DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming wood rod-like strips elongated in the direction of the fibers obtained by processing veneer scraps into a plate shape, and the present invention relates to an apparatus for forming wood rod-like strips into a plate shape, which are obtained by processing veneer scraps, and are formed using the product thickness as a standard. It is constructed so that a layered material is formed with an appropriate head in a vertical state using a forming path with a narrow cross section, and this forming path is rotated in a horizontal state so that the layered material is transferred horizontally and pressed. The object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus capable of molding such rod-like strips into a plate-like product having uniform directionality, uniform thickness, and uniform density with such a simple configuration.

In the apparatus of the present invention, the fiber direction, that is, the longitudinal force direction, of the rod-like strips E is oriented in the width direction of the endless conveyor 1, and the longitudinal direction is formed in a layered manner. In this case, the direction is perpendicular to the plane of the paper, and in FIG. 4, it is the left-right direction.

In this way, the rod-like strips B are oriented in the vertical forming path F in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper in FIGS. 2 and 3, and in a left-right direction in FIG. 4 to form a layer. Therefore, the bar-shaped strip B is carried out by the carrying-in conveyor 26.
When conveying, the directionality is oriented perpendicular to the plane of the paper in Figures 2 and 3, and approximately in the left-right direction in Figure 4, and the dimension L in the longitudinal direction is When the strips are aligned and conveyed with almost equal density in this direction, and fall from the end Q to the carry-in end P of the vertical forming path F, the longitudinal direction is the conveyance plane X-X of the endless conveyor 1. The conveyor direction is set so that the objects fall parallel and horizontally.

The procedure for forming the rod-like strips B in a layered manner on the vertical forming path F is to first stop the receiving plate at the position of the receiving plate 18' shown by the dotted line near the input end P of the forming path F, and then The head difference between the receiving surface of the receiving plate 18' and the end Q of the carry-in conveyor 26 at this position is set to an appropriate head difference H, and the carrying-in conveyor 26 is run in this state, and the rod-shaped strip B is transferred from the end Q to the receiving plate 18'. It falls on top to form a layer.

When this fall starts, the receiving plate 18' is moved downward,

Even if the rod-like strips are dropped with an appropriate head H, there may be cases where they do not fall horizontally due to differences in the shape of the rod-shaped strips in the longitudinal force direction or differences in specific gravity. A means for aligning the directionality of the strips by inserting a push plate or the like from above the carry-in end P is provided.

In this way, when the bar-like strips B form a layered body C having widthwise dimension W in the forming path F, the lowering of the receiving plate 18 and the running of the carrying-in conveyor 26 are stopped, and the motors 22 and 22' are stopped.
is actuated to rotate the pinions 20, 20', move the pinions 20, 2σ along the racks 21, 21', and rotate the swinging punches 17, 17' around the shaft 15 to bring them into the vertical position. The forming path F, which is located at , is moved to the horizontal forming path y.

In addition, the press part is replaced with a pressure device such as a roller or an endless band,
The structure is such that temporary compression is performed while the endless conveyor 1 is running, and after the temporary compression prevents the layers from collapsing, a heating and pressing device (even in a multi-stage hot press) installed at the rear of the conveyor end chain wheel 5 is used. As described above, the apparatus of the present invention does not perform layer formation on a wide surface of the product in width and length, but performs layer formation on a narrow area of product thickness in a vertical state and with an appropriate height, so that it is possible to form a layer in a vertical manner. When forming layers from fibers, it is possible to control the thickness, density, and directionality of the fibers with a simple device and with great precision. Since the layered material is pressed horizontally, the layered material is pressed horizontally, so the layered material is pressed in a horizontal state, making it suitable for pressing hard boards, particle boards, etc., which have been commonly used in the past. There is an advantage that the press apparatus can be simplified by using the press apparatus.

1. An endless conveyor such as a wire mesh is used to form a substantially L-shaped conveyance path having a vertical portion having a substantially vertical conveyance surface and a horizontal portion having a substantially horizontal conveyance surface, and the endless conveyor is placed in the vertical portion of the conveyance path. A nearly vertical forming path is formed by arranging an endless band at a predetermined distance from the conveying surface of the rod, and an adhesive is applied in advance above the vertical forming path near the feeding end of the rod-shaped strip. A receiving means is provided for causing the strips to fall so that the longitudinal direction thereof is substantially horizontal and substantially parallel to the conveyance surface of the endless conveyor, and a rod-like strip is caused to fall with an appropriate head from the end of the carrying means within the forming path. A plate is movably arranged from the input end to the output end of the forming path to form a layered body of a predetermined size with uniform directionality in the forming path, and after forming the layered body, the forming path is placed in a horizontal state. 1. An apparatus for molding a plate-like object from a wood rod-like strip, which is characterized by rotating the layered object horizontally and heating and pressurizing the layered object.
