この発明は物体の流れを分割することにより物体を混合

この発明は、叙上の点に鑑み所謂静的混合装置を極めて
容易に製造しようとしてなされたものであり、その要旨
は、螺旋状彎曲仕切板により内部が長手方向にわたって
分割されてなる合成樹脂管を押出成形により成形し、該
合成樹脂管を軸と直角方向に切断して短管となし、該短
管の複数個をその相隣る切断面に於ける仕切板が交叉す
る如く同軸上に配置せしめることを特徴とする混合装置

ダイ32から押出された板状体9は螺旋状に彎曲せしめ
られ、その側縁が環状樹脂通路4から押出される管体6

壁に密着して管の内部を長手方向に分割するように仕切
板を管内に設けるための煩瑣な作業とが省け、前記短管
を同軸上に配置するだけで極めて容易に混合装置を製造

る如く同軸上に配置せしめることを特徴とする混合装置
