により一体成形するとともにリム部を展伸性材料により
圧延成形し、そのリム部の内周面の、スポーク部と対応
する部位にそれぞれ足片を一体に突設し、前記各足片は
その側断面形状が前記バブ部に向って漸次巾広の鳩尾状
に形成され、それらの足片を、スポーク部の先端を以て
一体に鋳包んで車両用ホイールを構成することにより前
記従来の「キャストホイール」の前記欠点をすべて解消
できるようにした、新規な車両用ホイールを提供するこ
とを目的とするものである。

太くしたりするようなこともなく、軽量で歩止りがよく

みの一体鋳造により、リム部からの形状上の制約をうけ
ることが少なくデザイン上の自由度が大で外観上の体裁
がよく、商品価値の高い車両用ホイールを得ることがで
