ユニット式建築物における階段構造に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a stair structure in a unit building,
In detail, the main frame is formed by spanning the upper and lower ends of the pillars installed at the four corners, respectively, between adjacent pillars, or at least basic structures such as walls and floors are attached to this main frame. The present invention relates to a stair structure in a unit building that is equipped with a structure sufficient to form a living space.

ニットにわたって階段を構成する必要性が生じてくる。For this reason, modular buildings require mass-produced units of the same type to be manufactured in a form that allows for many variations in combinations, so that the various types of floor plans desired by the owner can be accommodated. In order to meet these demands, a multi-story structure is inevitably required, and it becomes necessary to construct stairs that span both upper and lower story units.

。Therefore, it has become common knowledge that stairs in conventional buildings are installed from the floor of the lower floor to the floor of the upper floor. They also set the riser dimensions.

It had the disadvantage of complicating things.

Also, the manufacturing process becomes complicated.

A unit type building in which a unit frame is formed by installing materials, and these unit frames are stacked up and down, and a staircase is provided between an upper floor unit frame and a lower floor unit frame, the landing part at the top of the staircase. is provided in the same plane as the upper surface of the upper beam of the lower floor unit frame, and approximately the distance from the mating surface of the upper beam of the lower floor unit frame and the lower beam of the upper floor unit frame to the upper surface of the lower beam of the upper floor unit frame. The unit riser dimension of the stairs is set to have a length equal to y.

There is no need to provide a separate unit, which simplifies the overall structure, especially the structure of the upper floor unit frame, and also facilitates manufacturing and processing, which has the advantage of being rational in terms of manufacturing cost and construction period.
