を許容し得る如く前記チップの周縁部と接触する壁間を
有するチップ回転規制部材と、前記チップ取付部材と相
対的に直線移動し、その一方向への移動時に前記チップ
の周縁が当接し得る状態に且つ他方向への移動時前記チ
ップの周縁が当接し得ない状態となる如く前記チップの
周縁と接離する壁面を有するチップ回転割り出し用部材
とを具備し、前記チップの周縁をチップ回転規制部材の
壁面より離間させた状態で前記チップ回転割り出し用部
材の壁面に当接させることにより、該チップを所定回転
割り出し角度回転させて切刃交換を行ない、該切刃交換
後前記チップの周縁をチップ回転割り出し用部材の盤面
より離間させて前記チップ回転規制部材の壁面に当接さ
せることにより、該チップをチップ取付座に対して回転
不可能に固定する様構成したから、チップの切刃交換作
業及びチップ取度座に対するチップの固定作業の自動化
を複雑な構成を有することなく円滑且つ確実に計ること
ができ、これに伴なう切削作業の省力化及び能率化を計

に切刃を有するチップと、前記チップ取付部材と互いに
相対的に移動自在に組み合わされその一方向への移動時
前記チップの周縁と当接して該チップの回転を阻止し且
つ池方向への移動時前記チップの周縁部と離間して該チ
ップの回転を許容し得る如く前記チップの周縁部と接離
する壁面を有するチップ回転規制部材と、前記取付部材
と相対的に直線移動し、その一方向への移動時前記チッ
プの周縁が当接し得る状態に且つ池方向への移動時前記
チップの周縁が当接し得ない状態となる如く前記チップ
の周縁と接離する壁面を有するチップ回転割り出し用部
材とを具備し、前記チップの周縁をチップ回転規制部材
の壁面より離間させた状態で前記チップ回転割り出し用
部材の壁面に当接させることにより、該チップを所定回
転割り出し角度回転させて切刃交換を行ない、該切刃交
換後前記チップの周縁をチップ回転割り出し用部材の壁
面より離間させて前記チップ回転規制部材の壁面に当接
させることにより、該チップをチップ取付座に対して回
転不可能に固定する様構成したことを特徴とする切削工
具の切刃交換装置。1.
