Currently, in the Shimajiri strata of Okinawa Prefecture, in the so-called Jagaru zone in the central and southern part of the main island, deposits of an unused resource called ni-bi, which is yellowish-brown and has a slightly coarse soil, are found in alternating layers with marl.

This deposit (hereinafter referred to as sandstone) contains a large amount of free iron oxide in the clay, which gives it a rusty brown color as it weathers and acquires an interesting color as it ages.

The present invention focuses on sandstone, an unused resource, which has the above-mentioned characteristics, and uses it to create concrete that has the characteristic surface color of cedar and that can delicately express the uneven surface formed on the surface. The aim is to provide materials.

An example of this is explained below. First, sandstone collected from a sand mining area contains water and forms a soft block, so it is impossible to mix it with cement in that state. Dry it evenly for about half an hour at a temperature of about 50 degrees to make it into a sand powder.

Next, cement is mixed into this sand powder, put through a stirrer, and watered to make mortar. Then, the mortar is put into a molding machine, and vibration and pressure are applied to make it harden.

After removing the shape, it is left to dry naturally for a week, and then polished with sandplast to bring it closer to the state of natural stone.

The concrete formed in the above manner has higher strength even with a smaller amount of cement than ordinary concrete, and has a compressive strength of 30 kg/cm2 or more even with a cement content of about 3.

When the concrete according to this example is used for concrete relief tiles that require special attention to the surface condition, it can produce extremely delicate uneven shapes compared to conventional concrete relief tiles that have shallow unevenness and rough lines. It can be expressed easily, and it is not easy to lose or damage it.

In addition, the color changes over the course of one to two years due to weathering and oxidation, giving it a unique feel.

Therefore, if a religious sculpture is to be expressed on this concrete relief tile, not only can it be expressed in an extremely delicate raised shape, but the color of the cement it contains will wear down and turn brown due to aging. This makes it extremely effective as a decorative tile.

The concrete of the present invention can be used not only for tiles but also for roads, since it has a low cement ratio and is harder than coral lime found on beaches, making it extremely advantageous in preventing slips.
