In addition to making it possible to change the damping force characteristics by selecting oil flow control on the valve side, the operating member of the orifice plate is exposed to the U-shaped bracket provided at the bottom of the shock absorber to protect the operating part. The present invention relates to a hydraulic shock absorber for a vehicle.

Therefore, there is no choice but to prepare shock absorbers according to each condition and install them selectively for each vehicle, or to share shock absorbers with damping force characteristics similar to the greatest common denominator. In reality, the latter is the most common choice. occupy

For example, when driving on rough terrain, a shock absorber for general city driving or one with damping characteristics is quick and easy. The ride quality is unfavorable due to the stroke.

Decreases riding comfort.

There is no choice but to share a buffer or prepare and select a plurality of buffers; the former cannot solve the above problem, and the latter increases the cost of the buffer, and increases the trouble and complexity of assembly.

In addition to being easy to use, it can be protected from the outside, ensuring operability and preventing erroneous or mischievous operations. In addition, the operation part does not protrude into the outer periphery of the shock absorber, making it easier to use in terms of appearance and layout. This is preferable and also advantageous in terms of space utilization.
