the main body A so that a gap 6 is formed between the two. Validity arises.

In the case of semi-rigid or soft foam, even if the bottom plate a of the panel body A has irregularities as shown in Fig. 3, this foam can be easily processed without using a special shape that matches the shape. This main body A can be easily installed by deformation.
Even if protrusions such as assembly bolts 9 are protruding when assembling the panel, it is advantageous because it can be changed and there is no need for a specially shaped panel body or foam.

The bolts 5 are attached to the outer surface of the bottom plate a of the panel body A in advance or are fixed with adhesive during construction.
The exterior plate 1 on which the foam 3 is laminated is inserted, and the nuts 7 are screwed onto the bolts S protruding from the back surface of the exterior plate 1.

In the present invention, a sealant injection part is provided on the outer periphery of the exterior plate, a foam is integrally laminated on the back side with adhesive, and this exterior plate is attached to the outer surface of the panel body with bolts, so the intended purpose can be easily achieved. This can be achieved using a construction method that can be applied to the uneven shape of the panel bottom plate and other protrusions by making the foam thinner and creating a gap between the bottom plate of the panel body and the back of the foam. It is advantageous to be able to use the same type and shape, and the voids are even more effective in terms of heat insulation.
